Latency after a while.

Question

I am using Home Concert Extreme to send Midi information via IAD Bus to MainStage.
My Home Concert Extreme playlist has 18 Midi Files in it.
Each file has several "Wait for special Signal makers in it, where the application pauses playing (and sending MIDI data to MainStage) until it receives a special signal (via sustain pedal, to MIDI-Solution's Dual FootSwitch generating a low A, to USB Uno Midi Interface to USB port.)
Here is the problem: After about the 3 Mildi file on my 18 fie playlist, a latency problem occurs. That is, after I tap my sustain pedal, mainstage won't play the next chord or note until about half a second later, and as you know, a half second at fast tempos will throw everything off.
What could be creating this latency mid-Concert?
Is it HomeConcert Extreme (latency generating, or MainStage recieving, or mainstage creating the sound?
Please help.

I have this "spontaneously" problem, too, with some functions in Mainstage. Sometimes, i will get up to half a second or so latency, and sometimes it will "somhow" work again. Though i am a proficient problem solver, i couldn't nail it down by now.
