KT3 ULTRA2 Trouble, please help me

I have a big problem with my new computer. I have purchased a new pc. And it won´t work. The D-bracket hangs on memory test. IT won´t lighten the monitor and if i press reset it will beep three long beeps.
I have got a new motherbord because the first was broken and i have tested another memory and that didn´t help. And my memory works in another computer. I have tested the harddrive and the graphic card and they work too. I have tested with my other power supply too but same problem and that is a 300W power supply. But i haven´t tested the CPU because i don´t have another computer to test it in.
Whats wrong the motherboard again? or the CPU? Please help me!!!!

This might sound silly but this is what to do!! The same thing happened to me! Go to ur time and date settings and make sure they at set to automatic and not manual and that's it believe it or not. Let me know if it works also once u've done it take ur battery out and put it in again to reboot it

IPod Nano troubles, please help

I'll try to explain this problem to the best of my ability, this has been an ongoing problem since my sister got her iPod Nano:
Me and my sister both got iPods for Christmas, her a Nano and myself a Video, now this isn't about me, my iPod works with my computer (thankfully), but my sister's Nano does not work with her computer. The only reason she has music is because she hooked it up to mine and got my music (a process so annoying to me it's hard to explain, and no, before it is suggested I am not going to add her music to my computer, add it to my library, hook up her Nano, give her her music, and then undo that whole process afterwards. Also I am going off to college next year and won't be able to do that all the time).
Anyway, so the problem appears to be that Windows does not recognize her Nano. I follow the instructions exactly like I did to use my iPod, I install the newest software (iPod updater and iTunes) and then put music into iTunes and then plug in her Nano, and I get a very strange noise. If you can imagine the two noises commonly heard, two beeps, one low and one high when you plug in a piece of hardware, and one high and one low when you unplug it, think of this noise as three, very quick low beeps. I do not know what this noise means, but it appears to mean "we know you plugged something in, but we don't know what the heck to do." iTunes at this point does not automatically update the iPod, and when I go into iPod Updater, the message is "plug in an iPod to begin" (although one is plugged in).
Originally I thought the problem was with her USB drives, although they are USB 2.0 as recommended. I called an Apple service representative (actually a few, only one giving me anything close to a reason for the problem), and upon checking the Device Manager the representative told me that "VIA" USB controllers are not compatible with the Nano. I did not find this likely, but I accepted it as the reason and she has since gone without an updated music selection in her Nano.
Recently my sister purchased a PCI USB card to put into her computer, which I installed (with difficulty, hard to find the drivers). We again tried to use the Nano with no luck. These new USB controllers are "NEC PCI to USB Open Host Controllers" also 2.0, according to the packaging.
I have since reinstalled iTunes and iPod Updater to their most recent versions and reinstalled the USB ports twice, with no better results. Currently I am at the Device Manager and it shows it "recognizes" the iPod, under "Other Devices" (which has a yellow question mark as the icon) and the iPod tab itself also has a yellow question mark as the icon, but this yellow question mark has a smaller yellow circle with an exclamation point ("!") inside it. I attempted to use the "Add New Hardware" wizard to "install" the iPod, but at the point where it looks for drivers it says it can't find any.
Please help, I would be greatly appreciative of any information concerning:
-My sister's USB ports and if they are the problem
-What the "three beeps" noise means when I plug in the Nano
-Where I can find "drivers" (if they exist) for the Nano so the computer recognizes it
-Any other ideas/suggestions that could be of help

Major Ipod Trouble, Please Help

Lately I've been going through a lot of frustration with my ipod. I just recently bought an imac intel core duo and through data DVDs and ipod access, managed to get all of my music, which had previously been scattered between two PCs and an ipod, in one place. In order to get it onto my ipod I had to restore the ipod and then synch it with my new computer's itunes, which was successful. Everything was going smoothly until recently it started freezing inexplicably. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason other than that it seems to freeze a few seconds into a song and that it's just about always happened in my car when it's plugged into my FM modulator. Every time it's happened, the music disappears when I restart it, and doesn't reappear until I've restarted it several more times. I thought perhaps that restoring the ipod didn't fully update the software and created problems after it had been synched. But just recently when I plugged it into my computer, itunes said that it couldn't be read and that I should restore it to it's factory settings, which I had just recently done, and then when I ran ipod updater on it without itunes, it said that my ipod was up to date. I would just restore it or buy a new one but I just did restore it and this ipod is only a few months old and was sent to me as a replacement when my old ipod broke. Any insight would be appreciated

Itunes Troubles, Please Help!

I am leaving for vacation in a few days and i go to update my ipod to get some more tv shows and movies on it. When i open itunes this message appears:
"iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
i tried quicktime, because i know quicktime is downloaded through itunes, this message appears:
"QuickTime failed to initialize. Error # -2095."
I have tried everything i can think of, reinstalling itunes, uninstalling it and then installing it again, and trying to move all of my ipod files to another computer, but i would much rather stay on the same computer using the same library. Please help me, i am leaving for vacation on July 20, so i would really appriciate it if you would answer this before then if possible. If this isnt possible help later is better than nothing.

