KO88:Not possible to post down payment clearing. There are no down payments

Hi,
We are doing Full Settlement of an order in TCode KO88. There are few Down payments against a PO. Initially, system gave an error as follows: -
You cannot post comp.retirement for asset 120002 0 with this trans.type
    Message no. AA341
Diagnosis
A down payment was posted to asset 120002 0. In depreciation area 01, if
not elsewhere, all down payments were not cleared.
Procedure
Before posting a complete retirement on this asset, you have to first
clear the down payment in all depreciation areas.
We cleared the down payments and ran KO88 again, but a new error popped as given below.
Not possible to post down payment clearing. There are no down payments.
    Message no. AA571
Any help will be acclaimed.

CMC Team

  • Error: Not possible to post down payment clearing. There are no down payment

    Hi expert,
I am running a settlement for an internal order and encounter the following error message.
"Not possible to post down payment clearing. There are no down payments."
    Message no. AA571
When checked on the vendor, the invoice has been cleared in the same month before the settlement. Under the Internal order line items, there is still an unsettled amount of the invoice.
This internal order settles to an AUC asset. Previous month settlement was ok. Only problem with december.
The downpayment acct is currently zero.
Is there something wrong with the message table, or the posting of the vendor invoice ? Anything to do with the special GL indicator ?
Kindly advise what is the cause and the method to resolved this asap.
    Thanks.
    Angel.

    Hi Angel ,
My client also getting error message while doing settlement(T.C.KO88) even though Note.8600038 applied.

  • Not possible to post down payment clearing. There are no down payments:CJ88

    Hi Experts,
When I settle WBS Element cost to the Asset Under Construction using transaction CJ88, I receive following error.
AA571 Not possible to post down payment clearing. There are no down payments.
    Please help.
    Thank You.

    Hi,
first please check if the message AA 571 is right:
    -  Please check table ANLC. If ANLC-KANZA + ANLC-ANSAZ < 0    AA 571
    -  Check asset values (AW01N, ANEP, ANLC) and find out where the negative down payments come from (tty 180, 181)
However, in some cases a negative down payment balance cannot be avoided  (for example through translation differences in foreign currency  areas). This is the problem of AA 571. Sometimes it is not justified. For this
cases we have the following note:
    860038  Error AA571 not justified
Using SM30, for the T100S table, create an entry for the message
class AA, message number 571, allowed message type "AEW" and
standard message type "E". Select the entry as 'Switch off'.
If when you post to a fixed asset the down payments are negative, or
become negative through the posting, you continue to receive an error as
    a default with these changes.
    Recommended procedure:
o  Change this message to a warning message for one or several
special users. This user should then be used to post to any such
fixed asset that has down payments that are already negative or
           become negative through posting.
o  This should only be permitted in the cases where a negative down
payment balance cannot be avoided due to foreign currency
           rounding.

I am not able to go to the facebook site. www.facebook.com is not working. I get the following error message. 404 Error - Not Found
The resource you have requested could not be found on the server. There are many possible reasons for this. Either the file does not exist, there is an error in your request, or the file is not accessible in the requested directory. Please verify that:

    * You have entered the URL correctly. (i.e. proper directory/filename)

    * You use a tilde (~) before user directories. (i.e. www.furcen.org/~jurann/ )
    * The user/file still exists on this server.
I also get redirected to "Busca Google" when typing www.facebook.com in the address bar.

Not using any mouse pad, I have a very smooth desktop. But I just tried to use a sheet of A4 printing paper, but no result, the problem persisted.
Someone on this forum suggested, that USB3 may interfere with the magic mouse.
I have 2 LaCie HDD's about 70 cm away from the mouse, I use them on Thunderbolt. But in operation or not - the result is the same, the mouse plays up! Just now I was clicking the desktop and the mouse created a new folder!!
    Thanks for the advice, Bee

    Hey Davidl678,
Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are unable to download the purchases from your purchase history, because iTunes believes the songs to be in your library. It may be necessary to delete the items from your library, then re-download from your purchase history. Before doing so, you may want to take note of which song are available for re-download:
iTunes 11 for Windows: Delete songs, playlists, or other items
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12359
iTunes 11 for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store

  • An update tries to run, but an error message stating "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again." I can't open Firefox

I click on Firefox and it says that Firefox is installing your updates and will start in a few minutes. Then I get "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again." this cycle never ends. Do I need to deinstall Firefox and re-install? If I do that, do i lose all of my bookmarks, etc?

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update (Software Update not working properly)
Remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder:
    *C:\Documents and Settings\&lt;user&gt;\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates
    *(%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates)
    *C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\updates
*Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
*Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer. Do not remove personal data when uninstalling.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.
    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Clean_reinstall

    Make the iTunes window wider.
It is on the far right.

  • "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again"

I'm using Firefox 4 Beta and I tryed install update but I dont got success. Now every time that I go start the browser is displayed the mensage: "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again"
My release is installed not in default drive C:\. I installed in the other Partition on my PC.
I don't have other release installed.

    Try a clean re-install.
    * Download the setup file from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/RC (this is for the Firefox 4 release candidate)
    * Uninstall Firefox, do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data"
    * Delete the Firefox installation directory - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installation_directory
    * Re-install Firefox
This process does not remove the Firefox user data such as bookmarks and passwords which are stored elsewhere in the profile folder.
You may also need to manually reset the Software Update feature by deleting the software update files as shown in the "Software Update not working properly" section here - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update

  • With the latest update I get the following error: The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again; suggestions, advice, help.

