You can not maintain accounts manually in OAMK. The accounts which we maintained at the time of assignment for selected account determination for classes in AO90 are only displayed in OAMK. Additionally here you can you change only their Reconciliation Type for direct postings. When you change the Reconciliation Type you are able to make direct postings to changed accounts. For direct postings make blank and SAVE.
But changing the Reconciliation type in live system is not recommended.

Inaccurate keyboard in iOS 4.1

Hi all
Has anyone else noticed that the keyboard in iOS 4.1 is intermittently inaccurate? I updated my iPhone 4 and my girlfriends iPhone 3G and now we both have this issue where you type a letter and it ends up pressing one close by and predictably so: consecutively just above or to the side of where I actually pressed.
I haven't seen the behaviour in any other apps albeit when I am typing with the default keyboard.
If you want to test valid functionality of your screen then download a simple drawing app, as I have, and draw continuous lines across the screen. If there are any gaps then, sadly, in my experience it is 90% chance of being a hardware issue. Try to reinstall iOS 4.1 on your device by plugging into iTunes and selecting "Restore" from the summary page of your device settings. Do NOT restore from backup! This may contain any settings causing your issue. If that hasn't resolved the issue then try restoring on another machine or delete the .ipsw file on your computer (the download containing your new iOS, instructions for this can be found on the support page) and try again. Still no success then it is likely a hardware issue and you should contact Applecare support or Apple Retail Store for service.
Looking forward to seeing how many others are seeing this as purely a software issue ^_^

I have the same problem on both my iPhone 4 and my iPhone 3GS, and my wife`s got the same problem on her 3GS. I have emoji installed on all 3 phones. But the problems goes further than just the keyboard. After updating to iOS 4.1 I also got problems with my "home button". When I double click it I don`t get the multitask bar up it takes me to spotlight search. Other times when I`m in a app and press home to quit it opens the multitask bar.
It`s the same problem on all 3 phones, and it all started after the latest iOS 4.1 update.
Anyone know what I can do to fix this, please?

Will Apple please reinstate the 'bold' keyboard in IOS 7?

Could Apple please reinstate the 'bold' keyboard in IOS 7? The new keyboard is too pale and difficult to use.

Please add Armenian keyboard in iOS

Many Armenians are using Apple devices and in iOS many years don't become Armenian keyboard PLEASE ADD ARMENIAN KEYBOARD IN iOS.

Meanwhile you can use a cool html5 app, called Type Armenian (http://www.algrapps.com) to satisfy basic needs:). I have built it myself.
However, native Armenian keyboard support would be awesome!

Not able to use online banking virtual keyboard with ios 4.3 neither 4.3.2. Used to use with ios 4.2

I used to transfer money via ebanking with my ipad 1 ios 4.2. But since i updated to ios 4.3, i'm not able to do so. Then i bought an ipad 2 and still not able. I updated ios to 4.3.2 yesterday and the problem continue. I can open the bank page without any problem. But when i try to transfer money, it ask for a confirmation key and pops-up an virtual keyboard. Well with ios 4.2 i was able go see the virtual keyboard and enter the key, but with ios 4.3 and 4.3.2, not able to see the keyboard. Safari is set to allow popup windows, but still not able to do so. I installed another webrowser, which allow me to see the virtual keyboard, but when i type the key it doesn't do nothing. Does anyone have an idea how can i solvr this issue? Thanks

I saw that the ReturnKeyType [1] only supports a subset of value possible on iOS [2].
Basically the supported return key types are "done", "go", "next", "search" and "default" which corresponds to "enter" on iOS
while iOS also supports "Google", "Join", "Route", "Send", "Yahoo" and "Emergency Call".
Two of the iOS types "Join" and "Send" I would find quite useful in places I'm currenlty using the "go" return key type

'time keyboard' in iOS when filling in a time in a PDF form

Hello,
Adobe reader for iOS is a great and powerful tool to fill in PDF forms.
When there is a fillable text field with properties of a date (on iOS), you'll see the keyboard changes in a layout divided in 3 parts, one with numbers till 31, one for the month, and the year as last.
I was wondering if this was also possible for fields that has the property of a time. just like the agenda of iOS.

The current version of Reader for iOS does not support text fields with the time property yet. But it is on our feature ToDo list. We hope to provide the support in a future release of Reader for iOS/Android.

How to actually switch to showing lowercase letters on keyboard in iOS 7?

Is this possible or what? I have not yet found a soultion to this.

Colour is a big part of Ease of Use on the iPhone.
Wondering why the blue colour shift lock key on the pop up keyboard has been replaced with grey colour changes when in other apps like, Maps, Mail, Phone, Calculator, Clock, Photos, Camera, ....(almost all native apps) use colour to highlight certain functions?
The removal of the blue colour when activating upper case typing has now slowed my overall typing down, both in landscape & portrait modes, making me less efficient at work & at home.
The reason for this is that I use both thumbs for typing in landscape & I use both right & left thumbs for typing in portrait. While typing, my left hand is usually hovering over that area of the keyboard in both modes where the shift key is located.
In previous iOS I could easily & quickly identify with my peripheral vision if the shift button was on, (be it locked or not) without consciously looking at it because my brain made a subconcious note of the colour blue in the bottom left hand corner.
Now I have to pause, move my hand/thumb aside and concentrate (albeit for a split second) to check that the shift button is on. This is happening almost every Parragraph & most sentences that I type.
I also type an upper case letter or two and have to continuously backtrack to correct it on most occasions. This simple omission/change has slowed me right down, waisting my precious time & to a lesser extent, energy.
Like all upgrades I give myself several weeks to see if I'll acclimatise to the new changes, and 99% of the time I do. This time however my brain can not adjust.
If Johnny Ives & the Apple Engineers could bring themselves to surreptitiously put back the colour into the shift key function, I would have no thoughts about considering Samsung & would be a satisfied Apple Fan again.
I would be very surprised if I'm the only customer who has noticed this change.
A suggestion for consideration for the Apple Design Engineers, if not change the keyboard to upper case as suggested by others in this thread, then at the very least put the colour back into the shift key and maybe a small shift key (color) icon on the high side of the iPhone & iPad screen so we don't have to make a concious note when we're typing. Our eyes would be able to clearly see that the shift key is on & adjust subconcously with out slowing us down.

