Keynote icon don´t appear on launchpad but it does at the dock, and is working fina. How can I make it appear again on the launchpad?

I have a problem with cleanmymac that makes some of native app stop working. I reinstalled OS X Mav´s and everything seems to be ok, but the iWorks apps stop working then...so I reinstalled and everything were ok again....By now keynote works fine but the icon only appears on the dock, but not on the launchpad. How can I solve this?
I went to Apple store and the girl there told me that the problem will be solved when upgrade to OS X Josemite????? I think she doesn´t know how to solve the issue.
Any advice?

I'd say your sister messed up and your iPod is toasted.
Think about it... She plugged it in to another computer, she doesn't remember what she did (yeah, right), and now your iPod is not being recognized by your computer...
Also take into consideration how old is your sister, and how much does she know about electronics?

If you Go to the app store on your phone, then go to updates you should have a purchased icon at the top.
Click on that and it will show the apps you have downloaded before as they are stored on the icloud.
Then you should be able to click on the app and redownload it, not sure if it will charge but its worth a try.

You can have a different receiving email in the Messages app on each device : Settings > Messages > Receive At . I'm not sure that there is a different way to have the message only go to one device.

The backup does not include synced media like apps and music. You can redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

With Logic i see the sound passes in the interface but does not arrive in Logic. The Loops works fine and i can hear. Is just the sound to record the voice it does not work. What can i do ??? I used Logic before in the same computer and it worked fine. Thank you so much, I´m a begginer recording myself.

Make sure you go into preferences in Logic and set the audio input to be your interface and the audio output to be either built in output or the interface, if that is hooked up to something else. It sounds like Garageband has the audio interface set as the input but not Logic.
Also make sure you close all other applications except Logic to ensure it is not running in slave mode...

This is very odd. Were the images that you scanned before installing Yosemite saved as JPEG? If yes, have you tried saving the scanned image as a TIFF?
Also, if you scan to a USB memory stick from the MX and save this as a JPEG, and then open the file on the Mac, does it also display as black?