Help>About Firefox> says I am using Firefox/3.6.10./GTB7.1 I get a note from Mozilla that there is an update. I download it after granting permission to change my machine. I say OK. A green bar slides across the monitor announcing that the update is being downloaded. When I then assume it is being installed I get the following error: The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again. There are no other copies running. The machine is not on a network. I am using WIN7

Thanks for the info about Trojan. It may be the problem. Meanwhile I went to Admin/Owner side and did some cleaning -- including trying to reload my Favorite/Bookmarks that have always carried forth from previous levels of Windows XP and earlier.
The new computer here did not grab the Bookmarks from the previous, and yesterday I thought I had them loaded, and today went to Worker-Bee side and they are not showing.
About those add-ons... I have no idea, but think I got everything up to date yesterday. I will look at your earlier reply tomorrow or this weekend when I have more time at home to learn from it.
Thank you for your time in helping.
Late here, heading to sleep. Marilyn

  • My MacBook's fan is operating very high and I am able to hear it. Also my battery will not charge. I am told that there are no batteries available

My MacBook's fan is operating very high and I am able to hear it. Also my battery will not charge. I am told that there are no batteries available

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
For the fan running continually, first try an SMC (System Management Controller) reset:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Since you did not mention which model of MacBook you own, it's impossible to answer your battery question.
Apple still sells original-equipment batteries for most models from the Apple Store online.
Another reliable source of Mac products is OtherWorldComputing (www.macsales.com).
And some people choose to purchase batteries from what I consider to be less-reliable sources such as eBay.

  • Firefox hangs with a "Script not responding" error message; in the meantime there are more and more flashplayer instances running

Recently I receive errors from Firefox at sites that were working fine before, always the same: a script is not responding, and I can wait, debug or stop. Waiting doesn't help (therefore pointless to change the 'dom.max_script_run_time' setting in the config); and also pointless to debug because the problem is not with the script. "Stop" eventually gets firefox to work, until the next error message which comes very soon.
I tried to reinstall both Firefox and Flashplayer, even manually wiped the traces from the user profile and program files. They are the latest 35.0.1 and 16.0.0.305 available now.
=> In the meantime, there are reproducing instances of flash players are spawned and running. They stay running even after firefox is closed or terminated.
=> if I disable the flash player plugin everything's fine except of course flash is not working. If I re-enable it, the problem starts over.
    OS is Windows 8.1

Retard, (I know that sounds hilarious, but I don't know your name - no offense please! )
Like you said, if this happens only primarily on one of the many sites, it generally comes down to the type of code on that site.
And after looking at the URL you posted, seems like that page uses a lot of external references - JS and CSS.
    Especially the last few lines:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://njcdn.worldsecuresystems.com/CatalystScripts/Java_OnlineShopping.js?vs=b1763.r38875 7"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://njcdn.worldsecuresystems.com/CatalystScripts/Java_Cookies.js?vs=b1763.r388757"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://njcdn.worldsecuresystems.com/CatalystScripts/Java_Box.js?vs=b1763.r388757"></script>
Also, a couple CSS, JS references in the <head> section.
'Display External Files' only disables showing external files - but still loads them.
Can you try removing the external references and try working with the webpage in DW for a few minutes to see if the same problem persists? If it does, we know what was causing your issue.
Also, run your site through W3 validator to check and resolve errors: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.healthfirst.com%2Facls-kit.html&charset =%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0
Let us know how it goes.
    Good luck.

  • Clearly there are issues...

Under 10.4x my MB had no issues burning DVD+R DL
My MBP (running 10.5.2) can not burn any DVD+R DL disks
CDs and DVD-Rs are fine - never has been a problem.
    MBP:
    HL-DT-ST DVDRW GSA-S10N:
    Firmware Revision: AP09
    Interconnect: ATAPI
Burn Support: Yes (Apple Shipping Drive)
    Cache: 2048 KB
    Reads DVD: Yes
    CD-Write: -R, -RW
    DVD-Write: -R, -R DL, -RW, +R, +R DL, +RW
    Write Strategies: CD-TAO, CD-SAO, CD-Raw, DVD-DAO
I have tried (with every combination) Toast, Finder, Different Media, Different burn speeds.
Again, burned 25 DVD+R DL disks on my MB, not one coaster, on 10.4x.
(clearly) This is a serious issue.

    Gerben Wierda wrote:
I know this is a serious accusation, but I am now pretty certain of it. Since upgrading to Leopard I have more problems with my battery than I used to have. And especially, without any warning whatsoever my MacBook will shut down while the battery display will say there is still something like 25% left (the button on the battery itself shows it is empty or almost empty). I also see incidentally that while charging I get a permanent state of 99% full. There are clearly battery management issues.
When it shuts down like that without warning, I need to reboot.
Search the Macbook forums and you'll see many threads about this issue. It has nothing to do with Leopard. Nothing. Nada.
In fact, this happened to my Macbook while running Tiger. The consensus is that you need a new battery. If you are under warranty or have AppleCare you should just take it to the closest Apple store and show them the problem. If they can't find another solution they'll just give you a new battery. Worked for me. Good luck.

  • My 3.6.14 keeps trying to update and gives this error message:"The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again."

My OS is Windows XP version service pack 3. I even tried to install FF4 but it never get installed. As I mentioned my FF keeps trying to update itself but it gives the error message I provided in title. Now I don't have access to my FF browser and my life is stopped because I have all my passwords saved on FF. I restarted my notebook but it stills try to update itself giving the same error message. I can not also upgrade my Adobe reader 7.0.7 to 10 I have tried more than 10 times but it never gets upgraded. I had this Adobe problem since long time ago.

Run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).<br />
If that doesn't help then do a clean reinstall.
    Do a clean (re-)install:
    * Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
    * http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
    * Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
    * Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
    * It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
