Lancement Photoshop CC + LR en version d'évaluation alors que payé

Bonjour,
Je me suis abonnée à Photoshop CC + LR et j'ai installé sans problème sur mon pc fixe.
Quand j'ai installé sur mon portable, cela s'est mis en version évaluation.
J'ai contacté l'assistance qui m'a dit de supprimer le fichier opm.db. mais cela n'a rien changé.
Si vous avez des pistes ?

Je vous invite à prendre connaissance des solutions ci-dessous afin d'activer votre abonnement.
1.Supprimez le fichier opm.db.
Fermez l’application Creative Cloud.
Ouvrez le dossier OOBE.
Mac OS : /Users/[nom d’utilisateur]/Bibliothèque/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Supprimez le fichier opm.db.
Lancez Creative Cloud.
2. Réinitialisez le fichier d’hôtes :
Mac OS Connectez-vous en tant qu’administrateur pour modifier le fichier d’hôtes dans Mac OS.
Dans le Finder, sélectionnez Aller > Aller au dossier.
Saisissez /etc.
Sélectionnez le fichier d’hôtes et ouvrez-le.
Sauvegardez le fichier d’hôtes : sélectionnez Fichier > Enregistrer sous, enregistrez le fichier sous le nom hosts.sauvegarde, puis cliquez sur OK.
Recherchez dans le fichier d’hôtes les entrées qui font référence à Adobe (par exemple, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) et supprimez-les.
Enregistrez et fermez le fichier.
N'hésitez pas à revenir vers moi si vous avez plus de questions.

Bonjour,
J'ai téléchargé la version d'évaluation de photoshop cs5 extended que je souhaite testée avant un achat.
J'ai téléchargé le fichier 1 puis le 2. Je les ai dézippés.
Le 2 étant un .exe je commence par celui-ci et lorsque je veux installer photoshop_12_LS4.exe, j'ai le message "n'est pas une application Win32 valide".
Le fichier 1 s'appelle photoshop_12_LS4, lorsque je l'ouvre, j'ai un dossier "Adobe CS5", puis en cliquant dessus, j'ai un dossier "payloads", puis en cliquant dessus, j'ai plein de dossier Adobe....., quelques Device... et un SwitchBoard...
Je vous remercie par avance de me donner un coup de main pour installer photoshop cs5 extended.

Simply run the setup exe contained in the .7z file after you have extracted it, keeping the hierarchy of folders intact.

J'ai acheté lightroom le 9 octobre 2013 et l'ai installé sur mon ordinateur de bureau et la seconde copie sur mon ordinateur portable. Jusque là, pas de problème.
J'ai changé il y a quelques jours d'ordinateur sur lequel j'ai installé lightroom. Et aujourd'hui, surprise, je reçois un mail de la part d'Adobe me remerciant d'avoir téléchargé la version d'évaluation. J'ai pourtant bel et bien acheté la licence. Est-ce que j'aurais dû le désinstaller de l'ancien ordinateur (si c'est le cas, ce n'est pas grave, je l'ai encore dans un carton).

Hi all,
I bought Ligthroom the 9th october 2013 and installed it on my computer and my laptop. So far so good.
A couple days ago I changed my computer and installed Lightroom on it,too. And today I've received an email from Adobe saying that I use an evaluation of Lightroom. Is it because I didn't unistall one of the copy on the other computer. If it's that, it's not a big deal, I got the old one in a box. Thanks for saying me.

