I did not see any release dates on the versions mentioned in the Statement of Direction. Has anyone heard any guesses? 2007, 2008, 2009? Accuracy in the date isn't important, just an approximation would be pleasant.

I have SharePoint Server 2013 and the enable usage data collection is enabled. There is usage logs and data being generated, but SharePoint says there is not data available.
A web analytics report is not available for this site. Usage processing may be disabled on this server or the usage data forthis site has
not been processed yet.
What can I do?

Recently installed Service Pack 1 in SharePoint Server 2013 Farm, post upgrade we are experiencing issue when opening visio documents:

Under Document library-->Library settings-->Advanced Settings
Still I cant open file in browser as we always used to. Unfortunately we don't have Visio services in Farm.

Based on the error message, it seems that the Visio Graphics Service is not started or the Enterprise feature is not enabled.
I recommend to check the things below:
Go to Central Administration > System Settings > Manage service on server > check if the Visio Graphics Service is started > then click Application Management > Manage service applications > check if the Visio Graphics Service application
is created.
Go to the root site settings page of the site where you got this error, click Site collection features to check if the SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection Features is enabled.

Need a Driver for a New HP Laptop. Driver is Not Available on This Site.

A customer of mine just bought two new HP Pavilion Dv7-1135nr. For some reason they each have different DVD drives. One works. The other one, says its DVD drive needs a driver. It has Vista, so I tried to update the driver via the web, and that didn't work. Then I came to this site to find it on the laptop's product page, and it's not there. Does anyone know where I could track this driver down?
Again, the computer is an HP Pavilion Dv7-1135nr. The drive in question is called: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA I 50L ATA Device.
(As I said, the other, seemingly identical computer which has the exact same model number has a different drive. That drive is called: TS-L6332. It will not work in the computer that is having problems.)

PS4 System software v 2.55 is now available

Please help. My friend on psn by the gamer tag of OMG_LoKi has been banned and claims he doesn't know the cause. I play with him but do not violate anything in the game world, meaning we don't mod or hack. He said after this update, when he tries to sign in it says he is either banned or temporarily suspended. This is my best friend and the only one I really talk to, so please help him get his account back online. Also, it states that there is no error code.

complete JDO 2 implementation.
We do still intend to complete JDO 2 compliance in the near future, but

PS4 system software version 2.57 is now available. This is a optional update which improves system stability. You can still connect to the PSN and online services if you chose not to complete this update.
To update the system software via your PS4 system go to Settings > System Software Update > Install.
To update the system software via your PC download the update via USB from the PlayStation website later today.
If you experience any issues updating the system software please follow the steps to 'perform a new installation of the system software' from the system software page.
Main features in version 2.57 update:

Change to the error message when attempting to download content without enough free space. The new message is - Cannot download.
To download the content, you must delete unnecessary content from system storage.
You can do this by selecting [Settings] > [System Storage Management].
If you receive the above message delete game data to free up HDD space.

No I'm starting to think it may be the actual HDD I've since initialized the system removed the USB attempted to sign in tells me I need to update it. Downloads the update, attempts to install the update and the same error occurs. I've ordered a new SSHybrid drive 1TB. Good thing I had not played much on it as yet. Did not have much save data on it, but quite ***** that this has happened. Something must have occured between the 2.51 update to 2.55 that must have fragged the HDD.
