Korea Infotype 539 fields

Hi,
I'm trying to configure the Infotype 2 screen for Korea which include the Infotype 539 fields (LNMHG, FNMHG and REGNO). I used screen 2041 in t588m and the screen is displaying fine. However, when I input the values in the fields and hit enter, the values are erased.
Anyone know what may be causing this? Is there some configuration that I may have missed?

Update BDCP table custom infotype custom field

Hi All,
I have created a custom infoype and added a custom field with in this infotype.
I have clicked change document button for the dataelement.
When i changed the value with in that infotype the entry is not updating in table BDCP.
When i changed the value in standard infotype the value is updated in table BDCP table.
Is it possible to update the BDCP table for custom infotype custom field.
If yes please let me know the procedure.

Check the below transactions once again:-
BD61 - To activate the Change Pointers
BD50 - Activate the change pointer for the message type
BD52 - To include the fields which needs to be tracked
BD66 - Maintain Segment field and change document field.
Check all the above transactions once again and you could resolve the problem.

How to hide OM infotype screen field

Hello Experts.
Please let me know how to hide OM infotype Screen field ? i want to hide Percentage field on IT1011.
I know i can create alternative screen "Z" and hide the field and attach alternative screen to the Module pool.
Please let me know if i can do this using BADI so there will not be any change to standard.

Hi Shiva,
To get the detail about a table filed you can use DDIF* function module.
Here in this particular case you can use FM   DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET.
Pass the table name & field name.
After executing that FM you can check   DFIES_TAB in Tables parameter. i t will be having an entry.
Check for filed name as   KEYFLAG , if it is not initial ie. X then supplied filed is Primary Key.
If KEYFLAG is initial then supplied filed is not a primary key.

Customer message for Standard Infotype 0050 field Standard overtime

Hi Guyz,
For the Infotype 0050 field Standard Overtime(ZMGEN) , I need to restict with values Y or N. Otherwise Error 'Invalid Code entered' should be displayed.
How do I approach ?

The best option might be to create a field exit. Use report RSMODPRF to create field exit for Data Element DZMGEN. The report has a good help document, but it's pretty easy to set up the field exit.

Search Help for Infotype Custom Field

Hi,
I have created a search help for a custom field in an infotype. What would be the best way of filtering the help selection based on infotype values such as molga, begda, endda?

thanks for your reply, perhaps I should clarify my question:
1) I have a custom field in an infotype
2) I have a table containing the search help information
3) I assigned a search help to the custom field
4) I have activated a search help exit
The problem is that the information that I get from the custom field is not sufficient for making the selection. Therefore, I would like to somehow get hold of the addition information, such as BEGDA, ENNDA, MOLGA, to do a proper selection in the search help exit. How can I achieve that?
I read something about function module DYNP_VALUES_READ -would it be possible to call this function module from my search help exit and thereby reach my goal?

Enhanced Infotype (IT0002) field in HRMD_A07 IDoc

Hi All,
I have enhanced SAP standard infotype 0002 (via PM01) to include one new field(NWFLD1). The infotype functions perfectly well with the new field(NWFLD1).
I would now like to see this new field in the IDoc that is generated via change pointers. At present the IDoc (HRMD_A07) does not reflect the new field.
[I guess I'd need to incorporate this new field in an IDoc segment and then assign this new segment in the Tech. attributes for IT0002 and maybe also use some BADI/UserExit to transfer the values].
What steps do I need to take to achieve this?

PS: I have no problems with custom infotypes which work almost 'out of the box' when I create a new IDoc Segment and specify that as the 1st IDoc segment in the Tech. attributes for the custom IDoc via PM01.

I have a similar issue as of yours.
I had to add 2 custom fields to the standard IT0002.
I have created a new segment and attached to the extension and maitained the same in T777D.
But as of now no data is getting populated for that new segment.
I guess I also have to do some develoment but not sure where and how?

Making all Infotype 0033 fields available in an infoset

Hi.
I have an infoset using the logical database PNPCE and I just added infotype 0033 in the Further Infotypes option.
The infotype is now displayed but not all the fields I need.
I need fields AUS16, AUS17, AUS18, AUS19 and AUS20 to be both Selection and Output fields in my queries and the only field I get is AUS01.
Can you please tell how to fix this?
I try to add a structure PA0033 but the fields are there but only with Output options.

Yes... I know...
But the fields do not appear available to be transported to the Field Group...
They just aren't there in the left side of the screen... Only some fields of the infotype are there... not all.
I have no idea why this happens...

