Late payment from Wells fargo dealer services

I have my auto loan financed from wells fargo dealer services for 1.5 years. So far good payment history but my interest rate was way too high. So for lowering that rate i refinaced from other bank and during that entire finace process, payment for this month got delayed and i called wells fargo to let them know that they will be getting the cheque soon. They reported late payment 30 days past due on my credit history. I was reading online that we can send them GW letter to reconsider and it has to be polite and positive, since i started refinance from other bank, i can't suggest automatic payment or on time payments from now on. I dont know what should i write in mail so that they consider. If anyone have good suggestion. pls help

  • Wells Fargo Dealer Services Office of the President

Good morning.  I am looking to see if anyone has contact information for the Wells Fargo Dealer Services Office of the President.  We have two 30-day late payments showing on our credit reports that are inaccurate from earlier this year and we are trying to get them cleaned up  Thanks!.

Can I have that info too? Please and thank you!!!

  • SUCCESS w/ Wells Fargo Dealer Services - removal of two erroneous 30 day lates!

After numerous disputes throughout the years and finally coming across the info for Wells Fargo Dealer's Services Office of the President on this board, I've finally gotten my erroneous 2 30 day lates prior to the last payoff of my loan confirmed as in error and REMOVED! I opened a case with the Office of the President on 5/11, and was originally given a 3 business day turnaround time but since my issue had to do with totalling my car and gap protection paying off the remainder of the loan, they had to do some research as a page of my gap contract was missing and they also mentioned they may actually owe me a refund for the payments I made after the fact. In any case, I just received a call back and said they have concluded the investigation and were incorrect with reporting these payments late and they have made the request today to have all credit bureaus update my payment history to reflect no lates. This account was paid in full back at the end of 2009, so I'm not sure how much it will help my credit but by fixing this error, I have perfect payment history on all of my car loans that have reported and I'm sure this will probably help my AUTO FICO, which will be good come September when I plan on purchasing another car.

That's great!  What contact info do you have for the Office of the President? WFDS is showing that I made two late payments, but I know it's incorrect even though they keep stating that it's correct.  Thanks!I will PM you now the info.   Good Luck!

  • Excel 2013 doesn't display .xls file downloaded from Wells Fargo (Inconsistent)

I have two computers exhibiting the same problem but not every time.
    Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
    Office 2013 64-bit
Download an .xls file through Chrome or IE.
    Download is fine
    Attempt to click to open.
Excel Launches, appears in the taskbar, file never opens... Excel is unresponsive.
Right Click Task Bar icon, program will close.  You can open other files just fine.
I noticed when you double click the file to open, two excel.exe processes open in Task Manager... not sure if that is normal.  When you close excel, they both disappear.
    Thoughts?

    Hi,
In regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.
Did this issue only occur with the .xls files downloaded from Wells Fargo website? Have you tried from other website, such as OneDrive?
Have you tried to download some .xlsx files to test from Wells Fargo website?
Please do some tests to narrow down the issue.
    1) Try to convert the .xls files to .xlsx files, if we can open the .xlsx correctly, this issue may be caused by the compatibility issue between Office 2013 and Office 97-2003 format. Thus, I recommend you convert the file to Excel 2013
    format.
    2) Open the Excel program first=>Click Open=>Navigate to the file=>Then open it. If it also can be opened correctly, this issue may be caused by the Dynamic Data Exchange. Please try to turn off the "Ignore other applications that use
    Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)“ setting.
    Steps:
1.Click the File tab, and then click Options.
2.Click Advanced, scroll down to the General section, and then clear the Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) check box in the General area.
    3.Click OK.
If you have any update, please feel free let me know.

  • Need advice/help with Derogatory reporting from Wells Fargo Bank (Wells Fargo is the DEVIL)

Hello Everyone! I am new to the forum & at the ripe (old) age of 36 have finally decided to take control of my credit and financial future. Thank you in advance to those of you who contribute on here. It’s a great site.. I wish I had found it earlier in life. In any event, I am trying to increase credit scores and have two *recent* derogatoriness reported by Wells Fargo Bank for past due STUDENT LOANS. The story goes like this … my monthly payment amount due suddenly changed from $150.00 (even) per month to $150.80. Because I obtain online only statements and was busy with life (taking care of mom with dementia etc) I didn’t realize the change and logged in for a few months and only paid $150.00. Wells Fargo subsequently reported me as “30 days past due" for the months of June & July 2014 for the $1.60 balance. Really Wells Fargo???? When I realized the derogatory reporting, I of course called Wells Fargo and protested. I then followed up with a “good faith request to remove letter” or whatever it's called. I sent it to: ATTENTION: Credit Bureau Dispute Resolution Department (CBDRU)301 East 58th Street NorthSioux Falls, SD 57117-5185 However, Wells Fargo responded with “the reporting is accurate and will remain as reported.” ***HOLES! All over $1.60??!? Before the incident I was frequently late (not a very good customer) but since Jan 2015 I have paid like clockwork and ON TIME every month. So, I am planning another course of action. I am wondering if anyone knows someone at Wells Fargo that I can address another letter to or call. I refuse to believe some human with a heart will let this stand. Any (backdoor info) or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. Oh. It may be important to note that I was also 30 days past due back in Oct 2010.  This was "valid" and I never contested that. Blessings to everyone!

