Landscape planning with BI and APO

Hello all,
This is more of planning question rather than issue.
If you have upgraded your R/3 system first to Unicode before the BI and APO/SCM - how did you manage the interface testing within BI and APO, especially on how to avoid impact on existing work on BI/APO.
- DId you have to create a separate new landscape?
- Did you simply copy infocubes in the existing BI side?
- Did you also apply 'freeze' development work on both BI and APO?

This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:

I have a prepaid plan with verizion and want to switch my phone to an I Phone. Can that be done

My husband bought an Apple I Phone from his Co worker. He reset the phone and now it says there is no Sim Card, which I knew. So it can only make emergency calls. We are on a pre paid service with Verizion and I want to be able to use my I Phone. I can not get the ESN/MEID from the Iphone to give to Verizion. Am I simply at a loss here or is there anything I can do? Please help if you can!

Adjusting my backup plan with Lion and TM Plus Clone

Hi all, I am rethinking my backup plan for when I rollout Lion in my business. Currently in SL, we have clones scheduled to run every nite doing incremental backups and then we rotate the disks out periodically for offsite storage. Now I am thinking that since my testing shows that TM works really well in Lion, that we should use that as well. So I noted this week that, on average, TM eats up about 10gigs per day on the backup drive. Our installs / data per machine amounts to (let's round up to reduce the math) 250gb, and our drives are all 500gb total. That means that TM will cycle back every 25 days or so, yes? So if I reduce the clone schedule down to once every three weeks, things should be covered - right? Thx for any comments!

Make a bootable clone with CarbonCopyCloner as well, then you can really sleep good at night. In case of catastrophic failure

I just renewed my plan with verizon and am just not happy

Cliff notes Been with fios for roughly five years dating back to the free 19 inch HD TV promotion After my first two year contract expired I called to renew and was given a even better price. Then the first bill comes and it's not even close to what we agreed on. Called and called because I was not going to accept being completely lied to. At this time period many, many people were here claiming the same thing happened (approx2 yrs ago). All was settled with a 40 dollar "valued customer discount" which lasted one year and dropped to a 20 dollar " valued customer discount". I was happy, didn't mind paying more and loved FIOS.Mind you it took many,many hourson the phone to resolve. Fast forward to about a month ago and being leary about calling in, being told one thing and getting charged another I went online. Was basically bullied into choosing a inferior package from extreme to prime, said I would not lose nfln and MLB network. All he kept asking me was if I had checked out yet, like he was in some hurry, over and over again which was odd. Having two young ones at home and money being tight I was trying to save a buck. Shame on me, I lost many off my favorite channels which I could probably live with however the internet speeds are painfully slow. I can hardly watch videos now it's so bad. Did the chat rep put a gun to my head? No, but being at work and him being rather pushy clouded my judgement on just waiting like I should have. So here I sit, a long time happy customer wearing FIOS underpants left holding the bag with sub par service that I really didn't want. The wife is fuming wanting to switch to xfinity as I tell her I will try and come to some common ground with the big red V. Plus plan with 1 form 50 response

We had basic plan with Formscentral, and just upgraded to Plus plan. When upgrading, they asked me to cancel the basic first, and then add the Plus. Now, whenever I log into the account, it says o more forms, 50 responses, upgrade now, etc. I've been calling support for several days and still no resolution.

Diff between Planning in BPS and Planning in APO

Can any one give me some good insight in to the difference between planning in APO and plannning BW BPS.. In what way is it diff?

Not sure about APO but some of the distinct features of BPS planning are:
Loose integration with the transactional data flow
Fast and simple adaptation to current and future organizational changes
Free and unrestricted definition of integrated planning scenarios
One homogeneous planning environment for the flexible design of various planning steps
One central data warehouse as basis for all information needed in the decision process
More simulative planning processes
Maybe an APO expert could comment on the other side

Hello mlazaretti. Vacation time is awesome. (Especially a road trip!) Since you will be going out for two weeks, you never know if having extra data may come in handy. I highly recommend switching to the next tier up so this way you have more data. This way it is only $10.00 more versus $15.00, and you dont have to worry about overages. Then change back at the start of the next billing cycle.

Has been working excellent, but when I try to download a new episode of Game of Thrones, I get an error message which says that I have to connect to a wi fi network or download the episode on my MacBook. Why can't I download using the microsim and prepaid data plan? Any help will be great thank you!

Unfortunately downloads larger than 20mbps require wifi due to most carriers having data limits. This "requirement" keeps people who are not familiar with data and what takes up a lot of data from going over.

The iPads here take a sim card. We were advised by an Apple Store Employee at home that this model would work in Europe and that we could buy our service here. That does not seem to be the case. We have been told that we must invest in a modem at 200.00€ and then purchase a separate service plan for each country. We can use the free wifi wherever it is available but we cannot connect to the outside world when out of range. Is there anything else we can do?

You don't buy an unlocked phone. You buy a Verizon iPhone at full retail. I just did this myself last month. I paid full retail for the phone and activated it on my plan. This allowed me to get a new phone before I was eligible to upgrade and keep my unlimited data. I also got a good deal on trading in my iPhone 5.
You can buy the phone through Verizon or through Apple. If you buy it through Apple, I'd suggest that you not have them activated but do that yourself by logging into your account on your computer.
