Killer sudoku has a fault because No 9 fills in the puzzle, any suggestions
the app - killer sudoku has worked perfectly for months but now there is a fault on the number pad. There is a double number 9 and when a use the number it completes the puzzle. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it. I have cancelled the app and downloaded again and the same thing happens.
You're going to have to contact the developer. Just go to the game in the iTunes store, there's always a link to the developer.

You can try to repair the permissions for the Firefox application files and folders.
You can also do this:
* Download a new copy of the Firefox program: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re)install.
* Install the new version that you have downloaded.
Your profile data is stored elsewhere in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder], so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data. -
I have recently upgraded my iMac to 10.6.8 and now find that the upload photo to Facebook facility no longer works. I have reset Safari but this has not resolved the issue - any suggestions? I can click on the "upload photos/video" field and it takes me to Finder to select the photo - but on selecting the photo, the Finder screen disappears as normal but from then on nothing happens.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Now empty the Safari cache.
Back to the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now click Develop from the menu bar. From the drop down menu click Empty Caches.
Quit and relaunch Safari then try Facebook.
If that doesn't help, it may be a Safari extension preventing you from uploading content to Facebook.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall. -

The iTunes Store has never officially been available from the Channel Islands, which though a crown dependency are not (as far as the record companies are concerned, and they are the driving force behind these restrictions) part of the UK. The terms of use for the iTunes Store say that access to the UK iTunes Store from outside its country isn't allowed and it's possible that Apple is now enforcing that by technical means.

First try a simple reset by holding down the home and power button for 15 to 30 seconds until you see the silver apple, then let the device start normally. If issues still persist, you will need to restore and update the iPhone from iTunes on your pc or mac. If after the restore still grey your device may need service or replacement.

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing keep on Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start.

My pc does not recognise my iPad in iTunes. The pc is clearly recognising a connection of some sorts because when I connect the iPad it makes n audible sound. Any suggestions? I have tried all the usual reboots and reinstalling of iTunes.

I'm not sure if it charged when I hooked it up to my roommate's computer, but it definately didn't register either. If I put it on the dock it plays so the port is fine, but that still doesn't help me sync it to my computer. -
help...i cant seem to sort this out and itunes are really doing my head in...keeps saying check you have the right version when i have the most up to date version of itunes, it tells me to restart the computer and i do..then it still doesnt work and now i cant even turn my iphone on without it wanting itunes and not moving past the page...i am seriously needing help before i go completely insane! it isnt working and i cant call vodafone or apple because it will not work at all and its not even a day old.
