Keynote is ready for update but says I must purchase it again, even though I bought the computer with it already installed?

I bought my MacBook Pro with Keynote, Pages, and Numbers all pre-installed. Now, it is saying I must pay $20 again to update it?!

Im not completely upto date with the purchase spec with latest Macpro; Im trying to find out if this is a trial or purchased software. What documentation was given to you to prove this is purchased software?
How old is the machine?
Who did you buy it from - Apple retail store, independant store, used from a private sourse?
Did you ask for these applications to be installed, and who installed them.

Firefox 13 linux checks for updates and says it is up to date even though my other systems have auto-updated a week or two ago.

You will be slightly behind if you use Linux and their own version of Firefox instead of the Mozilla standard version. (Not of course standard in some Linux distros)

Not sure why fx13 is not updating for you.
Maybe something to do with your distro IF it is their version. IIRC some early Ubuntu LTS versions probably did not update Firefox. But you may have the Mozilla version as your system info aside shows <br/>''User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; '''Linux '''i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0''

Delete both apps using this utility > Download AppCleaner for Mac - Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
That will delete the apps and all associated files.
Then re download the apps. That will download the most recent version updates included.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The best option is to copy your entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one using one of the methods described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527. This will allow iTunes on your new computer to recognize and sync with your phone without deleting content. You will also need to copy over any other synced data not in your iTunes library such as photos synced to your phone, calendars and contacts.

You are looking in the wrong place for your purchased items - it is a bit confusing. The Purchased option under the Library only shows items you have purchased on that device.
To find your entire set of Purchased items, click on the iTunes Store. Once you have the Store opened, click on the Music tab, and then click on Purchased under Quick Links on the right.
You will then see a screen that has several tabs - Music, Movies, Books, Apps, etc. Click on the Music Tab, then click on All Songs. On the top of the screen, click on All. You will then see a list of all your purchased songs. Any that are not currently downloaded to the computer you are on will have a little cloud next to them.
You can click on each cloud selectively to download music, or you can click on Download All at the bottom of the screen.

Can i change my old iphone 5 for the new one even though i bought the old one around november?

I was thinking if i could go with tmobile and get a better speed with this iphone? And if not, if there is a way to change my iphone 5 for the new one for no cost or atleast a low one?

No. Your "problem" isn't covered by the warranty. It's not malfunctioning. It's working exactly as it was designed to. Sell your phone and use the proceeds to buy a new one.
You can't get a replacement from your car just because the newer models off the line are being built with a feature yours didn't come with.

Docs say they need a 'newer version' even though I have the latest Pages 5 release?

I have several documents that I created in the latest version of Pages 5 (version 5.0 (1465)). Last week, they were all working fine in Pages 5 and were saved to that format. Now, when I go to open any of the documents, I get an alert message that the document can't be opened because I need a "newer version" of Pages to access them. I have gone to the App Store to check for updates; I'm at the latest release.
Just for fun, I tried opening in iOS versions (no success) and even opening in copies of the old Pages '09 apps. Nothing works now. I'm also sure it's not a corrupt file issue, since this is occurring today on multiple Pages files.
What happened, and how can I get my documents to open again? I spent a lot of time getting these docs perfect, and I am desparate not to start over from scratch.

PS: This problem is occurring even after I deleted all old iWork / Pages apps from the disk, so that's not the problem. I had seen that as a recommendation for previous upgrade cycles.

If you are using the Purchased tab where your purchases are listed to re-download it then you shouldn't be charged. If you are being asked to enter your credit card details when trying to download it via that tab then that will be for account verfication purposes - you are currently in the country where your account is based ?

Now many of the games are obsolete after being updated. I wish I hadn't updated them now, and I would still have play available. It's sad in this economy that I'll have to purchase a new iPod touch just to play a few simple games. I haven't even had it three years yet. TS1538 My ipod 4th gen. is stuck on recovery mode, and it is stuck on the screen that says connect to itune. I tried plugging it to the computer with an undamaged cabel and bringing up itunes, but itunes or my computer isnt reconizing it.

You are sure that you've paid for it, it's been deducted from your payment method e.g. account's balance or credit card ? Pre-orders aren't paid-for when you pre-order them, you are charged when they are released and you download them - at any time up until that point you could cancel the pre-order, so you can't be charged until then.

edit the hosts file on your computer and remove any lines that contain gs.apple.com. Disable your antivirus and firewall.
