The only way to locate the lost iPhone is if you setup Settings > iCloud > Find My Phone ON before it was lost. If it is turned on and connected to the internet, you will locate it by logging in to your iCloud account, click Find My Phone and click the iPhone.
There is no other way to locat the iPhone...Apple cannot help doing that.

Hi, I installed the May 21st 2014 release, and the version is still the old one, always asking for an update, even though the installer version is the correct one. Is this just a Visual Studio Extension mismatch, or something else altogether?
I had the same problem, but just with Visual Studio 2013, not with Visual Studio 2010. Running the msi from an elevated command prompt didn't fix it for me.
It seems like this is just a bug in the uninstaller. After I had the new version installed, I had two folders in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Microsoft\CodeContracts, one with the old version number and one with
the new one. This is how I fixed it:
Uninstall Code Contracts via the control panel.
Delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Microsoft\CodeContracts.
Touch the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\Extensions\extensions.configurationchanged (touching means updating it's last modified date, just open it in editor and save it without changes). This step is required so that
Visual Studio rebuilds its extension database on the next start.
Start Visual Studio and make sure the Code Contracts extension is gone from the extensions screen. Then close Visual Studio again.
Install the new version.
Start Visual Studio and make sure it shows the new version in the extensions screen.
Btw, uninstalling doesn't just leave the old version of the extension behind, but also the new one. So think about this when you uninstall/update Code Contracts the next time. Let's hope it gets fixed soon. -

Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

When I buy and download high resolution music files (FLAC and DSD), I convert them to AIFF files and add them to my iTunes music library. Specifically, I have been converting DSD64 files to 176.4/24 AIFF files. These AIFF files (modified in some respects by iTunes) have been synched to my old iPhone 5 and new iPhone 6. Until December, every 176.4/24 AIFF file played as expected. In December, I purchased two DSD64 albums, which I converted to 176.4/24 AIFF files using AudirvanaPlus 1.5. These 176.4/24 AIFF files will not play on either iPhone. When I converted those DSD64 albums to 88.2/24 AIFF files, they played on both iPhones. In December, I also purchased several 192/24 FLAC albums and converted them to 192/24 AIFF files using Amarra HiFi. These 192/24 AIFF files play properly on both iPhones.
Why won't iTunes allow my iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 to play 176.4/24 AIFF files created in December of 2014 and January of 2015, but will allow my iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 to play 176.4/24 AIFF files created before December of 2014?I have a similar problem and have spent three sequential days at the Apple Genius Bar before we were able to exclude most other possibilities and found that certain files (in my case all mp3s from CDs I own) that play just fine in iTunes 11.0.1 and that used to play in iOS 6.0.1 do not play in iOS 6.1. We restored the phone to factory settings and synced only a few of the music files that were problematic. They still did not play. We reproduced the problem on my iPad mini (iOS6.1).
Apple Telephone Support suggestion was to convert all mp3 files in iTunes to AAC (which according to Apple Website may degrade sound quality). No further suggestions or escalation but a recommendation to place comments on www.apple.com/feedback and, if there are enough complaints, someone at Apple might take an interest in this problem. Something has changed in iOS 6.1 where files that played on prior mobile system software no longer work.
Apple, please pay attention to this glitch with iOS 6.1. -

Just today, I was working on a Mac system that does not have any of the applications that I would have expected to need to have installed in order to do more than just decompress movie files compressed with Apple ProRes 422.
I was expecting to have to install Final Cut Studio 3, Final Cut Pro X, Compressor 4, and/or QuickTime 7 with the QuickTime Pro key; however, none of those applications are installed and I am able to create custom QuickTime Apple Pro Res422 Sequences in Premiere Pro as well as export using Apple ProRes 422. After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder also show all the Apple ProRes variations.
Does CC 2014 eliminate the need to have Final Cut Pro and/or Compressor installed to access Apple ProRes 422? Is it something happening on the OS or QuickTime level that would affect CC or CS6 in the same way?
I've done a web search, but haven't really come up with anything other than older articles about needing to have FCP installed (and I typically work on systems with Final Cut Studio 3 installed as well as CS6, CC, or CC 2014). If more detailed information is available, it would be great to be able to read up on it.
The system is a 21.5-inch iMac running Mac OS X 10.8.5, QuickTime Player 10.2, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 (8.0.0 - I know an update is available for PrPro, but it's not my system to make that change).

I use ProRes all the time as well, but I have Final Cut Studio on my workstations.
I had not come across MindPower009's YouTube video. That explains how ProRes could be showing up without FCP or Compressor.
So, the answer to my question would be, "No, CC 2014 does not eliminate the need to have Final Cut Pro and/or Compressor installed to access Apple ProRes 422; however, if you are willing to be in violation Apple's terms of use, you can install the ProRes codecs anyway."
Even though MindPower009's YouTube video comments claim "FREE and LEGAL", it's clear from both the Apple download page and the ProRes codecs installer that Apple expects you to own at least one of their applications.

There are number of other companies that make leather iPhone cases though - I've used numerous Sena leather sleeves and cases over the years although I've never inquired what species of leather they use. -

All apps - all paid and free apps include DRM protection that is tied to the iTunes that was used to download the apps. This means you have apps on your iPhone that were downloaded with your daughter's iTunes account. Apps cannot be transferred or merged with another iTunes account.
Delete the apps from your iPhone that were downloaded with your daughter's iTunes account to prevent being prompted for the account's password when there are app updates for the apps downloaded with the account. An iTunes account cannot be deleted. -

We are fellow users here on these forums (and this is the Using iPad forum), you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
The model number indicates that it was bought in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, in which case you won't have FaceTime due to restrictions by those countries regimes. -

Hi all, Apologies if there was any response to a similar question. If so, I've certainly struggled to find it. I currently have CS6 web premium installed (student edition), but I require access to After Effects for a single assignment. Obviously ther