Oh wait, i think i just got it. Ok, at work just dl 9.2 again and it should work. If it wont dl save the install file from home to a disc and install that way, or get your backup file off of the work comp and put it on your home comp.

SQL INSERT trouble- please help

I'm having an trouble,to INSERT a record to my db.(MySQL)
This is the condition.
There is a form to validate the NicNo,which is input by the user.If it it exist, then the system displays an error msg. If it is not,display a new form to enter the candidate details.Then the user can save them to the db.These are working well.But,when I go to the mySQL console and check,the record is nicely saved except 2 fields.(civilStatus and eduQua).
Did you know why? I check my prepared statement,I think it's OK.

Your code looks okay. I have just a couple of questions:
(1) Are you 100% certain that those columns are of type VARCHAR/String in your MySQL database?
(2) You only have a default ctor for your core.CandidateMgr class, and it has no implementation at all. That means that the six private member Strings are all set to null.
Your addInter() method inserts the current values of the private data members into MySQL. If it so happened that those two fields, civilStatus and eduQua, were never initialized using calls to their respective setters, then their values would still be null because you never set them to sensible values inside the constructor.
I'd do two things:
(1) Add code to your default constructor to set all the strings to the empty string.
(2) Write a second constructor that allows a user to initialize all six strings when the object is created. That way you can have a fully-initialized instance of CandidateMgr without having to call the setters. Have your default ctor simply call this second ctor:

Iphone 5 troubles, please help, its urgent!

I got this new iphone 5, but i wanted my music and photos to go on it from my ipod 4th generation, so i connected my ipod to my computer and itunes and backed it up, when i plugged in my iphone, its said to back it up (hoping my files would transfer like it intended it would, i did so) .. except it turned my iphone 5 into an ipod, they layout was the same, the settings were the same, please i need help and i want to see my iphone back to the way i had it when i got it earlier today. I've tried all the resets and it still won't work

Download the ipsw for your iphone, then open itunes and press shift (on windows) or option (on Mac), while holding that button click on restore, then you can selecte where to restore from, select the file you just downloaded, make sure is the latest version, and check if your phone is CDMA or GSM before downloading the file.

Hardware Trouble, please help if you can.

I had been having some trouble with my phone,
It seem to keep freezing you are not able to use the touch screen at all, and i called bell and talked to them and they told me to reset it whitch did. but that didnt help me out. Then they told us to go into the store. So we did that then they reset it and it seem to work fine untill about an hour later, we tryed to reset it again and that didnt help. It seem that it will work fine when the USB cord is pluged into it. The USB cord dosent need to be pluged into a computer or the charger on the other end it just need to be plugged into the phone. I was just wondering if anyone could help me?

The only way I can think that the USB connection to the phone only would have an effect on the screen response is if you have a cracked screen originating from the USB port area on the device. You may want to inspect the screen closely for cracks under the surface. This would have an effect on the screen response.
If you do not have any cracking you should try running a screen test. Go to Device Info, then Preferences, then choose Tests, then Interactive Tests, choose Touch Sensors, run this test, if the device fails this test you may have a hardware failure.
In addition have you installed any 3rd party apps from Pre Central or any other sites. Some 3rd party apps can have an effect on the device in general. The fact that a restart seems to resolve this problem temporary may indicate a software issue. You can preform an Erase Apps and Data under Device Info, then choose Reset Options, then Erase Apps & Data, and after the device restarts log back into your profile to restore you data and eliminate any 3rd party software. This process is destructive and you will lose any phone logs or text messages.

Hard-disk troubles, please help

I am an experienced Mac user but have run into problems with my parents' iMac. It's a Core Duo model from May 2006 and has been super-reliable until the last few months or so. It is a 20" model, with 1Gb of RAM and the various other usuals for that model.
The problem is, often the iMac will not start up and freezes on the grey screen with the Apple logo. The CPU will emit a periodic sound (just your basic 'busy' sound it makes when it's processing as normal) but the OS will not load. Sometimes if it is left for 10-15 minutes it may load. Most times it will just sit on the grey screen with no signs of activity other than the hard-disk spinning down and then cycling up again. Needless to say this is infuriating for my parents and siblings.
I have re-installed Leopard maybe 5 or 6 times since our OS upgrade but the same problem used to occur in Tiger also. When I run disk utility to check the health of the HD, it comes up with problems. Notably, when I try to Verify or Repair the HD, it will not complete the process, bringing up error messages about 'Node failure's and broken 'Sibling Links'? (my apologies for the lack of distinct terminology at this time). I then have to erase and re-format the drive, re-install the OS, everything is fine for a few days and then the problem appears again. Is this an HD discrepancy? It seems that way to me, as if it is corrupting the data stored on it, in particular the important system files required to boot into the OS. The HD is a Western Digital model, the WD2500JS-40NGB2 model.
I have searched discussions but couldn't find any scenarios quite matching my own and would appreciate any help. Our Applecare has run out but I guess we would be open to the idea of replacing the drive if necessary

