Latest update texts not working

I installed the newest update . Now texts are disappearing or it wont let me send/respond to texts at all.
i can read what someone has sent me a text and sometimes it lets me type a response but it wont send and then deletes. I have had to reenter texts 5 or 6 times - give up for 5 minutes and try again. i have rebooted...this is causing so much frustration that i may try to delete the current upgrade and go back to the previous version.\
The upgrade was very slow to install and it took an hour or so later for all my contacts to show up again etc ....

Latest update does not work and corrupted my computer

The latest update caused all my applications to stop operating. Whenever I try to open any application, I get the message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action." In addition, all program shortcut icons on my desktop look like they are PDF files.
When I uninstall the reader program, my computer returns to normal.

My zoom/pinch/touchring of my Wacom Intuos 5 touch in Illustrator and InDesign V.2014.1.0 (latest update) is not working anymore.

First i thought that it had something to do with Yosemite (update OS X). I have already re-installed the driver software twice. No problem in Photoshop (latest version) so i think Yosemite or the tablet are not the problem?

Did you run the cleaner tool in between the uninstall and the reinstall? If not, try it.

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.
If extensions aren't causing the problem, see below.

After creating a new self-signed certificate in SBS 2008 wizard we get the following error:

Hi,
Based on your description and this error message, this issue may be caused by:
The Default Web Site is not running and/or has a site binding for SSL (HTTPS).
The Selfupdate virtual directory has the "Require SSL" checked under the SSL settings.
For more details, please refer to the following KB and check if can help you to solve this issue.

Actually, I just found the answer to my issue in this thread: The type correct/predict function for mail and text in iOS 8.0.2 was working fine then suddenly disappeared and reverted to the old style. I've checked all settings that seemed appropriate. How do I restore? I actually liked the new version.
Which says "a thin gray bar with a white dash in the middle of it immediately above the keyboard, you can reopen the suggestions by sliding up with one finger on the white dash."
That did it.
I too have noticed a change, it seems with the new IOS update. My Predictive setting is on, but it seems before it would come up more often in predicting words and also give me a few choices. Now, it's not coming up as much and only providing one 'predictive' word which is not always right. This change is not very useful.

Same issue here- I can airplay my amazon prime library just fine from my iphone 5 but on my macbook- (mavericks, 15 inch 2013 retina with quad core i7, nvidia 650 M and SSD) it just sputters and lags.
I have noticed web video is considerably worse than local content, giving me pauses of up to 2 or 3 seconds in which video stops but audio continues in the amazon player. Youku video, however, seems relatively stable. Our subscription speed is 25 mbps, so that should be plenty to stream SD video from Amazon and doesn't account for why it would be nice and stable from the iphone, but not the mbp.
Playing light, locally hosted steam sidescrollers like Limbo is better but gives periodic drops in framerate on the Tv. when mirroring the framerate remains steady on the MBP screen.
Games airplayed from my iphone seem relatively stable, though with a noticably lower framerate on the TV than on the phone.
It seems these issues have abated considerably since yesterday's Apple TV update, but are still curious nonetheless and I'm not sure that the update yesterday was specifically meant to address those issues or if I'm just getting a time with less network interference now.
Comcast recently installed a new router/modem/phone combo, replacing our old separate modem and router setup. I'm going to test if putting the network on a different channel helps.

Windows update does not work after using System recovery disk

I have a Toshiba Satellite c655 with WIndows 7 64 bit Home premium. The hard drive died on it, so I purchased a new hard drive and purchased the appropriate Recovery media from Toshiba. I followed the directions and installed the 3 disks on to the new hard drive. But Windows update does not work I get the following error: Windows update can not currently check for updates, because the service is not running. You may need to restart your PC    No matter what I try, I can not get it to work. And it will not let me install Windows Defender either. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time on this matter.

That makes two similarities to the following thread. Both Windows Update and Troubleshooters fail to work correctly.

I do have a questiion. I started the most recent iOS update on my iPhone last night and before it was ever completed a message appeared on my screen. It is a pic of the docking/charging cord with an arrow pointing to an iTunes logo...HELP!!!!! There is a world of information in these forums if you use the search function near the top right of this page. Just type in NAS for example and you get many threads on the subject (marked with a green checkmark if it solved the question) another example would be Airport Exterme and sound system. Once you formulate your ideas better then specific questions can be addressed one at a time. You may find that a less expensive choice for a server might be a mac mini. Good luck with your project, ask more specific questions and update you systems profile.

Variable Text not working as dynamic header in Crystal report

Dear Experts,
I'm working Crystal report that connected to Query BEX SAP BW trough SAP integration kit,
currently i have case that need report dynamic header using variable text from BEX query, but seem the variable text not working in Crystal reports. the header in Crystal report shown as Desription\technical name, not result from the variable text in Query BEX in SAP.
In https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Crystal%20Reports%20and%20BW%20query%20elements stated that the "Text variable" with "replacement path" is supported, but i don't know in my query is not working.
i already set in Database -> options-> table and fields -> Show Both, but the text variable still not working.

So I found the directions to uninstall itunes, I uninstalled itunes, apple software update, then I am unable to uninstall apple mobile device support. Since it says to uninstall them in order, I didn't go any futher. I did restart and got this message
I tried redownloading and reinstalling but I am back to where I started from, can someone HELP?

The problem is that "Java(TM) Platform" is missing from the plug-in list.
I've uninstalled Java 7 Update 11 and reinstalled Java Update 9 which correctly installs the plugin and restores Java functionality which was broken immediately upon installing both Java 10 & 11.

... neither jre7u10 nor jre7u11 are working ... and they are BOTH broken with the same problem ... "Java(TM) Platform" pliugin is missing from the plug-in list. It cannot be enabled, because it simply is NOT there. A suggestion was made the jre7u12 will be the "fix" for this issue ... so I installed the Update 12 Preview and it sis ALSO broken, no "Java(TM) Platform" in the plug-in list.
The ONLY Java version that actually works for me is jre7u9.
As far as installing Firefox 64bit ... I see no future in installing a browser that has been discontinued.
