Last number of bank card not accepted

Hello, I have problems with skype and the credit charging, everything is going well until the last number of the bank card.There may be but 4 numbers required by the map the rest does not work. Also, I can't make video calls with my contact, as soon as I call and she wants me to answer skype right, stops and otherwise as well. I have a new laptop with windows 8 and my husband too, we have never had problems with skype until now.

Any error message you are seeing when trying to enter the credit card information?
Also make sure you are entering credit card number and the "CVG" verification number (which is threee digits only) in the correct fields in the form.

I've entered my serial number but it will not accept it or tell me its wrong but I got it from Adobe Photoshop CS6

Point your web browser to adobe.com and sign in the user thes link https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html the should list your Adobe products. You should see CS6 there clicking on the CS6 should retrieve and display your CS4 serial number. Make sure the is the number you are using when installing CS6. If you have a subscription for Creative cloud you should also see that listed in your Adobe Products in that case use Photoshop CS6 menu Help>Activate use the same Adobe User id and Password that hast the subscription during the activation process. Not serial number is used for Creative Cloud software your sign in should activate you products.

Good credit card not accepted even tho its the one i've always used

I recently tried to download a free app via my iPhone. After entering ID and password, I had to verify billing. I entered the same card info I have always used, but was told iTunes would not accept it. I thought perhaps they were no longer taking AmExp. So I entered my Visa number. I was told that my security number had the wrong number of digits, which was wrong. I tried checking with Apple Care, but all I got so far was to make sure all info was exactly as it is with my crds billing info. It is. I am still waiting after 4 days of letting Apple Care know. During that time I tried to buy a song from my computer from the iTunes Store. Same problem. How do I go about getting my store "privileges" back?
I should add that I had to replace my iPhone a few weeks ago. After that I went thru a period where I kept having to redo my password. Not sure if the issues are related.

The credit card needs to have been issued by a bank in the country where you are - so if you are in Hong Kong then you can only use a credit card that was issued by a Hong Kong bank and which is registered to your Hong Kong address. Why it is like that I'm not sure.
As far as I know gift cards aren't available in Hong Kong, and as they are country-specific you won't be able to use cards from other countries.

I have a question and that is not connected with the actual topic. Sorry. I want to bua a skype credit for my wife, but my visa virtuon card is not accepted. I already bought skype credit for me and my mother. So as I am the only card holder can I do it for my family. I don`t have any other card.

If you are using a Visa card, as the original subject of this thread (topic) would indicate, please contact your banking institution (issuer of the Visa card) to ensure your Skype purchase is not being blocked on their side, and to clear whatever reason there may be if this is the case.
Then, please contact Skype Customer Service to enquire what may be causing your payments not to process successfully.

I have PS CS4 Extended. When I start it I get a message that I need to reinstall it. I search Adobes and found a download for Mac which I installed and when started entered myserial number. It was not accepted. Any tips?

The file downloaded is named NikCollection_1.2.8_0511-456.dmg. The installation went ok but when I start photoshop i am prompted for my serial number,
I have it on the back on my CD case (but my CD is not working any more) and it is the same number as it registered at my Adobe account.
Photoshop starts ok but after a while it prompts for my serial number. When I enter my serial number it is not accepted.
Grateful for any tips.

Did you go here for the installer? Download CS4 products
When you enter the serial number see that you get the serial number correct, in fact copy and paste from the one in your account.
You should see a green checkmark.
If all goes well you should be allowed to install and activate. If activation fails, contact Customer Care by phone or Chat.

Serial number is not accepted to start program. serial number is off of pkg as requested.

Call Applecare, though with FCS years out of date, they may want to charge you to trouble shoot.
A couple of things to verify before you call them -
1. Make sure you have a full (not upgrade) version.
2. Make sure you are entering the numbers correctly. look VERY closely at the numbers and letters to make sure you don't mistake a 1 for I and 0 for O.
I find it useful to read them out load when entering. It may be helpful to have someone else read/ check the serial along with you.