Add new loop field in custom infotype - error field .. not assigned to loop

Hi,
I have a task of adding a new loop field in a custom infotype screen 3000. Here, in the past there have only been the fields begin date and end date. I need to add a new field, so this is how I proceeeded:
1) I modified the screen 3000 in SE38, adding the field where I wanted and defining a loop.
Now, I get the syntax error : Field P9500-field is not assigned to a LOOP. LOOP...ENDLOOP must appear in PBO and PAI.
There must be something wrong in what I'm doing, can you please let me know a quick fix on this or how I can accomplish this in PM01? Please keep in mind that this is a custom infotype for SAP TEM, I can't see it in PA.

Not a nice solution but I had to do this quick and I'll correct it in the next days:
The old flow logic PBO code was:
LOOP.
    MODULE FILL_DYNPRO.
ENDLOOP.
If I wanted to insert here something like:
FIELD whatever
    MODULE dummy.
, I'd get stupid error messages like this other field is not in loop, endloop, then if I put that other field I'd get the error that the fields are in the same loop...
Wanting just to get this over with, I added the following code (after the initial loop):
LOOP.
    FIELD whatever
      MODULE FILL_DYNPRO."same module as above
ENDLOOP.
This was repeated in PAI.
This pretty much works out fine for the moment, I'll look for finer solutions in the week to come.

[Custom Infotype] Maintaining field based on subtype

Hi expert,
I want to create a new subtype to store an employee's test result
Data need to be maintained are:
1. Test_type -> Subtype field
2. Person_in_charge
3. Result
4. Date.
The problem which i have is:
the result field can only be filled with certain value and specific for a subtype.
e.g:
Subtype 1 can only has result: A, B, C.
subtype 2 can only has result: D, E, F.
It's basically similar like the one on infotype 22 education where certain certificate is only applicable based on its educational establishment.
So my question is, how do you achieve above objective?

You will need to create a mapping table for you subtype and the allowed result values.
In your screen flow logic under a process on value-request. You can generate the values for your field based on the subtype.
process on value-request.

Then in the module result_help:
module sub_code_help input.

Infotype 0001 Field SNAME

In higher release, the IT0001-SNAME conatins comma (,) between the lastname and firstname, but in lower release i.e. 470 & 46C the IT0001-SNAME field contain lastname and firstname without comma (,).
Is there any customizing entry that we need to maintain in the lower release, so that comma is inserted between lastname and firstname in the IT0001-SNAME field.

In t.code PA30 under infotype 2011 when in create mode i need to have the field (Customer-Specific Field) in edit mode.
Please advice me can i have the edit mode for the field P2011-PDC_USRUP.

 by functional consultant.

 of making this field (for this infotype 2011,

Dear Gopal,
The best solution for this kind of problem is with you only because whatever entries/values you are maintaining in your material master and customer master etc. are coming into table LIPS/LIKP so based on that you can find out which fields are getting filled and which not.

I want to change the infotype 0002 field position(first name & lasname)

Dear Freinds,
I have requirement where i have to change the positions of the first name and last name , as pe standard we will see is
the lastname under that field we will se the first name . As per the user he wanted first name and then last name . I have read in sap help that it says the table T522N is the place. But before using i wanted to can i change or is there any method where i can do.
i have changed the name2 as middle name by going to cmod and changing the text label. Here it dint asked me any access key.
similary for chaning the position of the two fields can i do so please let me know if any body has done this.

Hi Divya,
You can't change the position of the fields in standard SAP screens - PA30/20.
This would be repair and you need to get access key to change the 2000 screen of module pool MP000200.
T522N is used to change the name format in reports, etc. (Firstname Lastname or Lastname Firstname) It has nothing to do with the field positions in the screen of PA20/30.

Infotype 0002 field RUFNM known as

On the it0002 the field "known as" (RUFNM) is automatically updated when the field first name (VORNA) is changed.
I want to deactivate this functionality, in order to the known as different of the first name
please help this is quite urgent

SAP HR : ABAP Query / Infotype enhancement / Field in Q0168 & not in P0168

Hi all,
There is a field in the structure Q0168-CSTDT, the field can be seen in the PA20/30 screen under the costs tab.
This field is not there in the P0168 structure.
The requirement is to add this to the ABAP Query.
What steps should be taken ? Do we need ABAP coding ?

    Use Fm : HR_BEN_GET_KEY_DATE to get the Benefit Cost Calculation Date ..
    Look at include MP016840 for the same.
    Look for F1 on the field in pa20/pa30 , you'll get an idea on how this field is calculated.
