Last attempt to fix this slow net or I'm leaving.

As I'm typing this message out, I can hardly load anything on BT Infinity due to constant disconnections and spikes.
For the past 1 month I've been having issues of my internet spiking consistently and disconnecting every few minutes and it's been really costing me a lot of time and money due to the need to work at home. Prior to this month dating back to August I've never had any issue but then I've been noticing a chance in my Speedtest and BT speed test, from consistently 68MB to random numbers.
I believe for 2 weeks I've had down times while BT were fixing circuit issues in my area, my internet eventually came back to normal but since last week, the same issue again, BT has called me multiple times saying it has now fixed but to me the issue has worsen as I cannot load anything.

A open reach enginneer was sent to my house and he said that the phone line isn't the issue and my equipment is definitely not the issue, he told me it might be my broadband, in my area there were major problems and according to BT it has been cleared and the DLM has been resetted so...
For the past months, I've called BT multiple times, being connected to many teams but all of them are the same to me, telling me to do speed test on a wired connection and a load of rubbish like do speed tests on your mac, disconnect wires and etc which makes me wonder, how on earth does that fix my problem? if it was that easy It would have been fixed so long ago, I've requested a broadband engineer to come to my house multiple times but none of the lines have been willing to send a engineer around, frankly I've had enough of ringing in, i'm not surprised at all that BT hasn't helped me, it's no wonder BT customer service has such a bad reputation because these people have no idea what they're talking about, I've been told many times that it's my equipment asking me to pay £129.99 to fix this issue, when clearly it's bt's problem on their side and not mine.
Could someone please help me for once, i'm losing my mind and brain cells hearing the same thing every day, I've lost so much money during this process... :/
