Laptop is damaged in the front, where can I buy replacement part?

My son knocked my laptop over and it got banged up? Is there a place to buy replacement parts? I guess I would need a new case? Here is a screenshot of the damage. Does anyone know what I would need to buy to fix this? It's all comsmetic I don't think the inside is damaged but it looks bad.

Where can I buy replacement keys for my keyboard??

Two of my keys are broken on my laptop (stupid cat broke them off, long story short), and I want to replace them. This seems like a pretty idiotproof task, but for some reason Apple wants me to bring everything into one of their stores.
This is kindof a hassle at the moment, and I'm a little annoyed that they won't just let me buy the d@rn things - does anyone know of a place online where I can just order the two keys, get them sent to me, and take care of this in the privacy of my own home??

Does anyone know where I can purchase replacement screws for the bottom of my 2011 17" MBP? I am missing one at the bottom left. I have an Officejet 6500 that, after only about 14 months, the display on the control panel went out on. I assume I will have to get the entire control panel. Anyone know where I can get one? Boy, this is my first HP product and, likely, my last. Support is about as useless as can be, just offered me an "upgrade" at an "unbelievably low price" that was higher than what I can buy the new unit at Sam's for.....I am not a happy camper.

Anywhere you can find it via the obvious Google search. It won't be from Apple, but will be a generic replacement.
Why are you throwing away any future chances of out of warranty replacements when you drop or drown it? Apple will give you a warranteed replacement phone for $199 (in the US, roughly the same in your country)
