Laptop Shipments to Cleveland Ohio Area
Hi All,
I am looking at purchasing one of the cheaper laptops that is in the $400 to $450 range. However, none of them have been in stock at any local best buy for days now! I am staying away from that $350 Acer Laptop because it's single core and won't handle the things I need it to.
I was hoping that a Best Buy staff member can let me know when one of these 3 laptops should be in stock in any of my near by best buys (area code 44129)

Nobody here can let you know when an item will be in stock again because the stores recieve shipments in daily and its not possible to tell what is in a particular box until its unpacked. The best thing to do is have it shipped to your home. If you do not have a credit card, Best Buy accepts a Debit card, or your checking account through paypal.

When I reopened my laptop, it said that some files have been deleted or hidden (I don't know if it said hidden, I don't remember). my dock and wallpaper were set back to default.
This isn't my first time force shutting my MacbookPro.
How can I restore/recover back my stuff?

And please don't tell me to go to apple because I have made an appointment with them but I'm still worried.

There's a good possibility of data loss and munging around unknowing, following instructions that will probably be hard to grasp will only increase the amount of damage. -
Since download of Firefox Hello my home desktop & laptop, both on Windows 7, are very slow to open. I have refreshed firefox, removed download history and turned off the anti virus software in extensions. All the plugins are up to date. Can we revert back to Firefox without Firefox Hello?
Firefox Hello is simply a wrapper for technology already in Firefox, it doesn't negatively impact performance if you aren't using it. Are you saying that your entire computer is slow or just Firefox?

I'm 67 yrs. old.I live in the U.K. I want to use my credit in i-tunes to find the Yoga Studio app. for my MacBook Air laptop.All I can find are apps. for i-phones,i-pads and i-pods.Can anyone help please.
Apps for OSX aren't in iTunes: they are in the App Store in your Applications folder. The payment method is the one registered in iTunes. There's no app actually called Yoga Studio, though there are several Yoga apps. There is an iOS app called Yoga Studio but it appears to have no OSX equivalent, though I haven't done a detailed search.

I have a iPod Nano, when it is connected to my laptop all my songs and books are there but when it is disconnected from laptop, some books and songs are missing from the library
I have a simlar issue like this when loading my movies to my iTouch. iTunes says that all of your wanted content is sync and your iPod says that all content wasn't synced, is that what you are saying?

Welcome to Adobe Forums.
You can use the same subscription on 2 machines. If you want to use it on a 3rd machine you can deactivate
Photoshop from this machine. Please follow the below article on how to deactivate.

Lag Data / 4G in Columbus Ohio Area 6/8/2011
Just wondering if anyone else is getting lag in the Columbus area? My thunderbolt normally will zip along, but this morning, it's super slow even though it says it's connected to the 4G network.
I normally get on my Sirius / XM app in morning, but this morning it was so slow the app basically timed out. I'm able to load web pages but, it's spotty and slow. The SpeedTest app won't even work
I haven't heard any from Verizon about the network being down.

There are a lot of factors that we take into consideration when there are service issues. Location is one of the factors as well as the device being used. Below, I have some questions so I can better understand the root cause so I can customize a solution for you. If you would be so kind as to reply with the answers then that would be great!
How many bars of signal is displayed on the device in the problematic location?
Were you ever able to use the phone previous without any problem at the location in question?
Does you experience these issues indoors, outdoors, or both?
Do the dropped calls happens when making or receiving calls?
Is the issue with the same number when happening?
What part of the southwest Columbus, Ohio area? (zip code preferred)

Does anyone have a contact or could suggest a contact for LabView programming support in the Cleveland, OH area? We have a test machine that uses LabView and I looking for someone to upgrade the software and programming. Currently uses Windows 98.

I have two PCs that I need to deauthorize so I can download tunes to my new laptop. Trouble is, they are both out of commission. Is there anyway I can deauthorize them remotely?
De-authorizing Computers (contributed by user John Galt)
You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.

App-V 5.0: howto deploy packages to laptops and make sure they are loaded for offline usage?

We would like to make sure App-v packages distributed on laptops fully load the (App-V) applications offline.
This way we can make sure when they are on the road they don't need network to load their applications.
How this can be done?

3 more questions:
*(not tested yet can check that asap) won't (download from ...) just download when the application is launched?
*stream content, will it stream each time and not download anything?
*there is also the option "persist content in client cache", which you can check even if you enable "stream content", that's somewhat confusing, what does that do then?

Note there are two areas of concern here when talking about caching. The CCMcache folder where the application is downloaded to and the ProgramData\App-V folder where the actually
application is published (think of it as the installation folder) this is commonly referred to as the App-V cache.
1. As Peter says 'It will download when the application is "installed".'
2. Stream content means that only the xml files will download to the ccmcache folder and not the rest of the appv file
- this is seperate to the App-V cache mentioned above (i.e. ProgramData\App-V folder). Content will still be published to the ProgramData\App-V folder and the streaming or offlining of this is controlled by the Stored Content Store. If you enable SCS then
content published to the ProgramData\App-V folder will be FB0 and no other data will be cached offline, whilst disabling SCS means that the whole app will be offlined to ProgramData\App-V which is what you want to do.
3. This will keep the data persisting in the ccmcache.

Ive been trying to download the latest version of itunes onto my laptop but when i try to install it, it tells me that the feature i am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I tried updating my windows, i cleared all itunes setups, my history, files, and refreshed my windows. It still wont let me download it. i am using mozilla firefox, if that makes any difference. My laptop has deleted or removed the previous version of itunes. I looked this up and every link that was posted said "We're Sorry". The page was not found. Im stuck. PLEASE HELP.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for performance issues or compatibility with third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Change Shipment Costs [VI02]:costs are not spread against all PO line items
The Finance department is correcting the shipment cost for all inbound deliveries from overseas via Change Shipment Costs via transaction VI02.
They expect the change to be always spread across all line items, however it happens often that the shipping costs are posted only against the last Purchase Order line items.
The Purchase Order contains 7 lines that are variants but only last line shows the Shipping cost in the Purchase Order History.
I am trying to understand what are the components that drive the distribution of shipping cost across the original Purchase Order.
And where the error lie, ie: user procedure or configuration.
For Inbound Shipments:
Item category shipment costs Z001 has been created in t.code T_71 linked to Item determination procedure group Z001.
Pricing procedures ZTRSSC has been created
And pricing procedure determination for shipment costs T_73 has been set up for transportation planning point 1610 and 1630.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
