Keyboard acting as if CTRL+ the key that I press is input, won't type

I am having the same problem. This happened for the first time today after the computer was asleep for about two hours. Alternately , sometimes after the computer is asleep the fingerprint reader stops working. If I restart the computer the issues go away but I don't think it is feasible to restart the computer after everytime is has bene asleep for a while. Please help! I have an »HP Pavilion dv7-6c67nr Entertainment Notebook PC purchased only about a week ago.

Orange juice is acidic, and if you didn't clean it up, it probably destroyed some of the components on the motherboard. I think that maybe if you try replacing it, that might solve the problem, but don't take my word for it, because I'm not entirely sure.
PS. The clicking noise might be from the speakers? that was the case with my old iBook, does the sound work? And does your computer make a startup chime when you turn it on?

Your keyboard will never be right again; it needs to be replaced. There's no effective way to clean sticky stuff out of it. Your Bluetooth module may have been shorted out and destroyed, and it probably isn't dry yet after only 24 hours.
Take your machine in for repair, and expect a hefty bill in the hundreds of dollars.

Every other time I type cmd k for keyboard in Logic Pro X, the track that is selected is muted.

The title kind of says it all. Every other time that I press the shortcut for onscreen keys, the selected track is muted. By that I mean if I press cmd+k it brings up the keyboard unmuted, then press cmd+k to get rid of it and it's still fine, but the next time I press cmd+k to bring the keyboard back up, the track is muted.
Only noticed this today, and don't know what I did. Please Help!

Figured it out! On the menu bar I clicked Logic Pro X > Control Surfaces > Learn Assignment for "Mute", which meant that I Mute was the last command that I had clicked on. In the (No Zone) section, there was a Learned Assignment, and I simply clicked delete and it disappeared. Now everything is just fine.

We have a way of keeping our installs of acrobat to the same number of actual purchases made, but what we don't have is a good way of making sure that the actual key that was acquired with a PO was actually used on the associated device. Most of this comes from poor management of licenses and lazy technicians that used any key they could find to install the software. So, our reseller provides us a list of all keys that we've purchased as well as the number of volume licenses and such. I would like to know if there is a way I can scan the acrobat-installed devices and compare keys against the list of keys I have been provided. I have about ~100 devices with varying versions ranging from 6 to 11. I'm shooting for having a list of hostnames with their purchased license key and a faster way of creating this list than manually going to each machine.
I want to do this so that I can more easily automate Hardware/OS migrations. If the product is installed with the wrong key, I want to have it reinstalled on the new hardware/OS with the correct key. And also just to have better bookkeeping.
Or can I just keep using the volume key for a product version as long as I keep the install count at or under the purchased count?
We use Symantec Management Platform 7.5 for tracking.

Not directly that I am aware. The product validation in SWTAG files are encoded. Adobe should be able to decode them but that's still going to be a lot of manual work.

The Library handles both the History and the Bookmarks.

I have a small aluminium usb french apple keyboard. A few of the keys do not match up but I have at least located them and written the correct symbols for these eys. However I have been unable to locate the 'at' symbol 'arobas' in French. Anyone help?

Does anyone know where the 'at' symbol ('arobas' in French) on the small aluminium usb french keyboard actually is? I have found most other symbols - not all are where they are meant to be. This keyboard is plugged into an HP British computer where I have changed the language settings to French.
It is printed on the second top left key but both upper and lower case here are actually the arrow symbols. As i mentioned not everything is where it should be. I would be grateful if anyone who knows would pass on this information.

The traces (copper connections) on the logic boards are pretty close together. It wouldn't take much to short two critical points out.
I hope putting it away for a few days (maybe in the warm sun) works for you. Because that is all I would have suggested.

How do I remove the frame that pops up around boxes I can type in?

For exaple: When on Face book a black frame pops up around the serch box at the top of page and if I scroll down reading post say at the bottom of the page and there is a pic i want to see when I click on it I dont see the pic it flips all the way back to the top of the page where the frame was then I scroll all the back down to the pic click on it again I now can see the pic, any one help? this frame or box may not be the issue.

How can I add 2 variables that are entered via input text/number type

So I have created 2 text fields via composition ready

The user then puts a number in each field.
I have a 3rd field created to hold the answer. I also made a text field with the name "scorefield" to see if that would work, either will do.
Then on a button on the stage, the user clicks on it to add those first two numbers together and have the sum appear in the 3rd field or the text field that has the symbol name "scorefield".
However I can not seem to be able to add the 2 values of the text fields. On the submit button I have:

The problem is that it is NOT adding number1 and number2 together!
If I substitute + for - or / or * it works using those symbols, but if I try to use the plus sign and add the two, it does not work and instead physically adds the numbers next to eachtoher.
So If I were to put a 5 in field one, and a 2 in field 2, the result comes out to be 52...instead of adding the two values, it places them next to eachother.
I know those ARE numeric values because any other mathamatical sign works. I can multiplay, subtract and divide those two numbers. I can even check to se if its higher or lower of a value using > or <.
But when I use the + sign, it breaks.
Is there some other sign I must use to add two values?