Backup all personal files to an external Firewire drive then do the following:
Extended Hard Drive Preparation
1. Boot from your OS X Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Installer menu (Utilities menu for Tiger or Leopard.)
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID (only required for Intel Macs) then click on the OK button. Set the number of partitions from the dropdown menu (use 1 partition unless you wish to make more.) Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the volume(s) mount as shown in the DU left side list.
4. After the volumes mount quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed to reinstall OS X.
Upon completion of the installation your computer will automatically restart to the OS X Setup Assistant. Fill in the requisite information. When you get to the point of creating the new admin account be sure to use the exact same account information as before (same shortname and password.) You can then copy your personal files back from the backup you made to their original locations.

IPod Trouble - Please Help

I NEED DESPERATE HELP!!!!
I have a first generation iPod Shuffle, which seems to be having heaps of problems. The first thing that went wrong with it is that when I connected it to the computer, at first it would appear in the source (I think that is what its called, down the left hand side of iTunes along with library and everything) but when I clicked on it, it would disappear and say that it was not connected. This meant that I could not put any new songs on my iPod.
Now, not only can I not put any new songs on my iPod, but it wont play the old ones. Instead of playing songs, the light above the controller will continue to flash green and orange.
i have tried every website mentioned in the users guide and have searched through this website a million times. My iPod is registered, I have iTunes version 7.0.2, and the software version on my iPod is 1.1.5, but the computer says my iPod is completely updated. I have tried to do something with the disk that came with my iPod, but I dont really know what I'm doing and I dont think anything happened. I dont know how to reinstall my iPod, and I have tried restarting my computer.
My iPod will not show up on My Computer, and sometimes it shows up on iTunes only to say I should try to restore it. Every time I try to do this, the computer says it cant due to error 1418. My iPod is nearly two years old but it has been well looked after.
I really have no idea what I am doing and dont know much about computers or iPods. Any help will be greatly appreciated, but you will probably have to tell me exactly what to do because I have no idea.

I'm in trouble, please help!! (Getting footage off of computer)

About a year ago I made a wedding video for a woman. A year later she's blasting me because it skips and freezes up at points. Part of me wants to say, "no lifetime garauntee lady, lose my number." The good guy in me wants to find a fix.
So I have her DVD and it DOES freeze up and stuff. I was able to use 'handbrake' and get the first 22 out of 50 minutes off. I can't figure out how to rip the rest. I'm basically trying to get the footage back onto imovie.
I also tried running through my dvd player into imovie, but it skipped for me as well. I need to somehow export from the computer or have the computer turn it into a quicktime. I also tried 'disc utililty' which failed.
Any tips???? Need to get this woman off my back.

Well, if there is a read problem with the disc (and that is what it sound like) I am not sure how you would get the material off the disc. I mean why doesn't Handbrake rip the whole thing? Of course ripping the material off the disc will eventually degrade the quality which may not solve your back problem. Did you make a back up tape? Or even a back up DVD? The back up tape is the first and best source to turn to, capture that and redo the DVD. A back up DVD may at least give you a readable DVD to rip from from. If all that fails, it is back to the original tapes and try to do a re-edit. Was only this one disc made, does somebody else in the family have a disc? How long has the client had the disc? If there is scratching on the disc you may want to try a cleaner: http://www.amazon.com/Scotch-DVD-Disc-Cleaner-Repair/dp/B0002T54KU. If there isn't scratching on the disc, that opens a whole new can of worms, not the least of which is that DVD from iMovie/iDVD won't play on her player. Most likely reason is that iDVD uses uncompressed audio.
If you don't have back ups or the original tapes and can't get a readable copy of the disc, it may be time to bite the bullet and offer a refund, assuming you charged for this. I would certainly expect a disc to last more than a year, provided it was properly cared for, wouldn't you? Experience is expensive. Back up often.

My office computer would not load itunes 9.2 because I was missing msi file, so I have when I first got my 3G iphone last August synced with with my computer at home, so I downloaded 9.2 onto that computer and converted my Iphone over to 4.o well I lost more than half of my apps, all of my phone number and contacts about 600, now I think when I go back to work on monday I will not be able to sync my phone back with my computer bedause the version of Itunes will not recognize my Iphone help

iv always had windows.
and iv recently got the tiger version
and im trying to update
i have enough space and all
but when it gets the the actual installing part it just says error occurred during installation.
is driving me crazy
I NEED TO UPDATE MY MAC so i can do my college work.
