I have a HP Pavilion g6 with Windows 7 Laptop is saying an " I/O Error has occurred" how do i fix? Just turned it on and got this error.

Enter BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Use Diagnostics to test your hdd.

Try deleting the cache associated wi the App Store.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore
Click Go then move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Try the App Store.

3G Mobile Hotspot can share the phone’s 3G data connection with any Wi-Fi capable devices.
You would want to make sure that feature is off, then you could just use the network to access the Android Market Place.
Power the device off then back on, then dial *228 send and option 2 on the device.
Then try accessing the Market Place again.

Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. What does it say is syncing in the little window at the top of iTunes?
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and then try syncing less content to identify what is causing the problem.

Thar is correct. Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple. If you try you will get the 3194 error.
