thank so much!

Hi Allan,
You can maintain Output Control settings for printing  in OPK8. Please maintain the necessary settings like settings for Output Device, Spool Parameters for user.
I think you are unable to get spool generated so you are unable to print while GR.
Pls. try with above settings and check.
Reward if useful.

  • CR2008 SP5 Labels not printing correctly

    Hi,
    I've got an issue were labels are not printing correctly to a Zebra printer. I'm using Crystal Reports 2008 SP5. The problem is the width is 10cm and the length is 7.5cm but Crystal is automatically changing this to landscape orientation which doesn't print correctly then. From reading older threads, a lot of people have had similar issue but according to this thread - CR 2008 V 12.3.0.601 Labels will not print correctly the issue should be resolved in SP5 but it's still not printing out in the correct orientation despite the print preview looking perfect.
    I've tried checking the No Printer option and the Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size option and pretty much every other option I've seen mentioned but I still cannot get the label to print in the correct orientation. Has anyone succesfully got this working?
    Thanks

  • Labels not printing right

    I have an HP Officejet 5610xi All-in-One printer. I have never had any trouble with it. I don't think I have ever printed labels with it, though. I purchased the Avery Clear easy peel labels 8662 and down loaded the template 5162 that it told me to use. I am using Word 2003 to run this template. I designed the labels and did a test print on a plain sheet of paper - they came out perfect. Then I tried to print them on the labels - they came out way too high and ruined a whole sheet of labels. So I tried again with plain paper - it was perfect. I then put the label page back in, only this time to print on the back side of the label page - it came out perfect. So I hoped that the first ruined page was a fluke and inserted another label page - again too high! I contacted Avery and they tried to help me adjust the templates top margin - it didn't help, it still printed at the same height. Avery told me the error was in the way my printer was grabbing the labels. I need HELP! I am trying to print return labels for my wedding invitations and they have to go out this week! I still have the outgoing address labels to design and print.
    Thank you for your help!!!

  • Laserrjet 1600 Word 2007 Labels not printing

    I've had this problem for a long time.  I want to print labels using my Laserjet 1600 with Word 2007.   It won't feed the paper stock no matter what I try.   It wants to feed from a tray that apparently does not exist.  I've tried manual feeding and tray feeding.   I also have the problem with photo paper.
    Does anyone have experience with this and how to properly set the software to do this job ?   Thanks.

    MichaelKazlow has already given some pretty good advice, but let me add to that...
    Equation Editor 3. Your statement that "MS no longer uses their much better Equation 3.0" is only partially true. Microsoft Equation 3.0 is still included with Microsoft Office. It's in Word 2007, which it seems to be the version you're using, as well as Office 2010 and Office 2013 (as well as the installed versions of Office 365 -- not the web apps versions). You get to MSEE3 the same way you did in earlier versions of Office -- Insert > Object.
    Embedding fonts. This is a good idea, but really more necessary for MathType than for Equation Editor. MSEE3 uses the MT Extra font, as does MathType, but MathType's version is much more complete. Thus, some symbols you create with MathType may not appear properly if 1) your recipient does not have the MathType version of MT Extra, or 2) you don't embed the font.
    Saving as PDF. This capability is better in Word 2010 and 2013 than in Word 2007, and embeds fonts by default. It's a Save As option from Word; you don't need Acrobat. Acrobat is better, but expensive. If you don't have Acrobat, and if Word's Save As PDF feature isn't working as well as you'd like, doPDF is a free option that works pretty well.

  • Labels not printing correctly

    I am printing with an HP OfficeJet 6500 on an iMac 27" Quad.
    These are product labels that will eventually get placed on glass jam jars.
    I purchased Labels # WRV5-3R_5923 from labelsbythesheet.com.
    They provided me with a Microsoft Word template.
    The actual printing is really beautiful. The labels respond with great clarity on my inkjet printer, and I am now testing them in the refrigerator. (I am making labels for jars of jam)
    The problem is getting things aligned. The bottom row boxes show up perfectly in the preview. But when I go to print, the last 1/4" of the bottom boxes are clipped off, so the bottom labels don't print correctly.
    Then the labels seem to "move around" across the page. The first label is correct, but as one goes across the page, the border moves from left to right. The left border is about 1/4" past the label. The fifth cell on the right is  about 1/8" inch before the label.
    Also vertically, the top row prints 1/8" below the label. The bottom row prints 1/4" above the label.
    On my printer, I have disabled all the "align and center" controls, the "fit to page" control, the "scaling" and "bounding box". So in the controls it appears the printer software is doing nothing to the original document.

    Hi garrymtp,
    I would like to help you with printing labels. The issue you have described sounds like it a result of print margins.
    The document margins must match (or exceed) these margin settings in the portrait orientation.

  • I just updated my Ipad 2 last night with iOS 7.04 now I can't print shipping labels from Paypal. I downloaded a different browser, Dolphin, per Paypal's suggestion. Still can not print. It says it has lost connection with the server.help!.

