Last send e-mail is not getting updated in PO output tab

Hi All,
We are in SRM 4.0 and using extended classic scenario. Recently we did a support pack upgrade from SP09 to SP12.
After that we are facing an issue in PO output tab.
Whenever a Po has been outputed through e-mail or printout or fax it used to get updated in the Po output tab in the fields Last output sent & Via Medium and it will show the e-mail or printer name
to which the PO has been sent.
But after SP12, it is always showing the e-mail maintianed in the vendor master (txn: BP). If there is no e-mail ID maintained in the vendor master means then it shows only a blank value in the PO output tab.
It is not showing the e-mail ID to which the PO has actually been sent. But in the output log, it is showing that e-mail ID.
SAP is working on the issue and they also suggested me to check in SDN.
Please help me.

Hi,
Check the item Changes to the item in the Po for which the Po Number is not being displayed in Status tab of the PR. It is possible that if the PR Number is removed or the line is deleted in the Delivery Schedule Tab of the PO , this will not be reflected in the Status tab of the PR . E ven if the PR Number will be available in line with the Item Number in the PO.

PO Vendor Email ID is not getting updated in PO Output Tab

Hello Experts,
We are facing any issue with the PO vendor email id.
Scenario: While creating the PO, we are mapping the vendor address (Like, Email, phone no, fax no .)From shopping cart which are custom fields of shopping cart.
And these address details getting flowing to PO while creating PO.
And we can see the updated address in partner details for the vendor.
But the issue is coming as, this email id and fax no has get update in the PO Output tab also. This is not working for only email id, where as fax no id getting updated in the PO Output tab.
Can you please check this and provide us a solution for this issue. Why only the email is not getting updated.
I noticed that, there is FM module which gets address details of the vendor BBP_OUTPUT_PO_PARAMS_GET from the memory which is not getting the correct details
Seeking your help.
We will appreciate if somebody can provide us solution for this issue.

I have a custom output type and a Custom function module for issueing the output for delivery, my prob is that it processing log is getting updated for the send in batch and other options but it is not getting updated for the SEND IMMEDIATLY, I am using the same FM for the Output issue I am checking if they have selected output type as 4 if yes, I am calling a FM in perform by saying
PERFORM xxxxxxxx ON COMMIT
and in the perform I am calling a FM
CALL FUNCTION xxxxxxxxx in BACKGROUND TASK AS A SEPARATE TASK,
the functioanlity of issueing the output is working but the Processing log is not getting updated.
What might be the problem ? it is getting updated for Send in batch but not for except 4.

When trying to send mail via Lotus Notes webmail, mail does not get send

Firefox 4.01, XUL-manager installed.
Logged in to corporate webmail, can see mails etc. I can create a mail (new, reply, etc.) but when I hit the send button, I get a popup asking if a copy needs to be archived. no matter if I say yes or no, the mail does not get send. Also saving as draft does not work.

yes smtp is a standard and I think you could use this with almost every smtp server.
If your smtp server doesn't require authentication you can access it without an authenticator

Master Data is not Getting Updated Properly.

Dear Expert,
I am trying to pull the data by Info package but The text is not getting updated.
The Master data object is 0BPARTNER . To update this Master data , we ghave 2 info packages
0BPARTNER_ATTR and 0BPARTNER_TEXT. But the text is not getting updated ( like the fiels E-mail address, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, Address 4,.... Phone No,Etc.
What could be the Reason for this and How can I solve this issue ?

Data is not getting updated in table using RFC

Hi Experts,
In my scenario, I am calling one RFC using RFC receiver channel. After running scenario, channel is showing status that RFC executed successfully. But when I am checking tables in R/3 system, data is not getting updated.
Moreover , when we tried to execute the RFC manually in R/3 system, that time data uploaded into table successfully.
Could anybody tell me what would the reason that data not uploading into table when we send it through XI.

as you have scenario with RFC receiver.. and as you mentioned that it not updating tables when run through PI but when you execute RFC manually tables got updates.. then following are the options you can check..
-- if you check RFC communication channel and if everything ok on then.. this means that your RFC is getting triggered successfully..but as you said tables are not updated.. for this you can go to SXMB_MONI and check the log take payload after mapping.. and compare it with the input when you try to execute it manually.. I think the input when you try manually and input to RFC when you try through PI is different and that is causing the Problem.. you will be able to see the difference in input then check.. I think the problem is data and not RFC communication channel..so by using this you will come to know difference
-- else if possible configure your ID in PI in RFC Receiver and then check and put breakpoint on ABAP side.. so that when PI will hit RFC you will get it in debug mode and able to see what is going wrong..

