Kindle app from app store disappears after download.
So the instability of the Amazon version of Kindle for Mac OS X Lion caused me to unistall that version and install the one from the app store like everyone advised. Unfortunately the application begins the download process fairly normally but after the progressbar completes itself the app disappears from launchpad and the applications folder.
I had a strange problem with the Amazon version of Kindle where it would never stop refreshing and lead to flickering book icons forever.
It should be there.

Failing that just search for Kindle in the app store.
One thing to remember, if the download button has a + by it then the app is universal, runs on iPod or iPad.

I have recently purchased some apps from the app store and after downloading them, the icon that appears in the dock changes to a different icon. It is now the same icon appearing on all newly downloaded apps. Does anyone know what is happening here? Even updating an older game app resulted in the original game icon changing to the new identical icon that all new apps are appearing with. After establishing the Credit Card account, you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".
Note: You won't find "None" if you have not purchase anything with the Credit Card. -
trying to download a app from app store and it tells me due to some inprovements i have to make on my ecurity..i have to sign in to i tunes and click some securiy tab..the problem is when i click continue and tye in my password in the the small box that pops up..well the box just keep poping up..telling me to type my pssword in...after doing this about 20 times.. igave up..i tried going in to settings>appstore>sighning out n back in..and then trying to view account from there but the exact same thing happens? i mean whats going on i cant do anything on my phone i cant download nothing or update nothing ? !

Google YouTube ad won't close in app store even after downloading -- this means I can't get to the store
i have resolved the issue.
I had to close down the App Store, re-open it, and in the purchases tab the error disappeared and the option to resume the download was there again. However, I have spent the last 3 days opening and closing the program, restarting my computer. There is obviously a problem with this because there are other users who've had the same issue. Its frustrating because Apple has already taken my $20. I could have easily gone to a store to buy it if I could. -
Unable to download or update apps from mac store
I am unable to download ANY apps from mac store. It was working just fine but some two weeks ago mac store stopped updating and downloading apps. i tried clearing the temp folder, deleted the appstore temp files. But still i am getting the error. My itunes version is the latest 11.1.5. Any idea why this error wont go away?

I purchased a free app from App Store for my iPhone 5s, iOS version 7.1.2. It will not download; just gives me the little cloud with arrow pointing down. What do I need to do to get the app to load?

After reading your post, it sounds like you are experiencing an error while downloading apps. You may want to consider restarting the device first, and then resetting if that does not work. This article provides detailed instructions for Restarting, and Reseting:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
How to restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
How to reset
You should reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Newly installed app disappears after download
Since tow days, All the apps that I install diseppears after they complete the download
In the ap store they appears as installed but the botton Open doesnt work.
I tryed many things but no solution :
Restarting the iPhone
Reset of the iPhone
deleting the app from itunes and resycronise the iPhone + redownlod the app from app store.
Update the iPhone to ios 7.0.4
All these step haven't solved my problem, I still cannot find the new app that I install

Already tried to restore to factory settings, no luck. Same Apps on another iphone can be installed without problems.
Any idea what is causing it?Try this, press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own. If they don't download at least the timer should stop.

many thanksMac's do a pretty good job of keeping themselves tidy and not clogging up with masses of redundant files, so the use of cleanup utilities tends to be unecessary - - - and can cause more problems than it solves!
The apps that no longer appear in Launchpad - are they still in your Applications folder accessed through Finder? If so, try launching them from there and see if they reappear in Launchpad.
As for non-displayed emails, Clean My Mac may have wiped them. But try this - back up any important files, then select a folder in Mail (say, inbox), click Mailbox in top menu, then click rebuild (the last option on that menu). If they do not reappear, then you could try accessing them from your mail/internet provider providing you have opted to keep messages on server.
As a last resort, you could try restore from Time Machine - you do keep a backup don't you? -

You can only use the country's store in which you are located and your payment method must be associated with that country.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It always take 2-3 attempts to download an app from App Store. In first 2-3 attempts i got message "Unable to download app".

Donnot erase your iPad air 2 when cannot download app from App store
Hey, I got a 64gb new iPad air 2 last week. while I was downloading apps from App Store, it suddenly could not tell apps. The downloading one became white. And then did't work. After that I had very slow speed connecting App Store, and could hardly download anything. And wifi also became very very slow. My iphone 6 and iPad 2 didn't have this happen, so I figured out it was something wrong with my new iPad Air 2. I've searched many blogs and tried everything, including resetting network, switching on and off wifi, powering on and off the new iPad air 2, nothing getting better. Finally, I had no choice but erasing EVERYTHING on it, after trying all possible solutions over a night, it still didn't work! there must be something wrong with the wifi chip in it. It's really frustrating!
SO, I'd like to say to you if you have the same problem like this, do NOT erase everything, or you'll lose everything without solving the problem! I'd also say a few words to Apple company: I bought my ipad 2 the day it was issued by your company, it works so well in the past years, never crushed down or frustrated me like this. But I got the iPad air 2 for only a week, I have been struggling on solving app downloading and wifi issues for hours! What's the problem with you company? this would never happen with Steve! Earning money doesn't mean you can lower your quality!

How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If you have anti virus software installed, disable that to allow downloads.
