Keyboard MUTE light indicator

My mute indicator light is not showing however the function works. The lights are working for both wifi and caps lock! I have a G6 Pavillion 2380sa! I hope you can help me solve the problem. I have tried to look for updates on device manager and also reinstall them. I also installed IDT and realtek drivers but nothing seems to work.

X240 keyboard indicators light problem

Hi,
The indicator lights have seemed to have swapped positions on the keyboard on my x240.
When I press the mute key, the light on the microphone key turns on. When I press the microphone button, the FN key lights up. And finally, when I hold down FN + esc, the mute light turns on.
Not sure if it was a coincidence, the time is usually auto set with the internet time. However, the time had also changed and was wrong. I changed it back, but the indicator lights on the keyboard are still wrong.
Is there a way to fix this?

I am using Laptop : HP ENVY 4 1046tx. I have installed fresh windows 8 on it. After that I have downloaded audio software from HP software site but that driver is not accepting.
1. I am not able to see Beat Audio software and equalizer setting in control pannel.
2. When I am pressing mute button mute light (red light) is not glowing on button

Unplug it from power, wait 10-15 seconds and plug it back in.
If it does not power up properly at that point, restore it via iTunes on the computer.

Yes, but based on what you are telling us, I doubt that the device will restart after you try this. You have tested with other AC wall jacks, correct?
I just purchased the unit in April this year, it would be very soon to have to replace it, especially since I don't think I kept the receipt...
Most stores keep a record of purchases. Otherwise, Apple support can look at the serial number and know approximately when the device was sold. You should have no problem getting a replacement, I would imagine.

I am getting this exact same message on my phone! That it is linked to apple ID 1****@qq.com - this has got to be a bug right? My phone was linked to my apple ID but then I restored it and now it is saying it is linked to be above. It is a little be too weird that @wqy8972222 is also getting that same message?

You have two options and you probably won't like any of them.
Using the Airport Utility, click on the AE then "Base Station", then "Options". That will bring up two options for you AE green light, either keep it green at all times or only light up when it is being used.
The second option is put some tape over it.

Light Indicator based on condition.

I am displaying some data in a table. Now i want some light indicator on row level based on a value of a perticular row.
I tried it by creating a attribute of string type and bind it to the UI element of the table of Image type. Now i am setting the value based on certian condition . But the light is coming only for the first row. But i want those light in every rows of the table.
Can you please tell me if i missed some thing .

T400 power light indicator is on, but nothing else is

Hi,
Every once in a while when I turn on my laptop, it powers on but the monitor doesn't seem to boot up. The power light indicator is on and everything else sounds like it's running, but the monitor doesn't turn on and no beeps occur.
I tried running diagnostics and nothing wrong was found. Lenovo customer support couldn't help me.

No, the MacBook does not have the hardware on the logic board needed for the lighted keyboard.

For example, you might find that the brick wall is not the only problem. There may be other devices pumping out enough wireless interference to be making things even worse.
I agree with Bob Timmons that Ethernet is best and most reliable. And that powerline (which I use) is easier and potentially faster than wireless...but only if your power lines do not have electrical devices plugged in which produce electrical noise on the line. Powerline will be slower than Gigabit Ethernet.
Ethernet cable is the only way to ensure that the signal goes directly there in a shielded way for a clear fast signal. Wireless and powerline are much slower because of all the other things the signal has to fight past to get to the other device.

IMac G5 Sleep light indicator

What and where is the iMac G5 Sleep light indicator. The latest software update has an item dealing with this and I have no idea where this item is. I checked my manual and there is nothing about it in there. I have a Rev A 1.6 Ghz iMac G5

The slepep light indicator is the light in the lower right hand corner of the iMac behind the bezel, so it's invisible until it's working. It does not show until you sleep the computer, then it pulses slowly to indicate that the machine is sleeping.

hi could any one assist on this I just bought a P55T-A5202 laptop which has backlit feature, I have tried to turn it on but it doesnt seem to work. I have enable a keyboard function key to show in the monitor everytime I enable the back light, pressing FN +Z and it shows Back light ON, OFF and timer .. but the keyboard back light never turns ON. does anyone have any idea.. perhaps the BIOS. everything else is working OK

I have a p55t-a5202 that has a backlit keyboard. I purchased it used about a week ago. Initially the keyboard's backlight didn't work. I simply powered down, the up again, and it began to work. However, I can't toggle it off and on with the Fn + Z key. Any thoughts? I have upgraded all drivers including the Fn key driver for the touch pad and keyboard. I can toggle the touchpad on and off, but not the keyboard's backlite. Also, I have noticed the following about the keyboard: 1. On the top row of keys, the upper functions only are illuminated. The lower functions (F1, F2, ........ Pause) are not. Is this normal?2. I also noticed that the Fn key, and the spacebar do not illuminate. Is this normal?