Spark TextInput does not bring up soft keyboard in iOS?

I created an app with TextInputs that was working fine, bringing up the soft keyboard in both Android and iOS devices. After being away from it a couple weeks, when I made some unrelated changes, it no longer brings up the keyboard at all on iOS, and on Android it no longer displays the contents of the TextInput while typing, with the "Done" button.
I can't think of any changes I made that would cause this change...
I found old posts here and elsewhere about the Spark TextInput not triggering the v keyboard, but they're all a year old, and I know I've been fine until now.
Can anyone help?

I was able to get it to work again by no longer using an mxml skin, which I was using to make the corners square, not rounded. Once I removed the skin reference, it brought up the keyboard again. Do you know why this might be? And could you tell me why there are forum exchanges around saying spark textinput cannot bring up the keyboard, only the mx:TextInput can? Perhaps they date back to an early beta version of the sdk?

Khmer keyboard for iOS 9 or 10 if not 6.1.4?

I have long been waiting for the official Apple iOS to integrate the Khmer language and keyboard layout into its official iOS. However, up to now Apple has not add this update to its latest firmwares. It is very annoying not to have one more language for the common usage.

Can't use Japanese keyboard in iOS 8

I cannot use Japanese keyboard, both Romaji and Kana, after updating to iOS8.
The predictive function that worked well in iOS7 just disappeared with no clues.
Normally, when I type in Kana, it will convert what I type to Kana and when I press Enter, it will show a list of words that match with it. With pressing Enter again, the word I selected will be shown on the screen.
This function can't work anymore in iOS8.
When I type in Kana, it just shows English alphabet with no list of words to be chosen in Japanese after I pressed Enter.
I tried to removed Japanese keyboard many times but it didn't work.
Already Restore & Backup, this didn't work either.

Slow keyboard in iOS 6/iPhone5?

Been playing with my new 32 GB black/slate iPhone 5 (AT&T) and have noticed the keyboard is....terrible. It's incredibly slow - i consider myself a fast typer. I confirmed with my wife's iPhone 4S still on iOS 5.1.1 that it was in fact something new on either the version of iOS 6 the iPhone 5 is running out of the gate or some weird hardware thing (doubtful it's the latter).
Quite simply, typing anything at any worthwhile speed system wide takes a solid ~25% longer as keys are constantly missed. Anyone else noticing this?

yes. Im having the same exact issue. Keyboard on iPhone 5 is slow, skips spaces and letters.. Judging by other posts https://discussions.apple.com/message/19659614#19659614 and earlier phones updated to iOS 6 having same issue, we can confirm its an OS issue and hopefully they come out with a fix reaaaal soon

Defective Russian Phonetic keyboard in iOS

I've noticed that the Russian Phonetic keyboard is defective in iOS.
Both Russian and Bulgarian use the Cyrillic alphabet but each language has a completely different standard keyboard layout. For example, on the second row of a standard keyboard, the Russian one starts with ФЫВА and the Bulgarian one starts with ЬЯАО. To make typing easier in Cyrillic for users of QWERTY keyboards, both languages also have phonetic keyboards where the layout of the Cyrillic letters closely resembles the same phonetic sounds on a QWERTY keyboard. Therefore the second row of these phonetic keyboards starts with АСДФ, corresponding to ASDF on the second row of a QWERTY keyboard.
Here's the problem - if I add the Bulgarian Phonetic keyboard to my iPhone, I get a phonetic keyboard where the second row starts with АСДФ, but if I add the Russian Phonetic keyboard, I see the standard ФЫВА Russian layout and not a phonetic one starting АСДФ. Unfortunately I cannot use a Bulgarian phonetic keyboard for typing in Russian because it is missing letters that don't exist in Bulgarian, for example Ы.
What is causing this? Is it a bug in iOS?

In iOS, the default "Bulgarian" screen keyboard happens to be phonetic, while the Russian one is not. That is what you are seeing. If you tap on Bulgarian on the list and then choose Bulgarian Standard for the screen keyboard, that one will also be non-phonetic.
As Meg said, the keyboards which are labeled Phonetic are only for use with an external wifi hardware keyboard.

Iphone keyboard grey ios 8.0.2

Just out of the blue my keyboard on my iphone 5c has greyed out. No characters are shown and i cant type. This for everything, including text/imessage, email, notes, and all other apps.
This is the second time it has happened to me after i updated to ios 8.0.2
To fix the problem i have had to backup and restore.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

You can disconnect and re-connect and try again. You should be selecting the Update button for the new Software. The update while connected to iTunes should not take all that long from the download, through the Verification and then the Install. If that down't work, you may have to Restore your iPhone to Factory Settings, insuring first you do have a current Backup available to Restore from Backup at a later time after the Restore as New.
Sometimes you can Update your iOS software in a WiFi environment even faster, if you have enough memory available for the process to work.
