Language iTunes store and emails
My iTunes store and all the emails I receive from apple are in German. I need English, how do I achieve this?
I set my country to Switzerland because I live there. But I still need the language to be English.

On the iTunes Store homepage, look in the lower right hand horner. There should be a small round Russian flag icon. Click on it and you'll see a list of all the international stores to choose from.

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

Judith HameryOnly Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

How to change iTunes Store and App Store language
So, I live in Germany but I set the language for my iPhone 5S english but for some reason App Store and iTunes Store still load german and I'd like to buy some films but I have a fear that it'll download them on german , so how can I change thw language for iTunes Store and App Store without changing the country in my Apple ID (Germany) cause I don't think it's allowed to enter fake information.

i'm new to apple products hence all the questions, i'm english speak english and live in spain, i have installed the uk english version of itunes, set my region in windows to uk, but when i want to buy something i get sent to spanish i tunes store, can i change this to english or is it looking at my isp.
maybe i should login to my apple id and change my address to the uk and see if this reflects in the store

You will see the a person has to demonstrate they have tried to resolve the issue with the vendor first.
I also don't know if the 100 mile limitation applies in this case.
The other thing to realize is rather than go to court, it really may be a lot easier to: 1) See if it is something we can help with in 2 minutes here, for free, and with the OP getting what they really wanted which is a successful gift, or 2) find Apple would probably resolve nicely without having to write formal letters of complaint which I believe the credit card company will require. Although I don't always agree with everything Apple does, I have to hand it to them, I have seen issues posted on this forum where people ultimately report that Apple gave them a refund or second download or something when frankly it wasn't something they had coming to them according to the terms of purchase. -
Hi, im using itunes store and i bought some songs and apple send me a email, and it says it was a receipt. It also said that its bill to : Store credit, and the total of the order is 1.98 $. So do i have to pay this or its just a proove of purchase ?
Launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store / View My Account
Click: Edit Payment Information
Make sure you have the correct Security Code.
Then click: Done

iTunes store and my appleid account is not accepting the security code on the Visa Gift Card I purchased today... Sometimes the issue isn't really the security code, but the ZIP code or the form of the billing address. -
The iTunes Store and Ping does not load!
I have a question for iTunes for Windows.
You see, when I go to my iTunes, the iTunes Store and Ping seems to not load!I have been constanly emailing the Apple Support, but none of there informaition helped me as of now.One of there recent info they told me was to post it here, so I am.
Can somebody please help me because I really want to update my Ping!

Can i combine my husbands contacts and mine if we have two different itune accounts and emails and passwords? Can both sets of contacts live on the cloud and be donwloaded to both our phones?

You can do one of two things. The first is to just export out the contacts and import them into each other’s account. If something is updated the other person will not be updated with the information. Now another options is using one Apple ID for iCloud Syncing and then you can still use individual Apple ID’s for store purchases. The article below will shed some light on how you can use the Apple ID.

Purchased music from iTunes Store and now can't find it
I JUST purchased a song from the iTunes store and now I can't find it. I've purchased several songs before and have had no problems. I've tried everything that's been suggested in the Discussions posting, but nothing has worked. Is there any refund or credit since it's lost? It's very frustrating when you spend money and don't get what you paid for.

Dell Inspiron Windows XPFirst look at your account by going to the music store and hitting your account name in the top right corner (Where you sing in and out) to see if you was charged for it
In iTUnes at the top hit Advanced>Check for purchases if the song didn't download all the way
In windows hit Start Button>Search and in the search field type in "m4p" and it will pull up all the songs you have bought AND are on your system. when searching DO NOT hit "Pics Music Videos" Instead hit "All Files and folders". in "More Advanced Features" check "Search Sub Folders"
If you was charged for the song(s), have used "Checked for purchases" and nothing downloads and you search your WHOLE harddrive (Not just Muy Music Folder) and it does not pull up the songs as being on your system, you will have to email the music store at this link http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore/download/ -

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". It's working again after three days of failure. However, diagnosis still displays "Secure link to itunes store failed". Very confusing state of affairs, lately. See my post on "Itunes dilemma"

Movies i bought from the itunes store and they wont sync to my ipod
I had bought an ipod for my daughters birthday n i had purchased several movies from the itunes store and they downloaded n they show up in my library n wheni check them to sync to her ipod....it shows a pop up block that says that it cannot be copied to this ipod cause it is not supportrd by this ipod. my baby is really wanting to use it n I downloaded the itunes 10 & updated her ipod software to 4.3.3 i think that i did all the necessary updated and downloads now what do i do...i've been on this comp eversince 11:00am this morning and it is still now 1:29am....i dont know....if anyone has any suggestions..they r welcomed
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
why are not all my songs I have purchased in the itunes store and are on my computer not on my phone? Very frustrating I purchaed almosta $100 worth of songs for a trip and they are not on my phone after continuious syncs. Do I have to pay for itunes match for this?

Have you actually selected them to be synced to your device from the iTunes sync settings. -
