Late notice when bill is not even due yet? For real?

I would like an answer as to why my 1st bill reflects a late payment notice, when the bill isn't even due until 6/26/15.I would expect this from Time Warner Cable and being new to Comcast, it looks like the same kind of nonsense. Companies should not put a late notice on a bill that is not even due yet. Pay Attention COMCAST. This is insulting to your customers who pay in a timely manner.

I have the same problem with my device specially with the NFL App and after maybe 2hrs of research I found out that Verizon has implemented that messege/restriction to keep the app "TRUE" mobile only. What I'm saying is that you won't get the NFL App to play no matter what you do if connected to HDMI adapter or AirPlay. I hope this helps more than the other/previous post. My iphone starts playing music when I'm not even touching the phone

My iphone 4 starts playing music when the phone is in my purse and I'm not touching it or even going through my purse. I've tried making sure the ipod is not set to a song but rather to a menu screen when I close it. Sometimes I haven't even used the ipod recently. My phone also calls people when I'm not touching it. Does anyone else have this problem? It must be something I'm doing but I can't figure out what it could be. I'd appreciate any help!

Mine plays music when I have the iPhone 4 in my pocket and bend over a little, I know that kinda 'scrunches' the phone slightly but no other iPhone I've had ever did this and I've treated them all the same. I'll be walking along, pick up something and then the music starts playing. I don't touch anything, never attach headphones, basically the phone is asleep but somehow something triggers the music to start playing. I've entered this as a separate thread but no one seems to know why this happens. I suppose I could take the phone back and exchange it for a new one, but it would be better to know what is causing this.

Really bad service, and I'm not even connected yet...

So I opted for a new fibre connection in my house. I had three months of poor connection speeds form plus-net, and although their service is very cheap , the lack of reliable connection eventually made me consider the change to bt.
I am lucky enough that the local phone network is being upgraded. So I booked online for BT tv/ infinity 2 fibre connection.
The first appointment was scheduled for the 12th of November. This was canceled by BT due to technical problems. Fair enough as they seem busy digging up the road and I understand this process can't always run to schedule. My wife had agreed to take the morning off work to let the engineer in but this was easily rearranged with BT for the 17th nov.
on the 16th now BT called to say that they had sent an engineer around two days before and that he could not get access to the property... Of course you can't get access if we are not in....make an appointment next time?
So we rang up to speak to BT they apologised and said the engineer would be there on the 17 th if we could be in. My wife rearranged her day to allow for the new appointment , stayed in the house , didn't get paid and had her time wasted. No engineer called. she spoke to BT who claimed the engineer had knocked , and phoned both mobile and house phone. Neither of my over zealous dogs or partner hear the engineer, and there is no record of the phone attempts on our devices.
I rang up to rebook and complain and was told the department was understaffed and not to ring at lunch time as everyone is out and the phones can't be answered. Also they can't rebook my appointment and that I would have to wait until December for my connection. Since I was at work in my lunch I couldn't really peruse the matter so I tried calling back after work. Unfortunately after wasting my effort navigating the phone system I was told then department was closed after 5.
So I can't call at lunch and your closed after 5 , you don't keep appointments , you make unscheduled appointments , the engineers lie and I have to wait another two weeks to get my service.
I thought paying a premier price would get me good service.
I'm deeply annoyed. I can imagine with your poor record so far that my complaints here will also go un-answered.
Please don't tell me your sorry. I want my appointment moved to a sooner date and I want a discount for having wasted my time and caucusing my wife to lose a days income.

It's been months and there is not even a hotfix for the issues introduced by 4.3 yet

It has been months since the 4.3 update, and there hasn't been a single hotfix or update to fix any of the issues introduced by 4.3, and let's not even mention the lateness of 4.4 in comparison to other brands. This is unacceptable.
So many users reported issues, as basic as some of the Sound options not working, or abnormally high amounts of RAM usage, or even the **bleep** bug with the non-working camera button, making you miss important moments you wanted to photoshoot. Literally NOTHING has been done to remedy these very basic and (some very old) problems. I'm not even going to mention Xperia Facebook connectivity - it has become apparent that there are no plans to ever have this option work. And don't even pretend that we have forgotten about the touchscreen issues, which have also received ZERO RESPONCE from Sony. This is terrible.
What is really sad is that they will probably 'rush' 4.4 (funny, as it's going to be an year late or more) and it will probably also have TONS of bugs, also left to decay for months or years before getting fixed.
It really looks like Sony are so cheap that they wouldn't hire a second developer, because so far it seems that there is one person working to develop these updates, and probably 1 more person to test them.

After renaming and moving to my desktop an iMovie project, i can not open it. I moved it back to iMovie but still it is not working. I noticed that there is not an Event Folder for the project. Can someone help me?

I renamed an iMovie project, then I moved it out of iMovie to my desktop. It did not work from there. Finally I managed to move it back to iMovie, but still does not work. I can't edit it, it does not even appear as an option. I found out that the Event Folder for this Project is gone. Is this the problem? Is there a way I can get it back? Can somenone help me?? OK Let's take a step back.
If you imported video clips from a camcorder there would be an Events folder in the Movies/iMovie Events/ folder.
You have the option as you import from a camcorder to send your Event to an external drive instead. In this case, it would be in the iMovie Events folder at the top level of the external drive.
If your project has no video clips, but only photos, there may be no events folder, only links to iPhoto.
Similarly, if your camera imported your video clips to iPhoto, and you used the iPhoto event in iMovie, then your clips are in iPhoto, and there is no separate iMovie event.

iCloud space is for backup.
You need more local storage; free up space on iPad:
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad.

Installing new IOS7 and prompt for passcode when I have not set one up for my iphone

Have installed iOS7 on my iphone 4S and when it has restarted it has asked me to enter my passcode, when I had not previously entered one and now phone is locked and I am unable to use the device. Is their a default passcode that I have to enter before selecting one of own?

Try and force your iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost.

Help! Dataman says iTunes is using data when it's not even open.

Over the past two months I have been using unusually high amounts of data.
At first I thought it was because I was streaming Podcasts. Yesterday I deleted the Postcasts app to see if it made any difference to the data I was using and downloaded DataMan app to confirm this.
Now every time I check DataMan it shows iTunes using the most data, but iTunes isn't even open!
I've closed all the programs running in the background and am wondering - where is this data usage coming from? What else can I do to stop this usage?
Could it be a faulty report from DataMan? I don't believe that is the case because the usage the app is reporting is very close to what my provider is telling me as well.

It sounds like you have a Master Password set on your Firefox profile:

When you try to set up a Sync account, Sync needs to access your password manager. The dialog you're seeing is asking for your Master Password, not asking to create a new password. Simply entering your Master Password should allow Sync setup to complete.
Note that you'll need to enter your Master Password in order for Sync to do its thing; it'll ask once when you launch Firefox, but it won't keep bugging you after that.

3rd 4s since Aug '12. My battery dies by the second. Just unlocking it, brings the % down. Was @ Apple Sat & going back today. Haven't upgraded to the ios7. Apps are all closed, light is turned down...I've done & do it all. This is the "new" (refurbished) phone from Sat & I can't even use it because the battery dies simply by unlockng. SO OVER Apple. Make a flippin product that works...that's what we pay for !! Can anyone help ?

I've got an iphone 5 and it's working very well with me but I have to admit that its battery lasts (slower) than my Ipad 2.
Still i can help with some tips that may improve your iohone's battery by an hour in addition (hopefully):
- close all apps by multitasking....
- do NOT keep the brightness to the max
Believe me you're gonna regret changing your phone to a samsung
