so when i give EXEC gettext CASE it throws an error saying case is a keyword.
and i cannot change my filename :(
how do i execute my procedure for this file?
Thanks in advance for your time and help :)

  • Project specific keyword creation problem

    Hi All
I am facing a strange problem, here I am trying to explain,
When we create a project with solar_project_admin
If we add an new “keyword” in Complete directory of keywords in Change project template, and select the new keyword, transfer it into the left side (Project Keywords Template),It gets reflected into all “Projects” of this Type.(In our case “Template Project”).
The New “keyword”, is made available as unused Keywords to all projects of this type, whose project managers are not even concerned with this “Keyword”.
Our Requirement is that, is there any technical possibility to restrict the “Keywords” to only their respective projects.
If anybody has any idea how to solve this problem then that help will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards
    Sukhii

    Hi Sukhi,
I was looking for a solution about how to insert a new key word and came across your post. I am sorry, to contact you for a question without any possible answer.
I am a bit new to Solution Manager, how ever I am aware of technical area and less of Project Management area and you look to be a couple of months ahead of me in using SolMan4.0.
Users are logging issues which are related to Project Manager /Solution consultant to me , who is Technical Consultant/Basis Admin.
I am trying to work out to enpower users in using Solution Manager. Will you be interested to help me in Project documentation and Service desk area if I have questions ?
if so, please let me know your e-mail address. I am on [email protected]

  • Bridge CS4 Keyword Search problems

    Hi everyone,
I upgraded to Photoshop CS4 on the big day and have been trying to do some searches in Bridge. My keywords seemed to have transferred over from CS3 to CS4 just fine. At least, my files are showing the keywords I had tagged in CS3. The problem is that when I do a Find, no items are coming up. This happens whether I do Edit > /Find or use the new Quick Search bar. Anyone know if this is a bug? Or if there is something else I need to do?
    Thanks! :)
    Jan

    Hi Bart,
    Thanks for responding. :)
Yes, I'm searching the current directory and I can see the keywords in the filter tab. I hadn't tried the spotlight-based search before. I just did that and that did work, even tho the Bridge-based search doesn't. So that's good. But searching on anything, even any elements of the filename, do not work for me using Find.
But at least the spotlight based search works, so that will do.
Thanks so much for your help, Bart. :)

  • Keyword list problem: "No photos match the filter"

    LR4.1 64-bit Windows 7
I have  relatively small (1k), and completely flat (non-hierarchical) keyword list.
for a small number of keywords, I have the following problem:
If I open Library, witht the centre panel in Grid View, then select Keyword List from the RHS panel, and select one these "problem" keywords, On the rhs of the screen it shows a number, indicating the number of images to which this keyword is attached.
I then click the arrow next to the number to display the images with this keyword.
the library filter opens in the centre panel of the screen area, dropping down the Keyword filter and correctly highlighting the selected keyword; however against this, the keyword show 0 matches and the message "No photos match the filter" is displayed.
If I right-click on the keyword in the Keyword List  and select delete, the message is displayed that the keyword will be deleted from n photos
Thus I don't  know if there are photos with the keyword which are just not being displayed, or whether there are a number of "phantom" keywords which are not associated with any images.
It may be that I am lacking understanding of some aspect of LR functionality; or that somehow there is an indexing problem within my LR catalogue.
thanks in advance for any help and advice

Thanks, I've been having this trouble in my catalog since LR3, problem is still there in LR4.3.
I used your suggestion to show the offending photos in a smart collection and could finally see the photos to fix all the keywords that way.
Most of mine have come from duplicate keywords that I accidentally created - I have a hierarchy of keywords and some have appearedin two places. So I have been trying to delete the old unwanted ones but have not been able to see the photos when using the filter or the keyword arrow.
My solution was to rename every one of the old dud keywords with a suffix of "XXX" - this also helps me to not use those old keywords again. Then I made a smart collection that simply searches for all keywords containing "XXX". From the collection, I go through the photos and replace the old keywords with the new corrected one. Once the filter shows the count of the number of photos down to 0 as it should be, I can finally delete that old keyword!
I am keeping this new collection (called "XXX Keywords to fix") for when it happens later... This sure sounds like a bug that Adobe needs to sort out.

