Kudo for Technical Support Staff - Cheong

I would like to express my appreciation to Cheong from Technical Support.
Have some software problem with my computer as I am unable to boot up and it has been in that condition for about week. Finally, I decided to call Technical Support for help. Mr. Cheong received the call and he guided me thru all the step to get the problem solve. He took his time to explain to me what has to be done to get it correct so that the problem will not happen again. Beside this he call again the next few days to check if it in working order.
This event make me feel secure buying a HP product and I have confident in HP product as this is my 2nd desktop and also 2nd laptop purchased from HP thru the years and I will continue to buy HP as I believe that a brand is important but support and aftersales service thereafter is even more important.  
Mr. Cheong did an excellent job and I think the company should be proud of his dedicate service he provide to the customer/s. It is with this committement that he give to the customer that make the company proud. It is your staff's committement that keep me as a loyal HP customer.

You found it. If you don't have a support contract this is the only place you can get support from.
If you have a support contract then go to http://service.sap.com/support and you can log a question under the Help and Support and then Report a Product Error tab.

  • RDWA - limit to one monitor full screen for IT support staff

    In our shop, we use RDWA to access the Windows 7 virtual desktops, server is Windows Server 2012.
    Since IT support staff have two monitors, when they login to user's virtual desktop for testing / support purpose, the display will be spanned across two monitors.  We want to keep the user's virtual desktop in one monitor and use the other monitor
    to other purpose, e.g. searching internet for problem resolution, email, etc.
    Is there a way to restrict the virtual desktop to show up full screen in just one monitor.
    I have searched the forum but seems not getting the answer.

  • Petition for Technical Support (Problems with BlueSoleil on BT6967 ver 1.43)

    I downloaded BT software BlueSoleil v2.0 from http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/download/dld/spt_dld_detail.php?UID=326&kind=8
    After installation, it doesn't load and asking for Licence Problem with my BT-6967 that's I think is not model v1.43, have also tried my original CD and same problem
    this is a serious problem with BlueSoleil Drivers on BT 6967, because my dad buy one last BT 6967 ver1.43 with Tranceveing Key driver version 1.3.4.9 (shows on cd) and I tried upgrade my driver version 1.3.4 on my old BT 6967 with this 1.3.4.9 bluesoleil drivers and doesn't works!!!! I don't understand when both are same model MS-6967 why!!! don't works with the last drivers!!!! perhaps only for ver1.43??? because in the main window of BlueSoleil show a message "This version demo has expire" !!!!! what is the reason !!! blueSoleil only works with his 1.3.4.9 MS 6967 Tranceveing Key !!!??? and what's up with a normal MS 6967 1.3.4, technical support could help me??!!! please!!! i need a BlueSoleil software open to all versions on BT-6967

    You have combined 2 different issues. Free technical support expires after 90 days unless you bought AppleCare, which extends it to 2 years. You can pay for support after that, use this free forum that is staffed by volunteer users, or visit an Apple store genius bar (which is also free).
    Network coverage is a completely different issue, and has nothing to do with technical support. You must contact your carrier if you have a network problem.

    If I am on e bay, there are times that I place a bid near the end of the bidding process. It has never been a problem until last year, but now every time I place a bid, the second I confirm the bid on e bay, Firefox crashes and I have to reboot?? it. I loose valuable time and on more than one occasion have lost outbidding another buyer because Firefox crashes. I called E bay for assistance but they say it is related to Firefox program and I need to call them. I cannot find any way of contacting Firefox by telephone.     We are having difficulties trying to e mail sales order's and invoice's out of our SAP Software - SAP will not allow!!!!!!
    We can e mail out of our regular e mail account but we were told that our DL file has been corrupted in the Server or SAP ???? confused.... and we need to install a disk into the server and please advise.

    7 phone calls 7 different solutions, none of which helped. Finally engineer arrives,then after he leaves remote doesn't work. Phoned yet again and told remote is broken and sending new one. Checked on internet, re-set remote spare arriving in two days! Who trains these idiots?

  • Which trxn for Support staff to terminate users in a Load Balance system

    We have trxn sm04, but it will only provide users that are logged into the system that you have been sent to in a load balance environment.
    I was also considering al08, but that does not allow support staff to terminate users.
    Is there another trxn?
    Please advise, we want to determine a strategy for the support staff before we roll out load balancing to all SAP users

    My Internet DSL is still down since the June 29 storm.  It has been more than 11 days.  I spent hours waiting for technical support from India, remote modem so many times and they is still outage my Vienna area with no ETA.  Is this correct? 
    After wasting to much time, I'm tire to call them.  I'm using my neighbor's Cox Internet now.  My dry landline number is {edited for privacy}
