Last Played, Play Count, Ratings fields not updating

iTunes 6.0.1.3, 3rd Gen iPod, iPod Shuffle 2005-09-23 firmware
After updating to iTunes 6.0.1.3 I was forced to also update my iPod firmware to 2005-09-23. Since then, the last played, play count and ratings fields associated with music tracks no longer updates when I re-synch my 3G iPod. Ive tested with ripped AAC, ripped MP3, older (FairPlay 1) purchased music as well as new (FairPlay 2) tracks. No matter what Ive tried, the dates, counts and raings remain frozen in their pre-update state.
However, these fields are updated for Podcast tracks!
I also ran a test with my Shuffle. Music file play counts are updated as usual. I do notice that the Last Played field within iTunes is updated with the date and time of re-sync. Has it always been this way? I havent paid attention to this since I first purchased my Shuffle but I thought it only updated play count, not Last Played.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Found the problem. After my iPod didn't update after purchasing new songs, I checked my iPod options. For some reason my iTunes iPod Options changed from "Automaticaly update ..." to "Manually manage ...". Once I set this back to automatic everything updated fine.
It is interesting that even when "Manually manage" was selected, a new Podcast trak was downloaded to the iPod and, after listening to it, the Last Played and Play Count fields were updated.
Also, regarding my question about the Last Played update with my Shuffle, I learned that iTunes 5 implemented a change to update this field with the current date and time once the Shuffle is re-synch'd.

Concern/Issue-
We are using SharePoint and configured the Active Directory Import .First import it seems everything is working fine and OOB Organization chart built using User profile data is coming out right.
Now the user is moved from one Organization Unit to Another.
Now our Manager field is not Updating .There is change in AD manager attribute but not reflecting in the SharePoint User profile.
Manger field is mapped to "manager" attribute in SharePoint.
We tried removing the user and Re-Import using Incremental import but no luck.

Moving a user from one OU to another in AD won't normally change the Manager attribute in AD. You would need to edit the user's organization settings to change the manager value in AD. I've also seen these changes not be picked up unless something
other than just the manager field in AD changing. Try changing something like Office location and see if the manager change is picked up by AD Import.

Vendor field not updated in CRM pricing condition table

Hi,
We have maintained condition table with Material and Vendor fields in ECC and table is active
After replicating this table from ECC to CRM, vendor field not updated in table and it is inactive.
There is any mapping settings required to update vendor field in CRM table from ECC.
Please help me out to solve this issue

hi, the data field of vendor is a standard one or custimizing one?
I remeber there is a data mapping setting in CRM, for condition field. If you want to mapping a ERP standard field to a CRM custmizing one, you need to setting your rule in it. Maybe you can find it in SM30 view.

FAGLFLEXA fields not updating

The business requirement is as follow:
1.Financial document posted via billing document in Sales & Distribution.
2.In Financial reports (FBL3N and FAGLL03), both customer line and revenue lines should display billing document no., billing item no., sales document no. and sale line item no. so as to ensure quick and proper financial reporting. This also assists in reconciling FI and COPA data when there are discrepancies due to incorrect sign or amount.
3.In Financial reports, in the revenue line items, the quantities transferred to FI during posting should be based on the Base Unit of Measure instead of the Sales Unit of Measure. This ensures that the UoM from cost of sales postings to FI during PGI (in Base UoM) can be matched with the revenue postings to FI during Billing.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
I have found a solution that the SAP User Exits 'EXIT_SAPLV60B_002' and 'EXIT_SAPLV60B_008' can be created and modified in order to populate these fiields.
EXIT_SAPLV60B_002
In this Exit, Sales document (AUBEL) and Sales Document Item (AUPOS) fields are directly populated from the CVBRP structure into the final structure of XACCIT .
For multiple line-items in the same sales document, the last item number will be populated in the AUPOS field.
This is fine
EXIT_SAPLV60B_008
In this Exit, Sales Document (AUBEL), Sales Document Item (AUPOS), Billing quantity in stockkeeping unit (FKLMG) and Base Unit of Measure (MEINS) are populated from CVBRP into the final structure of XACCIT. Billing Document (VBELN), Payer (KUNRG) and Sold-to party(KUNAG) are obtained from CVBRK. These fields automatically updating the BSEG table.
ISSUE:
Now, the issue is coming for the fields FAGLFLEXA-MSL and FAGLFLEXA-RUNIT which are also needed to be updated for this requirement with the XACCIT-FKLMG (Billing Qty in SKU stock keeping unit) and XACCIT-MEINS (Base UoM) respectively but I am unable to find any place where from I can update the FAGLFLEXA tables.
Please help me in this regard and it is a high priority issue. All help will be very mch appreciable.

Just wanted to check one more thing that I need to populate FAGLFLEXA-MSL and FAGLFLEXA-RUNIT while I am saving Billing document.
The process we are applying is that we are creating a Sales Order and once it is created we are creating a Delivery from it. Once the delivery is created we are creating the Transfer Order and confirm it. Once this is done, we go to and save the billing document. While this billing document is saved the respective fields are updated from there.
I have updated the respective BSEG fields by updating the particular structure but I am unable to update the FAGLFLEXA table fields. I had to update FAGLFLEXA-MSL and FAGLFLEXA-RUNIT fields from XACCIT structure. But I am unable to find any structure or stack values through which I will be able to update it.
Anyone know any exit or anything which can do that, in that case I can try and change some data there to get the desired functionality.

