KT3 & XP 1600 is up and running see what I had to go through

Question

Hey there,
Alot of you know that I had alot to go through to get this
to work of course.  Well these are the details of what I
went through.
1) Tried cooling
   a) new HS AX-7 w/mechatronics 80mm 53CFM 39DB  
       & Artic Silver 3
   b) new front blow hole Antec Smartfan 49 CFM
   c) exhaust grill cutout Sunon 39 CFM
   d) Antec PCI cyclone blower
2) Different ram Corsair 256MB PC 100 -> Kingston  
    128MB PC -> Micron 256MB PC2100
3) ASUS V7100 GF2 MX 32MB Tv out only  AGP 4X->
    Office Depot generic PCI video card
4) New motherboard
    MSI K7T-Turbo -> K7T-Turbo2 -> KT3 Ultra (Original)
    **I was able to exchange Turbo2 for KT3  wheew
5) T-Bird 900 -> XP 1600+
I did all this....well you know what it turned out to be
5) T-Bird 900 -> XP 1600+.  
CPU was still working but did not let me install XP PRO
and alot and I mean ALOT of other software  X(
I know it was a bad CPU since i did CPU tests....and it
was the only factor I had not tried.  Not only that
but ALL my probs went away when I put it in.
The Turbo2 was exchanged in return for a KT3.
The Kingston ram was from another comp I had.
The micron PC2100 was for the new XP CPU and KT3.
This is what my system is now:
AMD Athlon XP 1600+
256MB PC 2100 Micron
ASUS V7100 AGP 32 Mb Geforce 2 MX TV out only
MSI KT3-ULTRA (Original ) Bios version 3.5
Maxi Sound Muse
Diamond SupraMax V.92 56K
Quantum Fireball+AS 40 Gb ATA 100
Sony 1.44 Floppy
Affrey (Generic) 50X
Plexwriter 40/12/40
WIN XP PRO
The only other issues were the MS K7 DX patch that
I had to get and just the regular MS XP PRO updates
like usuall.  After that my system ran great.  It's rock
stable and I can play AVP GOLD finally since NOV 2001.
BTW- My temps for CASE and CPU for all this were:
1) Initially before changes T-Bird 900
    CPU 59 - 60C CASE 39 - 40C
2) After initial mod and AS3 on 900 T-Bird
    CASE 29 - 30C CPU 49 - 50C
3) Reapplication of AS3 with orig 900 T-Bird
    CPU 46C
4) New XP 1600+ with AS3 and everything
    CPU 41 - 43C CASE is still 29 - 30C
If you want to know what CPU test program I used
it was HOT CPU. .
Other then that if you have questions since this was
an 8 month long fiasco I would more then happy to help.