L'équipe de Creative Cloud se penche sur le problème. Pour une certaine raison, Creative Cloud pense que vous êtes sur un système d'exploitation Danois, donc il met cette langue comme défaut.
En attendant, il y a moyen de résoudre en partie ce problème.
1. Désinstallez InDesign CC de votre système. Vous pouvez faire cela en lançant l'application "Uninstall Adobe InDesign CC" située dans le répertoire d'installation d'InDesign. (Probablement Applications > InDesign CC)
2. Lancez l'application de téléchargement Creative Cloud, vous devriez avoir un écran comme le suivant après avoir sélectionné le menu "Apps":
3. Selectionez le menu avec la petite roue en haut à droite et cliquez sur le menu "Indstillinger".
4. Cliquez ensuite sur le menu "Apps" et, dans le menu "Appsprog", choissez "Français". Sur votre système, Dansk (Danois) est probablement sélectionné par défaut.
5. Toutes vos Applications Creative Cloud devraient alors être installées en Français - pour autant que vous ne mettez pas à jour l'application de téléchargement Creative Cloud. Si vous la mettez à jour, le defaut sera sans doute de nouveau Dansk (Danois).
On recherche encore la cause pour laquelle votre système choisit Danois par défaut. Veuillez m'envoyer une capture d'écran des Préférences de Langue et Texte de votre système d'exploitation.

j'ai téléchargé la version d'évaluation de InDesign. Tous les menus sont dans une langue qui m'est inconnus avec des O barrés et des trémas partout !
Y-a-til un moyen d'avoir le programme d'évaluation en français ?

I have downloaded the two files needed for the upgrade of Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 to version 12 but I cannot open them to make them run and install. What am I supposed to do. One is a very large .7z file just over 1gb in size.

How do I open up a .7z file just over 1gb in size? I have just downloaded this as an upgrade from Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 to version 12. I cannot see any sign of the Akamai program on my computer that is supposed to open and install the two files that I downloaded.

I don’t mind mountain climbing but anything serious to do with a computer scares me silly.
I installed the 64 bit version of 7zip and once I figured out how to tell the computer to use the right application within that to open the 7zip file, the big file opened and I was able to apply the .exe file to get things going and installed. In the end the default location the installation chose was program files x86 which I think is the 32 bit folder but it all seems to be ok now.

Can I legally use for commercial purposes the Photoshop CS6 Extended Student Version or do I have to get the Photoshop CS6 Extended normal (commercial) version? I want to make a game and I'll use things created in Photoshop, like images. And I'll sell this game, so I'll get money with it: it's something commercial. Do I have to get the commercial version for that or can I use a Student's one?
And can I make what I need to do in a trial version and then pay the license before selling the game or it's obligatory to have the license since the beggining?

You can start work on your game from the moment you download and complete the installation of the Trial version.
No-one will be standing over you watching what you do or monitoring you remotely or noting when you pay for the software.

Do not know about 5, but, just installed PE 6 on I7 64 bit and it works.

I bought a new pc with windows 8.1. I want to install photoshop elements 10 (nl version) on my new computer, but I lost my license key. I deleted everything from my old computer. What do I have to do?

On my old PC with windows XP I was working with photoshop elements 10 ( NL version).
Now I bought a new faster PC (windows 8.1) and installed photshop elements 10 (L version on that new PC.
The problem is that I can't find my license key. The old PC is gone so I have a problem activating photoshop elements 10 on my new PC.

You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

Yes, PROVIDED that the file has not been saved with any layers containing any of the specific new features introduced starting with Photoshop CC and higher.
If the file has been flattened or if it was flat to begin with there will be no problems.

There is no free version of CS2. There is only a special version of CS2 available for people who purchased it and need to reinstall it.

Can accurate measurements be made and images scaled in Photoshop CS4 Extended - Student Version

I draw and amend plan based images (similar to Ordnance Survey plans) and need to be able to work in detail using accurate measurements to create a 2D representation of a building or other feature and their surroundings to a particular scale. Ideally I want to take this further to use the base plans as a means of generating a 3D image.
I currently have Photoshop Elements 6 which does not allow me to either measure distances/line lengths or work to a defined scale. Am I correct in understanding that Photoshop CS4 Extended - Student Version would overcome this technical deficiency?

Get the trial and play with the vanishing point filter. It allows you to draw planes in perspective, scale, clone to the drawn perspectives, measure distances between points and define a distance which is used as a baseline to measure out all the other perspective lines.
