last update to ios6 - worst ever, facetime does not work as it used to, problems with skype, losing connection or no9t connecting facetime to face time. Do something with it.
I'm not sure yet, but It may be as simple as "settings", "FaceTime" "Off"

Dock - The same thing is "sorta" happening with a belkin charger that I have. It'll say that charging is not supported wij this accessory, and I can't use the Belkin cord any longer. I have to use my apple one. I think that means that the dock software is now "outdated" and can't charge your iPod anymore. -
FaceTime does not work on UAE model
My ipad was bought from Dubai, UAE and FaceTime does not work on it. On investigation I came to know that FaceTime is blocked in UAE. Fine I thought FaceTime is a software thing not hardware and after updating iOS why does it still not work ? Can we do anything to make face time work ? It's not banned in my country and FaceTime works perfect on my iPhone

After installing Mountain Lion, iMessages and Facetime does not work. When I try to sign-in I get a message that says: The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later. After 4 calls to apple and 8 and a half hours on the phone. The apple people does not how to solve the problem. The last thing they told me is that they will send the problem to their engineers and I will hear from them. unfortunately they have not contact me.
During the phone calls I tried putting the date and time in automatic, changing the username and password, I even tried using somebody elses username and password. Please help, facetime is my tool to telecomute, and it is hurting my job.I had the same problem and found the solution here:

I've moved my Aperture library from one computer to another using Finder.
I merged the library with one which was already on the computer.
Now, the photos I imported have reference to the old path name on my old computer.
How can I update these references as "Relocate Masters" does not work in this case?Just one suggestion to be able to reconnect all at once:
Create a smart album containing the images with missing masters:
File -> New -> Smart Album, and add a rule: File Status is "Missing" (or File Status is "offline")
Then select the images in this album and go to the File menu:
and select: File -> Locate referenced File
If you are lucky, Aperture will reconnect all at once, if you point the first image version to its counterpart. -
prompted to update iTunes today and now it does not work. tried reinstalling and caanot successfully reinstall.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Facetime only works via WiFi. Are you trying to set up Facetime with a T-Mobile account?

I had an iphone 4s and it worked nice with facetime and imessage using my phone number but it was stolen on December so I buy a new iphone 4s using the same cellphone number but now imessage and facetime does not work with my number, it only works with my apple ID. Please Help me I speak Spanish so if my English is not ok I´m sorry about it.
Do you think that apple has to reset in their database of the old serial number attached with my phone number and that’s why I can´t activate imessage and facetime with my number in the new iphone 4s??I understand all of this Meg; that is why I bought an Iphone; but never expected my phone not even give a at least a 24 or even 12 hours....I work 12 hour shifts and also would expect to have to charge each night but not twice a day or more. I have the same problemafter upgrade to IOS6.1. I guess now iPhone5 is on the market, Apple is probably rubbing they hands hoping that people will move on. I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 since and will not be going back to iPhone.

With IOS6 3G does not work.
This has already happened with IOS5.1, was only solved with IOS5.1.1.

I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and both worked flawlessly with the iPhone 5s my wife and I had. However, we just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and Uconnect will receive calls but you cannot answer them. You can callout successfully, however. the annoyance being the inability to answer incoming calls in the HandsFree mode.

Updated version installed and enabled, still does not work.
I have installed the latest version of Adobe Flashplayer for internet explorer 11, does not work, tried unistalling using unistall tool then reinstalling, still does not work, disabled All security software and Firewall, tried reinstalling, still does not work, made sure scripting was allowed, reinstalled, still does not work, Tried installing active X version, still does not work. Manually went into program files, deleted Abobe Flash program, reinstalled still does not work. Used cleaning and registry repair tools, still does not work, unistalled then used cleaning registry tools, reinstalled, still does not work, tried older versions of Adobe Flashplayer, still does not work. Watched and followed Youtube video's on how to reair Adobe flash, still does not work. Tried disabling then unistalled and reinstalled, then enabled again, still does not work. Message was edited by: TiggerdadThis is a known problem with Internet Explorer 11, which Microsoft has been aware of since October 18 when they released their latest "untested" browser. The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.

Chrome (from Google)
ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in. -
Microsoft Office 2011 no longer opens because "there is a problem" after updating mountain lion when the app store said there was an update available this morning. Reinstalling did not work. What's the problem?

Have a similar problem. This MacBook opened all MS Office programs in Dec2012 but no longer does in Feb2013. Went to Microsoft/mac/downloads but none of the three updates would run citing a problem "version of software needed to run this update was not found on this volume".

i am using firefox 3.6.17 i upgraded it to 4.1.but it does not work properly sometimes it opens every website and most of the time it does not work . so what is the problem please help . thank you
Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.
