Kit Management in Intercompany Replenishment

Dear Gurus,
I've this problem:
I'm mananging the kits in normal sales with a main item categories with structure scope B (explode multi level BOM) so that, when the sales order is created it born with all materials of the BOM. In the item category assignment I'm managing the item categories types of the components in the BOM.
And, refereed to this sales order, the outbound delivery is created correctly, with all components of the BOM (BOM is a Sales BOM)
When I created a purchase order for intercompany replenishment, when i create the referred outbound delvery(with transaction VL10B) the delivery is created with the main material only, without all components.
How is possible to have all components in outbound delivery?
I need the BOM explosion in the outbound delivery created from the Purchase Order

As I understand you want to have BOM explosion in purchase order, something similar to sales BOM.
As per my best knowledge this functionality does not exist in standard system. You can explode only subcontracting BOM in PO but of course those components are to be provided and not procured.
There might be industry specific solutions in which you may get this (functionality), e.g. structured article in IS-Retaik:

And it's also a good question how SAP APO can handle this problem.

Kits management in purchase order

Dear all,
I have to manage the following case.
We have material A and material B; the vendor has to produce the two materials together and so he has to sell them together.
But in my production model the consumption of A and B are not the same, and so sometimes it happens that the RdA are created by MRP only for one material (es. A).
I would like that during creation of purchase order the system insert an item for material B (A and B is like a kit), too.
Do you have some ideas?

Hi,
Create BOM using T.code CS01- A as BOM, and A, & B as components.
Stock type-L, Procurement type-F, Sp prcmt-30 for subcontracting.
Based on the qty requirement of B, create Alternative BOMS using the same BOM usage.
You may try this and confirm the result.

Task and Resource Management (TRM) - Replenishment/picking process

Hello everybody,
i need your help. We are implementing TRM module and we are facing issues with replenishment/picking process. We have storage location not HU Managed and wee have the necessity to create task bundle for picking/replenishment process.
Every times TRM make a bundle, it seems that force to execute a pick&pack
Regarding picking process when TRM creates a bundle it forces to specifiy a destination HU that will be inserted in the delivery as handling unit. So in this case we have no problem.
But in the replenishment process we haven't a delivery and so the standard avoid the insertion of HU.
The questions is:
1) Is possibile to have bundle without pick and pack? .

we haven't pick HU. I think that pick HU is only possibile for storage location HU managed. Our replenishment process foresees:
1) Make a bundle of picking from different source bins until
2) Make a bundle of putatway to different destination bins
So in we are facing two main problems that are driving us crazy:
1) The bundle in TRM works only in the pick and pack scenario. So in our warehouse replenishment (LP22) it doesn't work. A solution could be to make a cluster of task but it's not possibile to managed it in a system guided way. Maybe we have solved this problem by forcing HU numbers in the standard fields even if don't exist at IM or WM level. It's a dirty solution, i know.
2) Other problem is to manage a pick and drop. Operator could executed the picking bundle and then leave the mixed pallet in a drop-off point. Next an other operator has to scan the serial number of mixed pallet and put each material to a different bin.
Stantdard system can create only one task with the mixed pallet composed to the final destination while we have the necessity ti have n task.
I don't know if it's clear and someone could helps us in order to implement the scenario described above.
Other problems is that it seems impossible to develop custom functionalities in TRM because frequently the next step in the Logical transaction is harcoded in the standard code

Bluetooth car kit connectivity issue after IOS 8.1.2 update

After the IOS 8.1.2 update I cannot connect my IPhone with the Bluetooth car kit (hands free) system of my car.
Before the update connectivity was perfect, after the IOS 8.1.2 update the car kit does not find the IPhone any longer.
To solve this issue I deleted both the car kit and the IPhone from the paired devices list of both (my car and the Iphone) and tried to pair them again - no success. The car kit just does not finds the Iphone any longer.
Please, help!!!

