I don't found the Report's.
In System Administration > Support > Portal Runtime > Browse deployment > ROOT > WEB-INF > deployment > pcd I found the com.sap.km.cm.par.bak. I opened the in Developer Studio and I don't find the report.
I search for KM Report Delete.
Do you can help me?
Or please, any one can help me?

Retention Policy and report/delete obsolete

The database is Oracle 9i on Solaris 8 Platform.
The backup of datafiles and archivelog files use tape and run every night.
The backups should be held for two weeks therefore using RMAN retention policy with REPORT / DELETE OBSOLETE will be the apropiate method. Unfortunatelly somehow none of the two methods of retention policy RECOVERY WINDOW or REDUNDANCY don't seem to work. The big question is WHY?
I configured the retention policy using:
CONFIGURE RETENTION POLICY TO REDUNDANCY 7
Then ALLOCATE CHANNEL FOR MAINTENANCE DEVICE TYPE sbt;
I ran CROSSCHECK BACKUP with a correct output and then REPORT OBSOLETE. The report displays all existing backups - (SYSDATE-2)!
If using RECOVERY WINDOW OF 7 DAYS then the obsolete report displays the list of backups - (SYSDATE-1).
Somehow whatever number I use (7/9/5)in any of the retention policy the result is identical with the one above!

Really I do not know if there is a limitation regarding that aspect if you take the backups in tapes directly. I have implanted and I have seen it function well when backups are store directly in disk.
Find out here if that is a limitation.

WARNING: DATA LOSS - EMET 4 reporter deletes files

Discovered a bug in EMET 4.0 running on Windows 8 (desktop).
Steps to reproduce:
open a .jpg graphic... opens in Photo Gallery.
hit the "Edit, Organize, or Share" button, top left menu bar.
Program crashes and opens a "Photo Gallery has stopped working"/Close program prompt.
EMET opens up a "Do you want to send more information about this issue?" prompt.
When you click Yes/Send with the EMET prompt it DELETES YOUR FILE - no recycle bin, no warning.
It appears to be a problem with EMET. I closed the Photo Gallery prompt and the program closed, file deletion did not occur until the EMET prompt was sent/closed.
UPDATE: Discovered a new unwanted behavior... it will delete the file when you hit the DONT report button as well. I guess the only way is to close the prompt window and not to choose the REPORT or DON'T REPORT buttons.

I did not reinstall Photo Gallery here (not needed)... I think the problem is with EMET.
With the previous entry, where I was asked to disable EMET and test Photo Gallery, I may not have disabled it fully via the task manager... so I got the expected crash. I just tested with EMET running but with all the mitigation checkboxes unchecked for
WLXPhotoGallery.exe, and I was able to use the "Edit, Organize, or Share" button in Photo Gallery properly with no crash.
I will have to experiment with which EMET mitigation check is causing the crash when using the "Edit, Organize, or Share" button. The default EMET installation list had all mitigation checkboxes checked for this program. If someone happens
to know the proper checkbox configuration for WLXPhotoGallery.exe please post.

BI Publisher report deleted while running the report

Hi,
I am facing a strange problem. When i complete creating report and click on view to see the result, the data model from report is automatically deleted and hence parameters, LOVs everything. the only that remains is report name!!! i have already created few reports but they are working fine. suddenly it started acting this way. Please suggest.

Just now i identified that its not deleting the report but its reverting back the report to its previous version. Let me explain it you in details:
suppose i created a report with following query source as Oracle Database:
select territory_code from fnd_territories_tl
where LANGUAGE = USERENV ('Lang')
now if i modify the query in the same report to following query:

and then if i run the report again, the report will still show the result of previous query!! and then if i go back to data model then it will show the previous query there!! not sure why is it doing this way?? Also sometimes, when i create a new report and then view the result then it will revert its previous stage i.e report without Data model, LOVs and parameters!! That is the reason i thought its deleting the report while running report.
Please suggest why is it acting this way? Appreciate your help and time.