  • Keyword list problem

Hi all, i seem to have too many key words, I can no longer scroll right down to the end of the list. I have just load lr3 beta and its the same, has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something here.
can anyone assist on this please.???

I have a related problem - while I can see all my keywords, when I
scroll down past a large number of them (I'm guessing around 2,048?) the entries no longer respond to the mouse hovering over them or right-clicking to get a context menu.
I can get around the problem by filtering and then using the filtered list to get the context menu and the little arrow to appear when hovering the mouse over the entry.
I use Lightroom to tag each photo from races, marathons, triathlons, and so on, with the bib number for each athlete.  Many times there are more than 2,000 athletes in these events.

  • Keyword synonym problem LR 1.1

    New problem with LR1.1
Keyword synonyms are no longer transferred on DNG export?

The color changes are in the color profile, which you can set in the develop module, camera calibration tab. This will have little effect on the vast majority of images.

  • Keyword Export Problem

I have a set of keywords that are set NOT to export.
If I export a file to a folder and do not import that new exported file into LR then when I edit it in Photoshop the keywords contain all the correct items, i.e. all the keywords set not to export are not there.
If on the other hand I export to a folder and then import that file into LR and then edit in Photoshop either by CTRL-E or opening directly from within Photoshop, then I can see all keywords including the ones that had been set to not export.
This is a problem when submitting files to a stock library as I end up with lots of meaningless keywords.
    Regards, Ian

Could someone please confirm the above happens to them. At least then I will know it is not unique to my setup... and that I'm not going mad :-)
    Thanks, Ian

  • Keyword filter problem

So I just weeded through 2 hours of video making detailed keyword notes on all the clips I planned on using. Then I manually rejected all the clips I didn't need and deleted all rejected. Then I closed Imovie and came back to it later. Much to my dismay, ALL of the keyword labels I put on my clips are gone. Almost doubling my work. Anyone else have any problems with keyword filtering??? Or better yet, anybody know how to get them back????

  • Keyword FIND problem in CS3 Bridge (Windows XP Professional)

Select a large group of photos. File > File Info. In File Info dialogue box, enter Europe in the keyword field.
Next, select a sub-group, add the keyword as above Italy. For another sub-group add the word France, and for a third sub-group add the word England. Keywords are separated by commas.
Now, browsing all the Europe photos, select a few photos from each of the three countries AS A GROPUP (this is important), and using File Info, keyword all of that group Landscape. You will notice in the File Info dialogue box that the keyword field now says (multiple values) so add a comma, and then the word Landscape.
If you then, again, browse all the Europe photos, and go to Edit > Find > keywords contains Italy AND keywords contains Landscape, and use the criteria Match if ALL criteria are met NO results are returned. (It does work if criteria is ANY criteria are met.)
So how do you find only the images that are Landscapes in Italy?
I notice that if the word Landscape is added only to some images of Italy, then SEPARATELY only added to some images from France, and then SEPARATELY only added to some images from ENGLAND the ALL search criteria does work. But this is pretty lame, and totally defeats the whole idea of batch keywording. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a work-around? Does Adobe know of this issue?

Hey, I screwed up the search for waterfall. I thought I put Costa Rica on a group of files, and then went back and added waterfall. When I searched I got no results. Tried it in Vista search and got no results either. Discovered a DUMB mistake. Had spelled Costa as Costra. When I did a search for Costra Rica and waterfall it gave the correct results.
So bottom line it does work! Sorry for the mixup. Guess that sends you back to the search drawing board. Try same search in another program and see if you get the correct response. If you have Vista the advanced search lets you add keywords separated with semicolon (;).

  • Bridge Keywords Dupliacte Problem.

What are the Italicized duplicate keywords in Bridge and How do I get rid of them permanently? I’m using Design Premium CS5 with all the updates on windows 7 64bit. In the keyword panel, I have the same keyword in several places in the hierarchy. These duplicates appear in different parts of the whole keyword list. I would like to delete the extra keywords. The duplicates appear in italics. I can make them persistent, but I can't get rid of them. I've tried all sorts of things like finding all the files with the keyword in question, manually deleting the words and then re entering. I can delete the words, but they will reappear.  I have already tried exiting Bridge and restart but they are still there. I have already delete things like User/AppData//Roaming/Adobe and cache files. I have also tried lightroom and reinstalling Design but still no success. So can someone please help if they have any ideas to fix this issue.

    git it
I got it to work it seems:
    user library/ caches/ Adobe/ Bridge CC :  Cache folder
    and deleted folder.

