Does anyone know why my key frame values are not showing? How do I get them back?

Parameter values are not showing in in the Organization Parameter form

We have done a setup for an Inventory Organization.
Everything was working fine.
Values were showing everywhere.
We have lot of transactions done in the org also.
But suddenly yesterday when I was trying to open the Organization Parameter form for that specific organization, the form came up as blank and in the bottom the error is Query caused no records.
I have checked data is there in the base table mtl_parameters.
Value is coming for other organizations. Only one specific organization is having this issue.
Even in Examine, I have taken the last query run on that form and ran the same in back end database, I can see all values are there in the database.
But in frontend screen the values are not showing. even organization code also not showing.
Navigation is: Inv Super user --> Setup --> Organization --> Parameter

Have you checked Organization Access to ensure that no one restricted that org?
Or shipping grants and roles?
I think there are quite a few places that you can restrict access.

Excise values are not showing in billing

hi all,
In RG23D register BED, AED, ECS values are showing correctly, but in order (VA02) or in billing (VF01) excise values are not showing. So, what could be the reason and what need to be checked?

Its Surprising, how come it is not appearing in Order and billing but yet it is passed to register RG23D.
1. Check Whether you have maintained those condition types in your pricing procedure.
2. Check whether you have maintained VK11 i.e., Values for those Excise Condition Types.
3. Check whether you have activated Statistical indicator for those condition types.
4. Proceed performing Analysis in Item details --> Conditions Tab --> Click Analysis tab provided to check whether the conditio types has been executed or not.
5. Check your Config Settings
IMG --> LG --> Tax on Goods Movement --> India --> Basic Settings --> Determination of Excise Duty --> Maintain Excise Defaults
Check these initially and let us know your outcome...

ST06 Screen values are not showing as ecpected

Hi Experts,
ST06 Screen values are not showing as expected like avg CPU idle time and min Swap space, page out and page in values etc.
All fileds are showing "Zero Values" since last week and i just found tht today.
I Went to
SM 36, All Configured standard jobs are SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR, SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT.. etc are running fine.
Restarted the SAPOSCOL service also.Please suggest me.Please find the Enclosed values..

Try stopping the SAPOSCOL NT service. Then, copy this folder (making a backup):
installdrive\usr\sap\prfclog to installdrive\usr\sap\prfclog_old
Then, clear out everything inside of installdrive\usr\sap\prfclog
Also, doens't hurt at this time to check the credential of the user running your SAPOSCOL, typically it should be the same as the user running your SAP instance.
Start SAPOSCOL and wait for the OS collector job to run. Give it 24 hours, come back and check.

Lov Values are not showing for Discoverer Reports in Application

Hi,
I developed some discoverer reports, those reports having parameters with LOV. Those LOV values are showing in Discoverer Desktop, but after registering those reports in Oracle applications those LOV values are not showing. Pls let me know how resolve this issue.

Also it is necessary to know how the LOVs are defined. Are they based on Application flexvalues for example? In which case it may be that you have not got your NLS language parameters set correctly when connecting from Applications.

Master data(0vtype) values are not showing in reports.

I have an info object '0VALTYPE' with 'TEXT'. I already loaded the data in
for this object. but in reporting level i am getting the values # and 20(actual)
even though it has so many vales(ex: 10(plan)etc). but all the values are not populating in the query.how to get all the values in reporting level.

Hi Raju,
You have already confirmed, but still please go to infoobject 0VTYPE again and check the master data to see all values exits there.
If yes and still in reporting you can not see those, try doing the following:
1) Right click on 0VTYPE and click on "Activate Master Data", and/or
2) Go to Menu --> select Attribute change run --> select 0VTYE and execute the changes.

Values are not showing in report

Hi,
I have created a report with EVDRE containing several columns. When I use MemberSet: "SELF" for all columns, it shows me the data I have uploaded correctly.
However, if I choose "MEMBERS" for any of the columns, the value field is empty. This is totally incorrect as I get several rows with the "MEMBERS" option, and one of the rows contains exactly the same filtering as when I use "SELF" for all columns. So that row should show a value, but it is empty.
If I choose SUPRESS:Y, it returns 0 rows.
Example ("SELF" chosen):
NAMEID, ADDRESS, TIME, SALARY
A, X1, 2009, 10000
Example ("MEMBERS" chosen for NAMEID):
NAMEID, ADDRESS, TIME, SALARY
A, X1, 2009, (blank)
B, X2, 2009, (blank)
C, X3, 2009, (blank)
Has anyone encountered this before?

Hey Sam,
I have some additional questions to help me understand what is going on.
What other dimensions exist in the application this report is running in, besides NAMEID, ADDRESS, TIME, SALARY?
What dimensions are in the COLKEYRANGE, besides SALARY?
What are your expansions set as (SELF, MEMBERS, etc) for the other row/column key dimensions?
Are you sure that all the other dimensions are not changing when you go from SELF to MEMBERS? I know this is probably not the case but I thought I would ask anyways.