    Hello! I updated my Ipad now I can not print USPS labels from Paypal. I used my boss' Ipad not updated and worked fine. I am dependent on my Ipad to print these labels for me. I can print anything else I want, like email or packing slips. Any thoughts? I would go back to the previous version if anyone knows how to do that.

  • Can not print shipping labels on FedEx with Firefox 4

    I print shipping labels from FedEx's website using their ship manager online. Now with Firefox 4 I can not get shipping labels to print with any of my printers. I had to use IE to get it to print a label. I spent almost an hour with FedEx tech support and could not get it to work until I tried it with IE. I have had no problems with previous versions of Firefox.

    If you use Quickbooks software, you could try the fix mentioned on the [http://community.intuit.com/posts/cannot-print-shipping-labels-from-ups-or-fedex-shipping-applet Intuit forum] It's the 4th post down.
    The Fedex shipping label app was written by [http://quickbooks.intuit.com/product/add_ons/shipping_manager.jsp Quickbooks], so it might work.
    Alternatively, maybe one of the Add-ons listed here will work: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=print&cat=all&x=0&y=0 Print Add-ons]

  • USPS will not print labels using Safari

    I am forced to use Internet Explorer to print USPS labels. Safari will not open up Adobe and bring up labels for printing. Explorer brings up the label and allows it to print. Any solution to this problem out there?

    Hello JG:
    Welcome to Apple discussions.
    That was a problem sometime ago, but the USPS fixed it. I routinely print USPS Priority Mail labels from their web site using Safari. The problem is someplace else.
    Do you have the latest version of Adobe PDF reader?
    Try resetting Safari and trashing the preference file (com.apple.safari.plist) and then restarting.

  • Printing labels (not JLabels) :-)

    Hey guys! This doesn't quite belong in this forum, but it is definitely related.
    What I'm doing now is creating a simple .txt document in the format:
    NAME DETAILS
    ADDRESS
    DATE
    NAME DETAILS
    ADDRESS
    DATE
    etc.... The file will just be full of this. Same format, different data, that I need to print. The thing is, I'm printing this document to a set of labels. These labels are only about 10cm x 7cm (width x height). So, they would be less width than a normal A4 sheet, and you can fit around 3 per page. The problem I'm having is, if there isn't a multiple of 3 labels to print in the .txt document, then the printer still prints out the whole page.
    An example of the printer and labels is here: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid183/p815d0b1ce7f2a3b8f126b099cea04d0a/f2a9ff45.jpg
    You know how when you print something, the printer prints in pages. Well, if I only have to print one label, it prints a whole page, and since I don't use A4 paper, they are labels, 1 label comes out printed on, and the other 2 are empty...so I have to readjust them after each print.
    Well, is there a way to tell the printer to stop after it's printed the last label? Or does this have to do with printer driver programming?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Try adding an alternate driver and try to print.
    To use an alternate print driver for HP printers in Windows 7:
    1. Click on the Start menu.
    2. Click on Devices and Printers.
    3. Click Add a Printer
    4. Add a local Printer
    5. Select Create a New Port
    6. Select Standard TCP\IP port
    7. Enter Printer IP address (Printer IP address can be found by printing network config page from printer
    8. Under Manufacturer select HP and under printer select HP Officejet 8000 pirinter or Officejet 7410
    9. Click apply and try printing

  • PrintDataGrid's DataGridColumn - Embedded image not printing when you use TextFlow in the item rende

    I'm printing a datagrid using something like  this...
    <mx:PrintDataGrid
      id="printDataGrid"
      width="100%"
      height="100%"
      showHeaders="false"
      borderVisible="false"
      horizontalGridLines="false"
      variableRowHeight="true"
      dataProvider="{titles}"
      >
      <mx:columns>
       <mx:DataGridColumn
        itemRenderer="renderer.TitlePrintRenderer"
        />
      </mx:columns>
    </mx:PrintDataGrid>
    TitlePrintRenderer.mxml has s:RichText component. I use  RichText's textFlow property to render the text. The approach is working fine  except that if the textFlow has embedded images (<img source=... />), the  images are not printed!
    Is this a bug? Is it a limitation? Has anyone come  across this issue?
    I'm using Flex SDK 4.5.1

    After struggling for 4+ days on using timer / events for printing PrintDataGrid with embedded images in RichText's textFlow, I tried your other suggestion... to convert <img> tags to InlineGraphicElement and give it Bitmap from image loaded from a .gif file. The approach works but the printout skips images in a few rows!
    I've this test case in which, every time I print, it skips printing image in the second row! I also implemented this approach in a more complex test case and depending on the total number of rows, it would skip printing image in different number of rows. I'm suspecting that even if you construct InlineGraphicElement from bitmap loaded from an image, PrintDataGrid's renderer still skips printing image intermittently.
    I would very much appreciate it if you could create small project from my following code and verify this behavior. I'm at my wit's end in getting this printing to work.
    PrintImagesTest.mxml
