Last chance for entering password
Is there a way of resetting the last chance to allow 10 more tries? I migrated to a new phone and the old phone has some pictures I want to keep. But for some reason the password changed after I migrated the phone.

You realize, I presume, that you're using one of the most disliked and trouble-prone operating systems Microsoft ever wrote. It would seem nonsensical for you to quit without at least trying Image Browser on the much more stable and reliable Windows 7. Or even on either version of Windows 8. That OS's wretched user interface masks an excellent ability to detect and incorporate new devices - a function at which Vista was famously lame.

System Preferences > iCloud > Account Details > uncheck Allow approving with security code > Continue > Ok > recheck Allow approving with security code > create & confirm passcode then enter the correct number.
I got to uncheck allow approving with security code and that does not appear on my screen what i see is my apple id below that my name a field called description button on lower left manage apple id cancel button and OK button no boxes to uncheck where did i go wrong?

Last night as I was setting up the pin I got distracted and entered the wrong one, now I can't access my phone as I don't know what I entered. Is there anyway around this or do I have to wipe my phone and sign in with my Apple ID and restore from icloud??
I can't ask for help on chat as I'm away from home and don't have the box with me, and obviously can't get the serial number in my phone as I've locked myself out!!

I entered the incorrect password for my home wifi network, and now I can't change it. How do I clear out the wrong password so that I can enter a correct one?
Settings > wi-fi then tap on the little blue arrow next to the network you want to change. You have to tap on the blue arrow and not on the name.
Now at the top tap on "forget this network".
After that, the iPhone will think your home network is a new network and will ask you for the password to connect. -
I'm trying to connect to my home wifi with my imac gh5. After I enter the password it says connection timeout or password incorrect. I know there's no issue with the connection but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now? -
Lost my hard drive and also an Ipad, but have 7 k photos on a Touch that I need to load on fixed IMAC with a new hard drive, how do I do it. (There were more photos than the 7k, but they were saved on other drives, thank goodness). 7K pohotos on the Touch are no where else, must be saved! Just never went from a Touch to iMac. I have the cable hooked up and then what, I don't want to mess up,my last chance to save 7k pics! New Aperture and IPhoto on IMAC with no other photos loaded on the new hard drive yet.
I'd ask in the iTouch forum where there are more iTouch users there than here and they should know how to off load the photos. It might take a 3rd party app.

Did an IOS update last week and after the Ipad rebooted it said slide to unlock then asked for a passcode to be entered..... I have never set a passcode ever ??
What number do I enter to unlock the Ipad ... have tried the usual 0000 and 9999 etc but just locks me out .... HELP !!!
Or is there a way to go back to factory settings ?? (Without losing my Apple ID etc)
ThanksIf this was your first update to iOS 7 then you were asked to CREATE a passcode. Also there would have been a small Skip button to avoid creating the passcode. If, when you encountered that request you went ahead and entered a passcode number then you must use that number to unlock your device. Once the device is unlocked you can change or delete the passcode using the Settings app.
To completely remove the passcode lock you need to connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync with and restore the iPad. This will erase all data on the iPad so be sure your info, photos, etc. are backed up first. -
I am unable to use Muse in-browser editing. I have followed the activation instructions both in Muse and invited users. I have an active site, but when I enter my site URL plus /admin, the graphic dots move but the site goes nowhere and I am never given a chance to enter my email and password. I'd keep trying the other way. You may have hit it when BC was doing an update or something. If it works one way it should work the other way. But sometimes BC can be kind of temperamental and you have to do a little dance or something to get it to work. But it generally comes around and fixes itself in short time.

When I double click Home button to change apps quickly, only the four apps that reside on the task bar show. All of my apps would show prior to my reset of the iPad last night (to fix the Home button). Any ideas on how to fix?
My undertanding is that when you double-click the home button, the apps that are shown are those that are currently active. The reason you are not seeing all of them is that not all of them are active. Before you can access an app in the multitask bar, it has to be turned on first. As a test, try accessing the Notes application. Return to the home screen by clicking the Home button ONCE. Once the home screen appears, double click the home button to bring up the multitasking bar. The Notes app should be on the far left.

In iweb I want my first(Home) page to have the Home link and an Enter site Link only. On the enter site page (second Home Page) is where all my links appear at the top. Can I do that?

On my home wireless network, the iphone 5 won't let me enter the IP address, subnet mask and router info. I was able to enter the DNS and Search Domains. How do I open up those fields?
Apparently the router is not sending the info to the iphone. How can I make that happen?

We are a two iPhone family, both on the same service provider. My wires iPhone is unable to connect to the home network where as mine is! In the settings her phone has no details for the IP address etc where as mine does! I cannot even enter the details manually.
I have done resets on off and nothing? HELP!What is that and how. I have 3 airports all configured identically and connected to one router via ethernet!
A power cycle is powering down for ~ 1 minute and powering back up.
