Latest Firefox 34.0.5 is working in background and i cannot open a single webpage.

hello,
i open the firefox and it starts some of background process that use my internet and and i cannot browse any of the web browser.
i think Firefix SYNC is syncing something and that sync lasts forever :(
i dont know how much time it will take to sync
i tried browsing in Chrome and Opera there webpages load very fast.
is there any option to set the sync frequency??

You can check if you can start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> by holding down the Shift/Options key.
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

I have Roboform Pro, I don't want to down grade to Lite. Roboform is working, but I can't get the full Toolbar to display all that shows up is the Show Toobar icon and nothing happens when I click it. So I can't fill in log on forms. Isn't there a way to get the pro version to work?

Had Firefox on my computer and had updated periodically. Today it started to update to firefox 8.0 when I opened it and I allowed it to run. Afterwards could not open Firefox. Deleted and reinstalled Firefox 8 and still cannot open it.

You may have to remove exceptions or certificates that you've installed before.

Rename the file cert8.db to cert8.db.old in the Firefox Profile Folder to remove all intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored by visiting secure websites.
Rename or delete the file cert_override.txt (cert_override.txt.old) in the Firefox Profile Folder to remove all permanent exceptions that you have saved.
If that helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed files.

i'm not quiet sure atm but should normally work like this:
connect to itunes store -> log out with ur account (upper right corner where ur apple id is displayed) -> sign in with ur wifes apple id -> activate computer (store->activate this computer)
normally it should work this way but ur wife wont be able to use apps or music within itunes library purchased with the other apple id

Hello, I am quite new on these forums, and mainy joined because have problems with latest update of iTunes, which seems to have caused problems of one kind or another for various people. I think basically people are now waiting for a 'patch' from Apple to fix things.

When you say "it just says it loading up" I assume that the window has appeared, and your start page is not loading.
Do you have any security software that might be getting in the way? Firewall? Anti-virus?

I cannot open Firefox as I get the message that Firefox failed to read configuration file. I uninstalled and reinstalled latest version and still cannot open with the same error.

Clicking on a link will pop up another firefox window and nothing in box and I cannot open original link. What do I need to do?

This has just started happening since last update of Firefox. I will be on a website, and I click on a link. Clicking on link brings up another Mozilla Firefox window with a blank window and at top of window, it asks for "type web address" in navigation bar. This has just started happening. I have gone a checked for LINK preferences or anything I could find to get this to stop. Before this last update, I could go to any link of any website. Please advise on what I should try. Thanks
