> Please do the needful asap
I thought this was extinct by now.
If the job was reorganized i.e. deleted, you'll have to do the needful and reschedule it from scratch. If you don't know the steps any more, bad luck I'm afraid.

  • Tables for background job details

    hi
    iam having a job name
i want to know the program name associated with this job or the events related to this job.
Iam not able to see this job in SM37/ SM36
any other way to find this

DId you check all available statuses and did you remove all not-required criteria from SM37 starting screen
Remember there are some jobs that purge logs and definitions of old jobs as well as job statistics.
    (Jobs starting with SAP_REORG_JOBS)
To look for job statistics -> SM37 -> select job -> Goto -> Job Statistics
(So if you don't see the job in SM37...)

    Dear all ,
Kindly check the ST22 error logs .
Short text SQL error occurred in the database when accessing a table. What happened? The database system detected a deadlock and avoided it by rolling back your transaction. What can you do? If possible (and necessary), repeat the last database transaction in the hope that locking the object will not result in another deadlock. Note which actions and input led to the error. For further help in handling the problem, contact your SAP administrator . You can use the ABAP dump analysis transaction ST22 to view and manage termination messages, in particular for long term reference. Error analysis The database system recognized that your last operation on the database would have led to a deadlock. Therefore, your transaction was rolled back to avoid this. ORACLE always terminates any transaction that would result in deadlock. The other transactions involved in this potential deadlock are not affected by the termination. • FM for Background Job Check

    Hi,
is there a function module that will check the background job status and will wait for it to finish before returning to the calling program?
I have developed a program that triggers a background job at runtime, but i also need to make sure the job is finished, successful or not, before the output of the program. i'm currently doing a query in a job table inside a do enddo loop, but i believe this is not efficient.
    Any ideas?
    thanks.
    tyken

I am not having the sample Code with me right now...
But i'll help you to build the logic...
    after Write report.
Use the Function module I told u...
    then...
write a select query on  table tbtcp with job info you will get from FM.
What is your objective after getting the Background Job details..?

  • Thru MEB4 the Tax amount and Tax percenatage not trigger in Background Job

    Hi,
When I am executing the T.Code- MEB4 (Rebate Settlement) thru Foreground the Vendor Rebate Amount and Tax are showing.
When I am executing in Background job the Tax amount and Tax Percentage are not triggering (Only the Rebate amount only showing) after execution of Background job in when viewing the job display.
                       Background Job Name: RWMBON01.
       Please suggest.

    Shankar,
    Thanks for reply.
If I don't put amount in the basic data tab( MIRO) then it does not allow to "simulate" or "Post". But here I can simulate and Post
I check every thing in WHT Config but I could't found the solution.
I want to tell another thing, we recently went to patch upgrade from Version 4.7 E  SP 22   to 4.7 E  SP30.
My question, Is the pacth upgrade affects in anyway???
    If any suitable answer appreciatable.
Thanks once again for your reply.

  • TS1362 All of the movies I have rented or purchased from iTunes in the last 4 months fail to play properly. The audio and video are constantly out of sync. I have followed the iTunes suggestions to correct this, however nothing has worked. (Windows 8)

I am using a Dell inspiron 14z, with Windows 8, and before that a Dell with Windows XP. This is also happening on my iPad. For the last four months, none of the movies or television shows I have rented or purchased from iTunes have played properly. The audio and video are out of sync. I have tried the troubleshooting measures iTunes suggested, however nothing seems to work. I have read on the community that this has been a problem for users in the past, and have attempted to try some of the fixes individual users have suggested also. Again, nothing seems to work. At this point I am frustrated, as we purchase or rent almost exclusively from iTunes. I would appreciate a support-staff person response. Thank you so much.

this problem has been going on for windows users for over a year now.
Apple has no solution to this problem.

  • TS1646 I Have tried to update my credit card info several times in the last 4 months and i have been unsuccessful in being able to update my billing info, how can i get this fixed?

In the last four months i have attempted to update my billing info, it says my billing information does not match despite verifying it several times with the bank. I walked into an Apple store hoping they would be able to magically fix it, but they were unsuccessful at it as well. I was asked to call into and speak to someone in support but they just ended up sending me to a website so that i would have to explain my situation again. I need help fixing this please!

What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.
    From the article you linked:
If the issue persists, you can visit iCloud Support, iTunes Support, Apple Print Products, or contact AppleCare for further assistance."

  • How to view ALL batch job details (SM37) at one glance ?

    Dear all,
I am documenting all released batch job details, the information required includes the job name, client number, job frequency .. etc.
In order to see that information, i go to SM37 and click on each job to see the details. I have about 60 jobs released, to get their details i have to click on them at least 60 times.
Is there a report or table that i can refer to that provides me the information of all the jobs in one screen ?
    Thanks.

  • My four-month-old macbook pro's battery when fully charged is now down to 2 hours life from 7...in the last week. Why?