Just to share the way I finally solved the problem - might be helpful to somebody else.
I didn't noticed before that the IOS 8.1.2 update changed automatically the name of my Iphone from the one I've given to it before to just "Phone".
I re-named the Iphone (just gave a new name to it by going to Settings -> General -> About -> Name) and then the car kit managed to find the phone very quickly via Bluetooth.

3-d party proc. intercompany

Dear SD Gurus,
Is it possible to use the Third party processing scenario in an intercompany situation?
Example: we have in SAP two companies; one is manufacturing and the other is distributing. The flow of goods from the manufacturing to the distribution is managed by intercompany STOs. So far so good, no problem.
Now, in few cases, the manufacturing company is purchasing the FGs from an external vendor (for various reasons). Since in our business we deal with large volume and weight and low value materials, it doesn't make economical sense that the materials would be sent by the vendor actually to the manufacturing plant, and then moved again to the distribution plant. We want that the vendor supplies directly to the distribution company.
Third part process is exactly what we want, but I have doubts that if it can be implemented in such a scenario (where the customer is another company in SAP, and using intercompany billing).
Could you shed some light?

Thank you for the reply.
This is clear, but it is not a streamlined process. All these transactions are done in vain, and not real time. Also the GR in the distribution company cannot be done before, so the goods cannot be processed right away and have to wait.
I was looking at the pssibility to use the business process of 3-d party for this scenario, hopping that it may be possible. It is much better and more streamlined process.
Do you happen to know if it can be done?

Bluetooth Intermittent Connectivity to Mobil-Ease Car Kit

My iphone 3GS constantly becomes disconnected from my car's Mobil-Ease. Usually it happens when I try to make a call using the voice commands of my Mobil-Ease. After commanding it to dial a specific number, the iphone starts calling the number, but disconnects from the bluetooth, and the person answering is left saying 'hello? hello?'
When this happens, I turn off the iphone's BT or "Forget the Device" and then reconnect, only for callers to sounds all garbled on my end.
Lastly, whenever I try to make a call using the iphone, I often then can't get the iphone to connect to the bluetooth. I can click on "Mobil-Ease" in the devices several times and it just won't connect.
I never had this problem when I had a 3G, only happened when I upgraded to 3GS.

Have an intercompany stock transfrer scenario with pricing

Dear Friends,
I have an intercompany stock transfrer scenario with pricing..
while the supplying plant creates delivery movt type 643 and after goods issue, I try to do a VF01
It throws up a pricing error.
I need to know how is the pricing determined & how does the movement type 643 ( stk trf with pricing )
connected with pricing.

Hi Ravish Rath,
As u said, the supplying plant creates delivery with movement type '643', check the item category will be 'NLC'
which is assigned to the schedule line category 'NC'
--> Check SPRO --> from that goto --> Define Schedule Line Categories ,
Find NC - Intercompany Replenishment, double click on it.
This will show u the movement types.
Movement Type '643' - TF to Cross - Company.
Movement Type '645' (1 - Step) - TF to Cross Company.
Hope this helps u in linking the movement type
Path: SAP IMG --> Sale and Distribution --> Billing --> Intercompany Billing.

Have u maintained the pricing procedure determination properly?
I mean for the receiving plant :
Document pricing procedure - A
Customer pricing procedure - 1
Pricing Procedure - RVAA01.
Condition Type - PR00
For the supplying plant:
Document pricing procedure - I
Customer pricing procedure - 1
Pricing Procedure - ICAA01.
Condition Type - PR00.
These r the std ones to be configured in ur pricing procedure determination.
Have u done the integration part in VKOA?

Replenishment for random bins

hello all,
I would like to verify the steps below that i am planning to use for random bin management in a storage type.
1. I am planning to use mvmt. type 319 and assign it to particular storage type in configuration,
2. I am using only the Minimum and replenishment quantity for the particular storage type without specifying any fixed bins in the material master.
3. planning to use t- code LP24 to carry out random bin replenishment.
4. also, i would like to what is the difference between "Transfer orders immediate for fixed bins and Transfer orders Immediate for random bins" in configuration under replenishment method for storage type.
pl. let me know if all these steps are correct and if i want to carry out any more additional steps.

