last night my ipad air was good, when today morning tried to open shown only apple logo then goes to slip and again automatically trying to open but up to apple logo then again sleeping and restarting....... I am in Bangladesh no apple service center here, bought this device from Singapore. Pls help me.

Try a reset:
- Hold the home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time. When the Apple logo appears release both buttons.

My iphone 5 was stolen last night. It is offline and I am trying to track it. When I use Icloud, it just tells me the phone is offline, which is not helpful at all.

It is offline and it will display nothing except a picture of a phone indicating that it is offline. Not helpful at all. Any suggestions on how to locate the phone or at least the losers who stole it from my pocketbook.

Actually it is very helpful. First it tells you that two possible scenarios happened.
1. iphone ran out of battery.
2. iphone was stolen by someone who knows how to disable connection to service (just by turning it off or otherwise)
Second is more likely if you went to icloud.com fast enough. In that case we pretty soon are going to see another person here asking Apple to unlock "legitimately" purchased phone from eBay or pawn shop. And in that case recovery of your phone is very unlikely. So go report it to police to increase chances of recovery, just in case they turn up in legit pawn shop and move on. Good luck.

Had the same problem and spoke with Apple Support. They had me reset the System Management Controller:
Shut down the computer. With the computer off, on the left hand side of the keyboard press shift+control+option along with the power button simultaneously and release. Wait 5-10 seconds and restart the computer.
This solved my problem and I was immediately able to purchase, download, and play an HD movie from iTunes w/o any error message.

Besweet, I'm having the very same problem with 60GB colour which was bought new and worked for 6 months before suddenly just not being recognised by PC. I hadn't changed anything at all.
I've followed all troubleshooting advice and reinstalled and updated iTunes and iPod updater software but all troubleshooting routes seem to hit the dead end of either the need to access the iPod via the PC (which isn't possible as it's not showing up at all) or the iPod in disc mode stuck at "ok to disconnect".
It's still under 1yr warranty so will have to take to a dealer.
I'm sorry that's not much help for you but at least you know it's not a unique problem.

You can try drying it out internally by wrapping the unit in a paper towel and putting it in a bag with a dessicant safe for electronics such as silica gel pellets, or failing that in a bag of dry, uncooked rice, for a few days. It's very probable that it's been permanently damaged, but it's possible that if you dry it out, it may then work. If after a few days in the bag it still has problems, then you'll need to pay to get it exchanged (by Apple) or repaired (by a third-party repair service) or buy a new iPhone.

No, you simply do not. Apple does not sell insurance.
Apple offers an Extended Warranty called AppleCare.
Warranties doe not cover lost or stolen devices. Buy a new one.