I bought my macbook pro 13" about four months ago and have been in love with it ever since - especially as compared to my old PC laptop, the battery stays cool and lasts forever when I am working. Best charge was 7 hours. However, in the last week I have noticed the battery suddenly becoming hot when I unplug the charger, and the best length of time I can get on a full charge is 2 hours.
I have made sure all the settings are for prolonged battery life - which they've been since I first set up - and turned off all programmes running in the background, but this has not made any difference. I have been using iMovie a lot lately which takes a lot of battery which is probably why I didn't notice the battery being low as it automatically seems to make the battery slump to 2 hours when it's on. It's off now, and my battery won't improve.
I have also now followed the instructions (below) about calibrating, but this has had no effect. My housemate bought the same model a month ahead of me, uses it probably slightly less, but his is still 7 hours for a charge.
    Is my battery faulty?
    Calibration instructions used:
PowerBook G4 (15-inchDouble-Layer SD), MacBook (all models), MacBook Pro (all models), and MacBookPro (17-inch) (all models)
Thebattery calibration for the PowerBook G4 (15-inch Double-Layer SD) and anymodel of MacBook or MacBook Pro has been updated because of a new batteryreleased with this computer. With these computers, follow these steps tocalibrate your battery:
Plug in the power adapter and     fully charge your PowerBook's battery until the light ring or LED on the     power adapter plug changes to green and the onscreen meter in the menu bar     indicates that the battery is fully charged.
Allow the battery to rest in the     fully charged state for at least two hours. You may use your computer     during this time as long as the adapter is plugged in.
Disconnect the power adapter while     the computer still on and start running the computer off battery power.     You may use your computer during this time. When your battery gets low,     the low battery warning dialog appears on the screen.
At this point, save your     work.  Continue to use your computer; when the battery gets very low,     the computer will automatically go to sleep.
Turn off the computer or allow it     to sleep for five hours or more.
Connect the power adapter and     leave it connected until the battery is fully charged again.
Tip:When the battery reaches "empty", the computer is forced into sleepmode. The battery actually keeps back a reserve beyond "empty", tomaintain the computer in sleep for a period of time. Once the battery is trulyexhausted, the computer is forced to shut down. At this point, with the safesleep function introduced in the PowerBook G4 (15-inch Double-Layer SD)computers, the computer's memory contents have been saved to the hard drive. When power is restored, the computer returns itself to its pre-sleep stateusing the safe sleep image on the hard drive.

  • Last night suddenly when I right-click-view-images in firefox, they appear centered and against a black background. It's usually meant to be a white background and the image appearing at top left. How to revert it?

I'm having trouble with something in firefox, it's quite minor but still bugs me. Last night suddenly when I right-click-view-images in firefox, they appear centered and against a black background. It's usually meant to be a white background and the image appearing at top left. I can't remember what I did to change this if it's my fault; if someone knows how to revert it I'd be thankful.

cor-el : thanks for the pointers! I wish the solution isn't an add-on every time ... if such long-standing behaviour is going to change, the least that could be done is put in an about:config option to get back the old behaviour.

  • How to view ALL batch job details at one glance using function module

    Hi Experts,
i need to see all batch jobs details, the information required includes the job name, client number, job frequency .. etc.
but i need to do it with only FUNCTION MODULE.....
SINCE THE INFORMATION IS CAPTURED BY THIRD PARTY SYSTEM.......i am looking for any function module
could you please suggest me any FM's where i can get this information.................
    thanks and regards
    SAM

    Hi,
You can explore these functional module for SM37 desired details:
With function module BP_JOB_MAINTENANCE (transaction SM37), you can call the full job maintenance system of the background processing system, starting with the job selection screen.
Since many users are not familiar with job maintenance and have no desire to search for their jobs, you can use the function modules BP_JOB_SELECT and BP_JOBLIST_PROCESSOR to select and display a list of jobs for the users of your program.
Use BP_JOB_SELECT to generate an internal table of jobs. Then, with BP_JOBLIST_PROCESSOR, you can display the selected jobs in the list format used by the job maintenance system.
You can also use BP_FIND_JOBS_WITH_PROGRAM to select jobs that run a particular program. Use this function module with BP_JOBLIST_PROCESSOR to display a job list to your users. Like BP_JOBLIST_SELECT; BP_FIND_JOBS_WITH_PROGRAM offers interactive and silent modes.

  • Where can offer  infomation  in detail about  background job?

    Hi,
i would like to know "background job" well , who can introduce it for me ,or tell me some link on it.
i wish the infomation was systematiclly.
          thanks.

    Hi,
Youcan use transaction SM36 to define  a batch job,
SM37 to find all the defined batch jobs ( which have already run or are scheduled to run ).
For a batch job you have to define a step , start condition. Step will have the details of program & variant which you want to run. Start condition will have the details as to when should the job be run .