The differnece in configuration is that in field V_T331M-REPLT you set "1" (immediate TO, fixed bin) or "2" (immediate TO, random).

With this replenishment strategy, the system checks the stock situation in the bin during transfer order confirmation. It uses the quant data and the material master data from the storage type view. A replenishment transfer order determines the fixed storage bin of the material in this storage type as the destination storage bin.

2. Immediate TO Creation Random Bin Management
With this replenishment strategy, the system checks the stock situation of the material in the entire storage type during transfer order confirmation. If the entire stock in this storage type falls below the minimum quantity after transfer confirmation, the system creates a replenishment transfer order. The destination storage bin is determined through the putaway strategy for this storage type. Maintenance of a fixed storage bin is therefore not required in the storage type view of the material master.
So, as you can see, the differences are:
- stock situation --> system checks only the (destination) fixed bin (fixed bin) / system checks the (destination) storage type (random)
- destination bin --> fixed bin (fixed bin) / determined based on the putaway strategy of the storage type (random)

Can't find user exit or enhancement at RGJVBR15

I need your help guys. Right now,i'm developed sapscript for billing statement (cash call and expenditure). I have finished the form but i have problem at print program RGJVBR15. This print program is called by RGJVBR10 (Tcode : GJ14 --> Hard Copy Billing).GJ 12 and GJ 13 is used to extract data that will be used by forms.
There is statement like this in RGJVBR15 at subroutine CREATE_EXPENDITURE (Line 1421 in include file RGJBF_I1) :
AT NEW C5_CURR. --> Group by funding currency
   PERFORM POPULATE_SPOOL_ID
ENDAT.
PERFORM F6100_PROC_... -> This will be used to open form,write form (sapscript)
AT END OF C5_CURR.
ENDAT.
The problem is that i want to change this logic. I want to change the standard logic (display report group by funding currency), i want to ignore this and instead using group currency. So there only one report produced with one currency only (if using standard logic there is more than 1 report based on funding currency). But i can't find user exit or enhancement in this SAP Standard Program. Is anyone know if there is user exit or enhancement in this program? I don't want to use implicit enhancement because it's will produce problem when client want to upgrade their system. Thank you.

GR-Accounting document Enhancement

All SAP experts,
Can we do any enhancement in the accounting documents created after GR posting?
We need posting to particular GL during Intercompany replenishment. Like Vendor is supplying plant XYZ and site ABC (where Goods receipts is carried out) then Post to GL LMNOP. when we lookinto accounting doc, it shld post to GL (LMNOP).

No, its not possible externally....For proper posting check the assignment for the Auto Account dertermination for the G/L accounts....
Then cancel this doc and create new one....

SCE 8000 internal QM behaviour [SW 3.6.5]

Dear All,
We experiencing strange behaviour of our SCE8000 platform [SW 3.6.5]. We are trying to use Internal Quota Manager with daily replenished buckets. Quota is giving out normally, but then subscriber reconnect (logout and login) it starts counting from zero. Means that SCE do not store buckets information. Is it OK or we should do smt.? Because according to documentations SCE should keep buckets information for the subscriber thorught the aggregation period.

How you may see - there is same amount of quota that subscriber should have after first login. To manage subscribers we use Cisco Subscriber Manager 3.6.5. Configuration attached. Screenshots with configuration are also attached.

Unable to manage volume with my bluetooth car kit

I have a bluetooth car kit Parot CK-3000 and the volume is very low and I can't change it with my new Nokia phone 6120. With my previous phone (Sony-Ericsson, SPV) it was running well but with my new phone I can't change the volume of my bluetooth car kit and I can't manage it with the specific menu.
Can you help-me on this subject ?

Do you have to set Parrot up as an "enhancement", I know "headset" will be listed but is there a "car kit" option?

In retail scenario the replenishment can happen in two ways
(1) From DC to Stores
(2) Directly from vendor to Distribution center.
However the above two scenarios follow the following push / pull strategy to replenish the material.
Case 1 : From DC to Stores