Tracking report deletion by Users

hi Experts,
we have a client requirement,where we are providing shared folder access to the end users.now we want to track (in a log file or some other way) , if an end user deletes a report then we shall be able to the path from which report was deleted , timestamp and login id used.

There is a possibility of knowing the deleted catalog object but to know the user info I'm not sure.. if possible try explore it.
For this you may have to go with Subversion kind process, I see there is blog in Rittman site for the same using SVNSubversion.

Financial Report/Batch report deletion by mistake

Hello Gurus,
We seemed to have deleted one of the Financial Reports and one batch report from the Workspace folder.
Is there any way to check and see if it is stored in some place in the hyperion directory.

A financial report is stored in both the RAF relational repository and within the RAF data directory, when you delete the report it will be removed from both these locations.

Read report - deleted without reading

Sent a letter with the "read report", and Icamethe message status.
"was delivered and not

In this case, the recipient has not read
the letter, and it was not removed.

What’s the client version on the recipient’s side?
Does the recipient use AutoArchive to save the outlook data?
When a message is archived, it's copied to the archive file, then deleted from the server.
If the message was not saved to the Archive, where the message go to?
Please update the exchange server to latest patch.
What’s more, do you mean change the text message of ‘was deleted without reading’ to the mobile devices? If yes, I couldn’t find a way to change the text messages.

Query manager report deleted

Hi Experts,
We are using "SAP Business One 2005 SP01". An user has deleted a report in the Query Manager. How can we detect who is the user?.

There is no log for this and therefore it might not be possible to trace who did this.
Please manage these using Authorizations to avoid them in the future.
If you have a recent backup of your database, you should find the query there.

Interactive reports – delete custom report

If a user saves their own version of an interactive report, is there any way for them to delete it?

Early watch Report deletions from archive queue in Solution Manager

Hi Experts ,
I am working on Solution manager EHP1 (SP24). Here more than 100 satellite systems are connected .
and every week approximately 100 Early watch reports are getting generated into the system .
Is there any way to delete the early watch reports from the archive queue of the system which are 6 months
older.
A quick help is highly appreiciable

Have you already tried report RDSMOPREDUCEDATA
It offers the deletion of service session, documents and download data.

Here is the the answer for the my question. one of my team member has given below answer.
The report been directly created in production.
(This report was created by a report painter which automatically generates the code for this )
2.Once the report was created a transaction was created to assign this report in development system and then transported to Acceptance and production. This is how the tcode contains this report for execution.
We concluded this based on the fact that the report was not associated with any package without which we cannot transport the objects but the transaction code is associated with a package.

Reports Deleted need backup

Hi All,
By mistake Reports folder are deleted from the FR tool,
but when we run the report from Recently Opened area of Workspace we can run and see the report Open
can any one please suggest is there any way to get the deleted reports back???

If as a lot has been edited or added since the last backup (sql and file) then you can try this:
1 Make a backup of current sql repository and current file system (RM folders) (check it!!)
2 Temporarily restore the bakcup of the (or a) situation wherE the deleted file existed.
3 Do a specific ALCM export to file.
4 Restore the (in bullet 1 created) backup to your system.
5 ALCM import the created export from bullet 3.

Content of the Namespace-property of a report deleted bei TFS

Hello,
We use the SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010. We store the reports of a .NET-project in a folder named Berichte. To have folder and namespaces synchron we set the Namespace-Property of each report in this folder to Berichte.
When another developer checkout the report from TFS 2010, he gets the report but the Namespace-Property is empty.
I think this is a bug of the Team Foundation Server, but perhaps it is a bug of the Crystal Reports-Plugin.

The Namespace of the report will be stored in the project-file. So the developer have not only to checkout the report but the project-file too.

Delete of Element in Form for COPA line item report

I would like to change a form used for a COPA line item report - delete an element, which has been included for years. Unfortunately I got message, that 'You cannot delete, because element xxx is dependent'.
If I insert a new element if have no problems to delete it afterwards.
Can anybody help me?

Hi,
To my knowledge, you cannot delete the element until you assign the new one in the form if only single element is assigned.
In case anymore element is there, there can be possibility this element is taken into consideration for making formula.