Really Wells Fargo????It is unfortunate but it is accurate and they're under no obligation to remove.  All you can do is to try to escalate but that may not even lead to a removal. LeeRivers wrote:

  • Late response from a sap web service or timeout

    Hi,
I have developed a function module an exposed it as web service. The consumer developed by the partner is a java client. Every request for the ws lasts 18 seconds. The response time is unacceptable. I have developed a .net client and called the ws. the first call lasts nearly as long as the java client but the repsonse time for successive calls is very short.
How can I get the responses faster with the java client?
    thanks,
    - ferudun

    Paula,
I suppose you're using CFINVOKE (http://www.activsoftware.com/code_samples/code.cfm/CodeID/44/ColdFusion/Invoking_SOAP_Web_Services_with_ColdFusion_MX_CFINVOKE_Tag) or are you using a third party tool like CFX_SOAP (http://www.activsoftware.com/products/productdetail.cfm/id/1015)?
Are you working with WebAS 6.4 or 6.2?
It works with web services created with WebAS 6.4, but you should generate proxy classes. Check Thomas' weblog (second part of it)->https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/1012. The WSDL generated by this method is more standard than the one generated when you just Remote enable an FM and look at the webservice browser.
Th core of CF MX is Java and that engine is rather strict in standards.

  • Using 3.6.10 on Mac with OS 10.6.5 & can't download ebills from Wells Fargo billpay

only one of several bills won't download. tried troubleshooting with Wells, with no success. they have had similar problems with other Macs & Firefox.
    Any suggestions?

Look in the Mac OSX section of http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html and pick your language, most likely the English (US).

  • On MAC, I mistakenly opened CGI (PDF) file from Wells Fargo and set option to always open download CGI files, and I need a way in Firefox to remove "always open" option.

Firefox 5.1 - CGI is not a content type in Preferences -> Applications so I don't know what to change to be able to Save CGI files instead of always trying to Open them which doesn't work. I can open them fine when they're saved on my MAC. Is there a known way to reset whatever the parameter is that controls open/control for non-recognized content types?

  • How 7+ Years Late Payments Fall Off Report?

So being a credit forums junky for years now I thought I knew exactly how this would go down but I'm a little confused now, I guess...  I just checked my Transunion report which still shows some old late payments from 2008 and 2009... An example of my "confusion" is  one of my Student Loans...there is payment history on that loan dating back from March 2007 and onwards (opened Feb 2007)...these recorded "OK" payments are well over 7 years old - why havent these payements fallen off as time goes on? (My lates arent quite 7 years old yet on that account yet, but will be soon and I'm sort of not sure how they are going to "fall off" if this account's payments are being reported beyond 7 years?)  A similar sitiation is going on with my Capital One card, which is actually still open. - It had a 30 day late back in September 2008. Will this 30 day late just magically turn in to a "OK" payment in Septemeber when it turns 7 years old, or will that payment literally fall off and dissapear somehow, even though the older-than-7-years payments on that account that are "OK" are not falling off and still showing?

Derogatory payment history (lates) will be excluded as each late passes the 7 year mark. When the last late is excluded, the account will become completely positive and will report for ten years after its closure.  A similar sitiation is going on with my Capital One card, which is actually still open. - It had a 30 day late back in September 2008. It will become excluded and will essentilally become "no data" for that month. Most display formats will show "no data" as "OK" - it just depends on where you are viewing your file.

  • Removing Late Payments after Paying

This site has a lot of great information and recently decieded to join after reading many threads about this subject. So here it goes: I mistakenly let my student loans go into default. I had 3 loans from Fed Loan Servicing that went into default and was picked up by US Dept. of Education. Now my CR has 6 accounts. I called DOE and was told if I can pay the balance within 90 days all negative tradelines will be removed. I agreed. I paid off the balance when I made my last payment last month. I pulled my CR yesterday and noticed that they just changed the status to paid and all my late payments are still there. Did some searching on this board and I've read on here that they are not obligated to remove the late payments. Is this true? I was under the impression that all my late payments from DOE and Fed Loan would be removed.
Because I have Fedloan and DOE reporting late payments, I have 30 lates being reported from Fedloan and another 36 on behalf of DOE. That’s 66 total OUCH!!. Mostly are 90+ late. How can I get these removed? It’s stressing me out and I want to apply for a mortgage. For those curious my score went up +33 on EX and +23 EQ when they changed the status of my loan. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

I have never heard of the DoE offering to remove negative reporting in exchange for repaying the total balance in a short amount of time.  Most of what you found here probably referred to the rehablitation process, which involves 9 on-time payments to the collection agency in order to bring the loans out of default status.  Once the loans are back in good standing, some of the negative reporting is removed, but servicers are not required to remove the late payments leading up to the default. Did you get your repayment agreement in writing?  Who did you make this agreement with? (The DoE, the collection agency handling your defaulted loans?)

  • Why can't Wells Fargo recieve ebills from Verizon?

I have a WF bill pay account and it USED to be able to recieve automatic ebills from Verizon.  All of a sudden, I get a notice saying that I can't anymore.  I have deleted the Verizon payee and re-entered it.  When I tried again, Wells Fargo says it doesn't recognize my Verizon acount number format.  Now I have a late fee from Verizon because I didn't pay the whole bill automatically and because I was off less than 3 bucks, Verizon charged me 5 bucks late fee...  I am a very discouraged customer and wish I had another choice.  I use bill pay in WF so I can see my total budget in their application and don't wish to have Verizon automatically withdrawing anything from my banking acounts.

  • How to change check title from WACHOVIA to Wells Fargo

    Hi Friends,
Where do I change to let our check header show different name of the bank?
    Thanks in advance,
    L

    Hi Linda,
Make necessary changes to the bank name details in transaction code: FI02, from WACHOVIA to wells Fargo.
And try for check printout either through T.code F-58 or through assigning variant for check printout in APP (F110)
This might help you for change of bank name in check header.

No, as there is no such thing for an iPhone.

Nope. You'll only be able to get the phone serviced in the US...no one will touch it in India.