  • Keyword Hierarchy Problem

I added keywords to some photos, then found that Lightroom 3 had inappropriately put them all inside the existing keyword "climbing", apparently on its own initiative. Now I can't move the keywords out of "climbing" back to normal "unclassified" status so that *I* can arrange them (or not) as I choose. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

If you right-click on one of the keywords in the Keyword list, there's an option "put new keywords inside this keyword". The targeted keyword gets a little blob marker next to it. It is possible this may have happened by accident to your "climbing" keyword. Thereafter any new keywords you added, would be made sub-members of "climbing" automatically until further notice.
You might try right-clicking on "climbing", and un-checking this option. You should (AFAIK) then be able to drag the other keywords into a different part of the tree... I am not clear why this was not possible anyway for you. This would immediately reflect into how the pictures affected appear in searches, smart collections etc... for example, they would stop appearing in a search on "climbing" if they did not have that keyword explicitly.

  • Keyword filtering problem in Smart Collections

    All,
I’m trying to do create a Smart Collection based on Keywords, unfortunately I can’t seem to get it to work. The criteria is that the collection must contain the keyword phrase “Publish to Flicker & Facebook” but not “Published Image”.
I’ve tried variations of the following:
Match all of the fallowing rules
Keyword doesn’t contain = Published Image
Keyword contains = Publish to Flickr & Facebook
This should give me all the images that I want to Publish to the services but have not been published as of yet. If I do either of these separately they work but not together as a filter. FYI I’m using the Beta 3 version. - CES

That didn't work... even renamed to nonsence words still dosent work

  • Keyword Export Problems

I have used Lightroom for years, and it is an integral part of my workflow. I have several computers with fully licensed version of LightRoom 3 that I use almost daily.
One one of my machines - an apple imac (about two years old) the keywords assigned to images are not actually in the metadata on export. Since I depend on these for an outside catalog system, it is a real pain to have to go back and manually add keywords that should have been there.
For Instance: A photo of an elephant herd. In Lightroom, in the keyword field I have "asian elephant", "herd", "calf", "bull elephant", "samudra", "tusko", "social interaction", "trunk", "enrichment", "West Yard"
Yet, when i export the image - the only keywords in the metadata are "social interaction" and "herd"
In the export field "minimize embedded metadata" is NOT checked
further "write keywords as lightroom hierarchy" is NOT checked.
    This is driving my CRAZY!!!
    Any thoughts or solutions?

    Okay,
this sounds like a good answer except that I can't figure out what the "keyword panel" is
In Library view I have the section on the right with "histogram", "quick develop", "keywording", etc
In "keywording" I have a field to enter keywords manually, I have "keyword suggestions", I have "keyword set"
When I right click on the manually entered keywords, I simply get an option to check grammar and spelling, or google search.
So at the moment I am mystified about how to pull up the dialog box in your suggestion. Apparently I need more explicit directions - I do appreciate the reply.
    Thanks
    MD

  • Anyone having keyword search problems?

I'm using most recent vers. of Aperture and OS X.
I'm getting different search results from 1) the Aperture keyword drop-down list (3000+ returned) and 2) the IPTC keyword field (100+ returned), even though I'm using the identical keyword: facades.
The discrepancy between the two search is roughly the same with all stacks open and all stacks closed (obviously fewer returned when stacks are closed).
Unfortunately, many of those returned using the drop-down list don't have the keyword "facades" in their keyword field!!
Very puzzled. Are keywords treated differently in these two fields? But why would files be returned that don't have the keyword?
I have (several times) carefully checked to see that only "facades" is checked in drop-down list.
The drop-down list is: "include all of the following."
The top line says: "include all of the following that match."

May be that You have organized your keyword in a gerarchical mode, in such a way aperture give the response using the proper keyword and also the keyword that is superior in gerarchy.
For instance if You have set keywords grouping together some keywords of animal, i.e. cat, dog, bird, and so on sub a title: "animal", then when you search the keyword "animal", You'll find all the photo that have the keyword underlying, i.e. cat, dog, bird and so on.