Data is not getting updated in DB table

i am doing IDOC to jdbc scenario
i am triggering idoc from R/3 and the data is going into DB table
sender side:       ZVendorIdoc
receiver side:

if i trigger idoc for example vendor 2005,2006 and 2010 data is getting updated in the table
but again if i trigger idoc for same vendor nos data does not get updated in DB table while message is successfull in moni and RWB both
plz suggest if any change need to be done to update the data

you are right, vendor no is my key field . problem is when i send data again then it should Update the data but it's not updating the data again
i did on exp with this : i deleted all the record from the table and then triggered idoc for vendor 2005 , 2006,2010 after this data is updated in the table i deleted the rows for vendor no 2006 and 2010 and kept the row for vendor 2005
then i again trigered the idoc for vendor no 2005,2006 and 2010 now this should update and it should insert rows for vendor no 2006 and 2010 but i am surprised its not updating the data

Data is not getting updated in R3 from CRM

I have a small query pertaining to CRM Middleware.
We have extended the standard scenario using EEWB for sending few customer fields thru CUSTOMER_H. This is assigned to the adapter in R3AC1.
The data is getting populated in the structure correctly. But the problem is that the Z* field is not getting updated in R3. The more strange thing is that it is getting overwritten in CRM by data from R3.
I have checked the problem and found out that the updateflag for z* field is missing. But the problem is that I donot know, how to populate the update flag for the field.
Is there any customization or setting in EEWB for updating the flag?
Please help... Please let me know if u want more informaiton.

The reason for R3 data getting overwritten in CRM is because the BSS_CENTI has a blank record
and BSS_CENTIX structure might have a X indicator within BAPIMTCS structures.
BSS_CENTI holds central data for the customer and BSS_CENTIX holds the change flags for the fields in central data.
To fix this issue, you have to use CRM table SMOFSUBINT and configure a custom function module which basically yanks the 2 structures from BAPIMTCS table.
Note:- You do this ONLY if you don't want custom fields from ECC to update CRM. Otherwise you have to make sure the BSS_CENTI and BSS_CENTIX structures are consistent in CRM and ECC.

Values not getting updated in table mvke

I am working on a module pool program.In the o/p screen there are many records.If the user wants to change the field values of a particular record,he clicks on the checkbox besides that record and when he click on the change button,control goes to update screen.In this screen when the user changes the value of one particular field and click on the checkbox beside and then click on the execute button,the changed value of that field should get updated in that particular record in the database table.Here I want to update mvke and marc tables.
I have used FM BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA to update the database tables.
Only marc table is getting updated with changed values.mvke table is not getting updated.What would be the reason for this.

Picked quantity not getting updated in ERP outbound delivery

Hi All,
I have an outbound delivery which is replicated from ERP to EWM. I have confirmed the Warehouse task for picking & completed PGI in EWM system. The status update has taken place in ERP delivery (i.e ERP delivery status shows that goods movement is complete and the distribution status shows processing of the delivery in the decentralized system is complete). However the picked quantity (LIPS-PIKMG) is not getting updated in the ERP delivery. How do i make this happen?

Picked Qty in ECC will never get updated when do the PGI in EWM. I think, this field is not designed when delivery is distributed as system assume picking will be done in other system in this case it is EWM.
But You can always refer VBFA (Document flow table) to identify the picked quantity if you are working z report or interface to send this information.