Inventory Non cumulative values are not showing correct result

Hi Guys,
I have created a report on Inventory cube taking material in rows and 0T0TALSTCK and 0VALSTCKVAL in colums and i created a variable on calender day . What ever the date if we give we will get the quantity and value as on that date.
Here Quantity is showing perfectly and in case of value it is showing wrongly. In this case the interesting thing is if we substract the (Reciet value - Issue ) value then i am getting the correct value.
Some times Even quantity is zero the noncumulative keyfigure (0VALSTCKVAL)is not showing zero it is showing some value but if i do (Reciet value - Issue ) it will show correctly.
Please help on this issue.

Hi,
when the quantity is correct, then you have a problem with the values. You have loaded the infocube correcly.
check your keyfigures and the transformation with the BI content.
=> for example: do you have the coding in the BF transformation?

      IF <SOURCE_FIELDS>-stockcat EQ 'V' OR
         <SOURCE_FIELDS>-stocktype EQ 'V'.

=> you have used the datasource 2LIS_03_UM. There are no quantities. Is there your problem.

I created a report in Bex analyzer ( Excel).
Now i want to show the variables values in the report.
i put text item there and click on it but in filter tab there is no variable is exist.

Threshold values are not showing in zeros and ones

Hi guys
I am thresholding an 16 bit unsinged image . There are few problem I am facing
1) when I look at values over the threshold images those are not in zeros and ones
2) How to change color of threshold image, by default it is red and black

Float values are not showing correctly.

I have my QA Trend Analysis Report in which I have field "mittelwert" whose data type is FLTP of length 16.
my internal table it_inspection contains...
mittelwert LIKE qamr-mittelwert.
and selecting from my select query below:
SELECT * FROM qamv AS qamv
JOIN qals AS qals
ON qamvprueflos = qalsprueflos
JOIN qamr AS qamr
ON qamrprueflos = qamvprueflos
AND qamrmerknr = qamvmerknr
AND qamrvorglfnr = qamvvorglfnr
INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_inspection

I am getting values as below in my report ALV output:
6.000000000E+00

6.100000000E+00
When I go and see in the tcode : qe01, by giving the Inspection lot values..
I have values as below which is of character type of length 16.
6.00
5.60
6.10
Here the probelm is how can I show the values above in the report output ?

Use the output from variable STRING in your ALV
This is similar to how it is done for the screen fields in your standard transaction

I maintained routine 356, and statistical
and i checked pricing procedure analysis tab, where all conditions are activated.
but still values are not fetching or shoeing in billing.
any other solutions.....

Condition records are not showing in Invoice

Hi Experts,
My List price for XXXX material is amount $$$$$. Condition records having required validity.
But the values are not showing in invoice though the pricing analysis shows green for this condition type.
Condition values shown perfectly in preceeding documents.
Analysis message says " Condition record exists but has not been set "
Can you please suggest me, why this condition values are not shown in net value and suggest me the fis.

Hi,
Goto the T. Code "VF03".
Enter your billing document number.Enter.Check what is the pricing procedure determined here.Goto the T.Code "V/08".Check whether that condition type present in that procedure.
If so check the validity of the condition records.Ensure it falls under your billing document date.Also ensure that it is not marked for deletion.For this goto the last column in the condition record screen "VK12 T.Code".Ensure that this check box is not ticked.
And you are telling that you are able get this one in previous documents.
Goto the T.Code "VTFA(if your scenario is order related billing)" else goto the T.Code "VTFL(If your scenario is delivery-related billing)".
Select your valid combination.Double click on item.Select your item category.Details.
Make the Pricing type as "D" and pricing source as "blank".

Copying is incomplete because specified condition record key values are not

The User wanted to create new condition records by copying the existing condition records.
For the same, I have maintained coping rule for condition.
After that when I am trying to copy the existing condition record, I am faced with an error
"copying is incomplete because specified condition record key values are not compatible"
Please help me to solve this error. This of severty HIGH.

New created values are not displaying after upload

Hi
I have created 2 key figures(Infoobject),4 new nodes and leafs(Hierarchy), to include the new logic at R/3 end as well as BW end.Every thing is fine even after doing full upload(repair).
When i execute the query the data is not populated in its respective infoobjects and hierarchy nodes and leafs.
Even 1 infoobject which is used for Counter value is not showing the counting as it's defined as aggregate to the info object Count and that included to ODS which is responsible for counting. after full upload it's not showing the counter values.
After full upload(Repair) all these entries are not displaying in the report against the data which is present at RSA3 level.
Can any one tell me how to make them available in the query even after data is uploaded / available in the bw.

Hi,
You can´t see hierarchies in an infoprovider, so this is ok. A hierarchie is a part of an infoobject. But you say you have 2 new kefigures and they are not filled. I suppose you added both keyfigures to your DSO/Cube and to the datasource (in your source system). Have you extended the transformations between datasource <-> DSO and DSO <-> Cube too? Are the keyfigures correctly connected (in the transformations)? If yes, check your PSA after loading. Are the keyfigures filled here? If no, check the RSA3 in your source system. Are the fields for you keyfigures filled there?
Pls. check this all and tell us, what the result is.
