Kuler not working for creative cloud

I am signed in to my adobe account, but my kuler window says: "No color themes available in Kuler account"

Ana, David57 - this depends on which application you are using. By the sound of it, I think you are discussing Illustrator CC.  See my notes below:
Old versions of PS, Ai, and ID have the legacy Kuler extension which allows you to browse colors.  If you are using a newer "CC" version, see the notes below.
Photoshop CC: install the Kuler extension and your all set (Browse, create, and save themes.) Link to extension After you install, you can find it here: Windows > Extensions
Illustrator CC: browse kuler.adobe.com and favorite themes there.  After you mark a theme as favorite, it will show up for you in Illustrator.
After Effects CC: by default, AE already includes the new Kuler extension (Browse, create, and save themes).  Find it in Windows > Extensions
InDesign CC: the legacy Kuler extension is available for ID.  In the very near future, we hope to include the new Kuler extension in the app by default--which allows you to browse, create, and save themes by default.

    Lightroom is not considered a Creative Suite individual product. Same for Photoshop Express and Premiere Pro Express.
    The wording on the full promotional terms from the link at the bottom of https://creativecloud-specialoffer.adobe.com/special-offer/ is: "This offer is only available to customers who own a Creative Suite edition or individual product, version CS3 or later (CS3.x, CS4, CS5.x, or CS6)..."

  • Links not working in Creative Cloud desktop app

    I have the latest version of the CC app installed (V1.7.1.418) running on Windows 7 (64 bit).
    I have noticed that many of the links are not working - for example in Community the "Add Work" and "View Profile" buttons do nothing when clicked and in the Apps window clicking on the "View Tutorials" does nothing. Another example - in the Preferences - Behance section the "View Account Settings" doesn't respond when clicked.
    It's not a big issue - the updates all seem to be coming through ok but it would be nice to know why the links aren't working and how to fix it.

    Seems to be an Internet Explorer issue. I've downloaded and installed Firefox and all links are working fine. Would still like to know what was the problem with IE, if anyone knows.

  • Kuler not working in illustrator 6 (creative cloud)

    Hi,
    I have the same problem, I have the creative cloud team 6, when I try to connect to kuler threw illustrator it says "A valid ADOBE ID is requiered to use this feature.
    When I try to write username it's already written but ut's grey and there is no option to type in the field.
    As well I downloaded the kuler air and when I enter to sign in it says: Error: klash please try again.
    It has been like that for a few days, since I downloaded it.
    working on MAC os x 10.8.4
    Please help ASAP

    Lightroom must be installed via the Creative Cloud Application.
    It sounds like you have installed a Perpetual Licensed Version or a Trial Version of Lightroom. Uninstall any versions you have installed of Version 5 and then reinstall via the Creative Cloud App.

    Paulou12 what type of a Creative Cloud Membership do you have?  You can find details on how to update Lightroom using the Creative Cloud Desktop application at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
    Finally if you are in a managed environment then please work with your I.T. department to apply the update.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    I stumbled upon the solution. In addition to downloading Creative Cloud, I needed to go back to the website and  download trials for the programs I want to use--Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did that, I was in business. Would save trouble if that was made clear on the download site.

    The license allows YOU to install on a 2nd computer... it does not allow someone else to use your license