Quantity field not getting update in PCA document for Goods Receipt

We have the Purchase Account activated for our company code.
For movement type 101 (Goods Receipt), I am getting the quantity field updated for GR/IR account and Stock Account (B/S item).
But the quantity field is not getting updated for the "Purchase Account" and the "other offsetting PL A/C).
Please advice whether I am missing something.

Check SAP notes 1063198 and 1117587.
FAGLL03 display quantity which is updated in FAGLFLEXA, BSEG is not
relevant in this case. This is clearly explained in the note 1063198.
The quantity posts through to FI on the 'goods receipt' items, but not on the
'invoice receipt' items.
In the FI normally the Quantity is not a 'real' important field, as it
is more related to the MM area.
But in the old 'Profit Center Accounting' and the old' Special Ledger'
the field has been important.
As the same logic of these areas to 'store' the Quantity is also used
in the NewG/L the field get only filled in the line, where it make
'sense' from our point of view, because only in the 'goods receipt'
lines a 'real' Quantity is posted to the system.
So as before in the PCA and SL, now also in the NewG/L the Quantity is
filled in the correct and important lines and postings.
In the BSEG ('old document segment table') the field is filled 'just'
as it is send to the FI, but this is not completely correct from the
business point of view.
This can also lead to issues with the reporting and summation to this
field. So with creating the new logic in the NewG/L the 'correct'
standard of the 'writing' for the Quantity has also been taken over.
So in the end, the update and display is correct according SAP standard behavior.
Actually,Quantities within G/L are never reliable,
because the purpose of FI is a view on the data according to amount
but not according to quantity.
In the FI normally the Quantity is not a 'real' important field, as it
is more related to the MM area.

sent items of my exchange account in iphone does not get updated. Mails sent from iphone are getting recieved by everyone and same is getting updated in outlook. sent items for the same account in ipad is getting updated. I am not facing this problem with any other folders in my exchange account. someone please provide a solution for this. I have tried resetting, restoring but nothing works...

Hi,
The problem could be the currency of the valuation area. It has to be the local currency. Maybe the company code has the local currency but the valuation currency is another.
Without having access to your system it is difficult to say. Maybe double check your customizing for assignment of update types for derived business transactions in spro:
Transaction Manager
-> General Settings
     -> Accounting
         -> Settings for Position Management
              -> Derived Business Transactions
                  -> Update Types
                      -> Assign Update Types for Derived Business Transactions

Matlab workspace not getting updated while labview mex file is running

Hi,
Let me start from the overview of the system for better understanding.
The system is to acquire data from a DAQ6070e using labview 7.1 . this data is then to be used in matlab for processing. All this needs to happen in real time hence the data is to be acquired from labview and outputted into matlab in real time.
in order to do this we generated the labview and the matlab codes seperately. After days of hard work we managed to import the labview vi into matlab using a math interface toolkit, but now have run into another interesting problem.
the workspace in matlab is not getting updated during the time the labview vi is running inside matlab. it only updates after the vi has run . for example if i need to monitor the system for 300 seconds then ideally the labview vi should output the samples for each acquisition and output it to matlab, what actually is happening is that the labview keeps running for 300 seconds without outputting any data during those 300 seconds and only outputs the last set of acquisition values at the end of the 300 seconds. Which beats the purpose of the whole program.

What you said about "MEX file will not be able to "store" data between runs" ,i realised in the morning. as a result i dont think your suggestion of for loop will also be effective as labview mex file will not acquire data during matalb code execution and vice versa.
Hence i have decided to do it the other way...we will now try to run the matlab code in labview.
this leads to other problem
As this is a real time operation i need to find out a way of storing the data into computer memory and then reading from it(when i say memory i do not mean writing it to a file and readin from it as that is slow) becasue i think the buffer i am specifying in my AI config is not big enough.
I was thinking maybe i should use a RT FIFO queue but then i have not been able to find out the difference between buffer memory and fifo memory. ie is buffer memory supposed to be the ram memory or is it the hard disk memory?
I am posting the vi here for easy understanding

i dont have test case for that. till 28th of the last month the field has been updated and after that till now all the entries in that field is showing zero. but when we check in FB03. i can see the with holding tax amount. can u tell me how this table is getting updated
