LaserJet_600_M602_NW_access

hello
i have LaserJet 600 M602. how to setup 802.1x auth? when i enter name, password, server address and then i click on submit, nothing happens. i can see "successful" but 802.1x auth is still inactive. also i have Network access protection server where is printer registered. on switchport with authentication printer cannot reach dhcp server. so with authentication on switchport is not possible for printer access to network. on port without authentication is everything OK. i usually use another HP products without any problems and with same settings. my standard settings >>> IP: DHCP , PEAP auth disabled (mac is allowed on cisco acs), manual dns, domain name, hostname. and with this settings on another HP printers everything works fine.

The product you have is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