Valuation field not updated in Profit Center view

Good morning Gurus,
I am facing a big problem in KE24 report. As I've checked here, one of my valuation fields related to Raw Materials (VVM01) is only being updated in Legal View from CO. Even I check it in CE1SA01 table (my table for CO documents), the value is not updated there for Profit Center view. I've check all exits that we have here, but the problem is not there. Derivation rules for the field are not customized, so I don't know where is the problem.
Anyone have already faced this problem? Could you please help me? Points will be awarded.

Last Logon date and Logon time not updating in table USR02

Hi,
Please help us on this. After customer successfully logged in the webshop, we are checking the table USR02 in CRM system and the Logon date and Logon time is not updated. Because of this, the customer will be locked after certain number of days. When we check it in ECC system, customer's last logon date and time is updated. Can you tell us what could be causing this? Any advise what we need to check? Thanks in advance!

1. Please check if the USAPPLREF table in ECC has the correct mapping done between the LOGON User and the Sold-to party (Customer)
2. Please check the validity of those user in SU01 user data.
3. Please check the USERS data from the USERADMIN Link (if it is configured in your scenario through XCM settings for USERS)

LFA1 - MCOD Fields not updated

When a vendor is created fields MCOD1 , MCOD3 has to be popuated automatically. This is not happening for some vendors. Please inform if you know the reason for this.

Similarly for some vendors MCOD1 is not updated though the name1 field has value.

Active Directory cn field not updated from sap HR using ldap.

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum area.
I am using the LDAP facility to create and modify Active Directory records from sap HR. Initially, the name field cn that was coming across into AD was in the format of the logical system and employee number, eg, RD4CLNT22000000711.
I then implemented the BADI HRLDAP_ATTRIBUTES which then changed this name field cn in the active directory listing to the format; surname, forename.
It works fine when I create a new user, however the problem comes when I update the persons name in the sap hr module. The data that comes across into Active Directory shows the change to the persons surname sn, forename and displayname fields is there but the cn field is still showing as the previous name.
In short, when a new user is created, the cn field in active directory is correct
(surname, forename) but when the employees name is modified, that change is not brought across to the cn field even though the surname, forename and displayname fields are updated correctlyon AD.
We are on release 4.70.
Anyway, if anyone could help I would be very grateful.

The problem it is causing us is that the cn field is incorrect and does not mirror the change in sap HR, therefore the Active Directory entry for the employee is not totally accurate.
When an employee changes their name in SAP HR - usually their surname, we would then want to update the employees active directory account to show this change and this includes the cn field also. At the moment the firstname, lastname fields do get updated with the change so we would want the cn field to show this as well otherwise the cn field would be incorrect and not match up with the employee's AD firstname & lastname fields.

If you dont have any screen validations on this field, then you can update (via debug mode) from SE16 for respective record.
As the screen is suppressed you need to first enable the screen in PBO while in debug, then you can enter the values.

Freight value field not updating in COPA

Dear All,
The customer with account assignment group CA, Freight revenue is not updating in COPA.Where as Customer with out account assignment group CA,then freight revenue is updating in COPA.
I checked all settings such assigmnet of SD condition types to COPA value field and all, every thing is fine.Even customer with other account assignment groups is working fine.

Hi Ram,
This looks like a KEDR derivation issue. Please check the condition tab in the derivation rule for account assignment group CA. If this does not help then please check if you clear the Freight value field in exit COPA0001 (Trans-SMOD).

Problem with JButtons Text field not updating

Im working on a program (which has its full code included below incase its part of the problem) which wants to change a Jbutton's name during a program. The way I'm trying to make it change is by having a string, "test", be called "before update". then have the jbuttons text equal test. then, in an actionlistener, it changes string test to equal "after update". This doesn't update the Jbuttons text.
I don't get any errors when I press the button, but the buttons name is not updating. Whats causing the buttons name not to be updated?

1) Strings are immutable meaning you can't change them.
2) Even if you could, the two test strings are completely different variables.
3) To change JButton text, you should call its setText method.
4) For a JButton to perform an action on button press, it needs to have an actionlistener added to it via the addActionListener(...) method.
5) Please read, study, and review the Sun Swing tutorials. You will benefit greatly from having a solid foundation in Swing basics before you try coding in Swing.

Play Count/Ratings won't update.

For some reason neither the play counts nor the ratings will update if I do them on my Nano. If I play and/or rate a song on iTunes, the information will usually be saved.
This actually happened before early in the month, but the problem (temporarily) fixed itself. Now, information that was previously there (for example, I played some songs on iTunes on the 18th) has now reverted to earlier info. What gives? Is there any way of fixing this without resetting my iPod?
(Note: all other functions that deal with iTunes such as id3 info and album artwork, will update fine. It's just that any info I alter on the iPod itself will not save.)

So I formatted my iPod Nano, and it worked, but for some reason it stopped counting again. I briefly connected my iPod in order to load a song, and disconnected it properly. So does not charging it fully cause it to not save the data?