Qualifying product serial number for upgrade is not accepted

I am currently re-installing Adobe Creative Suite 5 on my new computer.
The serial number was accepted, however the qualifying product (Creative Suite 2) is not accepted:

The yellow exclamation next to the serial number indicates that the serial number is valid but the upgrade path is not.
The serial number for CS2 that you have entered is a Volume license and I assume that you are upgrading to a retail version from Volume license.

Serial Number is correct but not accepted

When I try to enter my iPod's S/N, it is always rejected even though I'm completely sure I'm entering it right. I'v even looking at the box's, the firmware's, the back, and what it shows up as in iTunes (all are the same) and I've entered it corrected lots of times and incorrected a few (such as replacing '0' with 'O's and stuff) but to no avail. What should I do to register etc.?

Did you register your iPod when you received it? If not, that may explain why the number is not accepted.
If you have registered it and are certain you have entered everything correct (using zeros instead of the letter "O" etc), you should probably head to an Apple store and talk to one of the Geniuses.

Why is my visa card not accepted by itunes all of a sudden?

Tried different plattforms, Mac os x, ipad, iphone, by the same result, My valid (for sure, i have used it on other internet based services afterwards) visa card is not accepted by my Apple ID account.
Anyone have any idea whats wrong? Apple bug? Some disturbance in apple store?
It is not so comforting having no good error message or information from apple, except that the card is not not valid..

Let's make sure we're on the same page. When you remove your battery, is your phone turned on? Yes = proper battery pull, no = nothing will happen.
If your phone is turned ON, then it's time for an OS reload using BlackBerry Desktop Software.
Try that and post back with your results.

Aperture3 upgrade -- Why Serial number of Aperture 2 not accepted?

I had Aperture 2.1.4 working regularly, off course with the relative original serial number.
I downloaded the trial Aperture 3 and today I bought the the upgrade.
After installing the upgrade I entered the upgrade serial number and asked me for the original serial number of the aperture2 and when I enter it correctly it sends me an Alert "serial number you entered is not valid". I am sure it is the correct number.

Then I entered my previous Aperture version serial number
(I am sure put in the correct number)
But keeps telling me it is an invalid number.

Credit Card Not Accepted

First time trying to order a photo book and it's getting frustrating!
Every time I try to buy the book it says that 1-Click can't accept my credit card. There is no problem with my card - I use it all the time and confirmed with the company just now. I've triple checked that the number is entered correctly, billing address is right, etc.
This is my first time ever trying to purchase something through apple online. Am I missing a step?

I am also getting an error message: "Your credit card information could not be verified at this time." It keeps saying it over and over, and I have updated all of my billing information both in iPhoto and iTunes.
I found the other user's information useful because it is 2:30 AM where I am now, and I am going to try it again tomorrow during more regular hours. Maybe the servers are down or whatnot.
And for a rant of my own, Doug found a solution to his own problem, granted it is not a definitive answer, but Doug is sharing his experience and what he did that helped to work and certainly wasn't ranting. So I really don't see why you are giving him such a hard time.

Credit card not accepted in new country... Why / what now?

I just moved to Hong Kong on a temporary basis (one year) and created a new Apple ID for the Hong Kong store. However, Apple won't accept my usual credit card from Switzerland. Why on earth is that?! I have an address and even a bank account here, but since I already have three Swiss credit cards, I really don't want to pay more fees for a fourth one.
How am I supposed to pay for my purchases now? In the US and in Switzerland, you can buy gift cards everywhere but I haven't spotted any in normal stores in HK...

Typed in my correct serial number and it is not accepting same

Typed in my correct serial number when doing a restore, but it is not being accepted, so I cannot open Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Debit card not accepted/ iTunes/ family sharing

I am trying to set up family sharing. I don't have a credit card and I use a debit card for my iTunes which isn't accepted.
Is there any other way I can prove I am the consenting adult to allow family sharing?

Not if you want to create child accounts, a credit card is required by law : Family Sharing and Apple IDs for kids - Apple Support
Before you begin, make sure that you're using a credit card as your iTunes Store and App Store payment method. To comply with child online privacy protection laws, you will use the CVV or security code from a valid credit card as part of providing your parental consent. If the card on file is a debit card or another payment method, you’ll be asked to provide a credit card before you can continue. After you create the child's Apple ID, you can change your payment method back to a debit card.
