Every time I open firefox the last subject I was using reappears, and I don't get the starting screen.

Firefox 4 has a very minimal user interface compared with Firefox 3. You can turn on the toolbars you like using
View menu > Toolbars
If you have the orange Firefox button, you can tap the Alt key or press F10 to display the classic menu bar.
Can you explain in a little more detail what you mean about extensions not appearing? You might need to display the Add-ons bar or an extension's own toolbar.

Not responding when opening FireFox 4.0b7

Hi there,
When opening FireFox 4.0b7 the browser hangs for about a minute and I get (Not Responding). If I use FireFox 3.6.13 I have no problems at all or if I use any of the other browsers, link IE9 Beta. What is going on?
The opening webpage we use is: www.tlc-online.co.uk/ I have changed the opening homepage to www.bbc.co.uk/ and the same thing happens.

This will most likely due to hardware acceleration. There are a number of bug reports that are still being worked on to improve startup times with hardware acceleration turned on.
You can turn off hardware acceleration to improve startup times. To do that in the Tools menu select Options to open the options dialog. Select the Advanced panel, and then the General tab. Uncheck the setting "Use hardware acceleration when available".

My iPad does not ring when I am getting a FaceTime call. And my volume is on. Also I have noticed when I charge my iPad at night I no longer hear that connection sound that it used to make. And lastly, my iPad will not flip when turned.

Have you tried resetting your iPad?
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

Firfox will not respond when opened

So I have been using firfox for awhile really like it, But sence I updated to firefox 5 I can not use Firefox it will not load, Says its not responding, the little arrow turns to a circle in the window. I have uninstaled and reinstalled, I was told to restore my advanced Internet opitions and still no use. I am running windows 7 My desktop is a gateway.

After downloading 9.0.1, Firefix will not respond when opened.

After downloading 9.0.1, Firefox opens to its home page. Everytime I attempt to do anything, the home page remains on screen. For instance, if I click on "Firefox," then "Help," then "Submit Feedback," a "New Tab" shows at the top of the page and nothing else. If I type in a different url, it remains on home page as well. I cannot get past the home page. I am using Internet Explorer to send this email!
If I have to remove it and re-install, will my bookmaarks be saved or do I majually have to save them? If so, how do I re-install them to the new download? Steve at [email protected]

Flash will not install when using firefox 34.0.5

I have installed Firefox 34.0.5. I've tried everything to install flash but it still do not work. It says it installed fine, but when I check, it has not been installed. It's not even in the add-on list. Please tell me how this works. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem with Adobe Flash in Firefox. I would be happy to help you get this problem taken care of. First in Firefox go to the [http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer Adobe Flash Player website] . Then instal it, after that close out Firefox just to make sure that it will apply. Then check to see that it is listed in the add-on list.
This should take care of any problems that you have been having. If not let me know and we will work from there. If it does fix the problem please mark this answer as the solution to the problem.

I have tried all of the suggestions, also removed every reference to Firefox in the registry, no joy, still comes up with the error, does load if run as administrator, this is not satisfactory though, its ok if I am starting Firefox but no good if it tries to start automatically such as clicking a link in an email.
Therefore until this problem is sorted my default will stay as Chrome!!!!!!!

I just installed Photoshop CC 2014, but Latest version of Bridge will not work when I want to open it from PS

Any idea why is Bridge latest version not working when trying to open it in Photoshop CC 2014 ? (French version) ? When trying, Creative Cloud app will open to ask if I want to download newest version, which I did numerous times now.

Here's how a similar problem was resolved between PS and BR.
The issue was confirmed by ChunXiaYang at Adobe staff and solution put in the forum discussion on June 19 (no. 13). Here's a copy:
I have confirmed that this is a known issue before release. And the workaround is to uninstall and reinstall PS 2014. Then Bridge can be launched by selecting 'Browse in Bridge' in PS2014.
Please try the installation, and let me know whether it works. Thanks!
It woks just fine since I unistalled and reinstalled PS 2014.

I did this with a fresh install of the entire CC package. As soon as the CC packages updated, CC Bridge broke. Unistalled CC PS, reinstalled again, CC Bridge works, but CC PS updates itself again, and breaks CC Bridge.
You know... The whole move to CC has been a massive cluster... I've struggled with the CC packages for my entire subscription year, and now I'm 1.5 month away from needing to throw down another $720 for no reason what-so-ever, just so we can Beta test your really screwed up subscription services.

iTunes in Mac OS X Tiger is outdated. Open  > Software Update to install the latest iTunes version for Tiger.
If you need iTunes 10.7 or a newer version, you have to upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard. First, check that your Mac is supported > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 If it is, buy Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
After buying Snow Leopard, make a backup of your data, insert the DVD and upgrade to Snow Leopard. After upgrading, open  > Software Update, and install the latest Snow Leopard version. Finally, run Software Update again to install iTunes 11.0.4. If you want to install iTunes 10.7 instead, download it from the Apple website > http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1576

Try double clicking your home button then force close the stuck PDF by swiping upward. Once you've done that just click the home button again to exit.

When opening Firefox I get a Java Scripts error message and Firefox will not always open

This can be caused by an add-on that says it is compatible with Firefox 4 but isn't quite compatible. I think Firefox engineers need to improve Firefox between now and the next up-date to make it adequate to handle all major websites. There aren't many websites used by as many people as yahoo. So why have Firefox engineers ignored this deficiency in Firefox?

It sounds like you might need to contact Yahoo! if you aren't able to setup your email account as a new account after deleting it.

Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store
