Latest X-Fi Driver for X

which is the latest Driver for the X-Fi ? on the CD is the Driver from 08.08.2005

What driver version came with those cards sold in the US at Best Buy?, the driver CD i have has version 5.2.2.43 and dated August 8th 2005. i did download the web updates and JUST install the drivers and audio consol...but the main application for the Entertainment/Game/Audio consol are only on the CD.
So i decided to use the CD as it's exactly the same files as on the website....thus in reality there have been no driver updates at all, save for those unfortunate guinea pigs who bought from Best Buy and were used as Beta testers.
I'm using an nForce4 Ultra mobo, Gigabyte...thus far no issues. My IRQ assingment on a fresh install was IRQ 6 for the X-FI, it's not being shared with any other device and the X-FI has it's own IRQ.
I used the bottom PCI slot that i always use, the same as i used for my Audigy 2 ZS...which is strange as it was assigned IRQ 23?

Trouble installing latest Intel Display Driver for Windows 7

Anyone else experiencing issues trying to install the latest Intel Display Driver for Windows 7, version 8.15.10.2057, dated 2 Mar 2010?
This is the second updated driver release that refuses to install due the following error while running setup.exe: This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.
I've verified compatibility and have disabled Switchable graphics and selected Integrated Graphics in the BIOS

Appears you selected the right .inf file for Win7/64. Notwithstanding the error flags, are you sure the driver did not install?
For WinXP/32, the equivalent file name is kit22686.inf. In the case of WinXP (likely similar for Vista and Win7), Lenovo's file-set will unpack to C:\drivers\WIN\DISPLAY2. The .inf file that appears in the Device Manager install-routine lives one level down, in C:\drivers\WIN\DISPLAY2\Graphics. Only one .inf file resides in this directory.
When forcing installation of the driver under WinXP, error messages appear that are similar (but not necessarily identical) to those you encountered. Still, after a sequence of five or six such error messages, the driver does load and can be verified after a reboot. (The new driver has performed to spec for the past several days--no issues whatsoever.)
The final splash screen in the series reports "Completing the Hardware Update Wizard." (This message does not, however, necessarily denote a successful installation.)
In the case of WinXP, the errors appear to be generated by the installer, igxpun.exe (v1.2.30.0). Note that the flaky display driver installation should generate an error log. Search for an error log file using the string "*appcompat.txt" (no quotes) and see what it says.
In the end, the problems with this package can be attributed to simple sloppiness (vendors commonly forget to eat their dog food) and should be quickly fixed if the community barks loudly.

If i run the following command from an administrative command prompt (bin64): atisetup -install -output screen
The installation will seem to succeed according to the repot but Windows sticks to Standard VGA adapter and the annoying "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 (Microsoft Corporation WDDM 1.1) " Driver.
Have anyone been able to install the Catalyst driver and get an external monitor to work?

I see by your post that you need the drivers for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I would like to help.
I checked the website and there is a Full Feature and Basic driver available for Windows 7 64 bit. HP LaserJet 1022n Printer Drivers. Did you try both of these drivers?
I would try and install the preinstalled Windows drivers, if you are having issues using the downloaded drivers on the site with your Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Run the Add a printer wizard from Devices and Printers.
You could also plug and play the drivers. Connect the printer to the computer and see if Windows will detect the printer and install the drivers automatically.

Yes, you can use that driver. Lenovo doesn't makes any Intel's drivers.

Well with drivers (version 3.6.3.8) there are some troubles playing games, where requires higher graphic, screen begins flash or where requires higher rendering i see just triangles. Yes i know that in toshiba webpage exists higer drivers version, the problem is Where?

I am unable to print anything since installing the latest driver for my epson stylus rx640. I have followed epson's advice by doing repair permissions, but I still can't print anything. Can anybody suggest anything?

Can't print with my Epson stylus RX 640 since the latest apple software update for epson. Since then I completely reinstalled the printer following epson's advice. It worked. But today, I am trying to print some photos and nothing happens. Epson suggest resetting and then doing some repair permissions. Done that and still no joy. Can anyone help please.

contact Epson again and ask them about using a generic Gutenprint driver; I read in one of the threads here - but can't find it right now - about a problem with your model printer. Since Epson has not updated its driver to work with SL on this older model, it appears using a generic driver does work. You might also try searching for those threads by typing your model number into the search box.

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
If you detect a faulty add-on, you should contact its author for support. You can also search for alternatives. Site filters are relatively common in the add-ons gallery: [http://addons.mozilla.org addons.mozilla.org].

I am trying to update my display driver to the latest revision posted for my model laptop on the Toshiba site but on running the setup exe Im returned with an error stating my system is not compatible with driver ver 7.14.10.1461.
In info clearly states it compatible with an A200 (PSAE2).
Anyone had a similar problem.

On the Toshiba website I have founded only Intel display driver for your A200 PSAE2 so I think you have an Intel graphic card.
Well, I had this problem too and the solution is pretty easy: Go to the device manager => right click on graphic card => Update driver.
Now you can install the driver without problems.

Latest Nvidia Driver for G560 does not install!

Hi,
i've tried to install the latest nvidia driver for my G560. But it seems like the only driver working on this system is the preinstalled driver from Lenovo.
I always get the message that the driver can't find the required hardware. I've downloaded the correct (Win 7 64 Bit) and latest driver from Nvidias webpage. I've even tried some older drivers from the drivers archive.
Does anybody have a clue how I can solve my problem?

It does look like the correct driver. But I noticed this "Note: The following notebooks are not supported in this release: 1. Notebooks supporting Hybrid Power with Intel chipsets. 2. Also here is a good tip/recommended from ATI. These drivers will get you working with Windows 7 32 bit. Windows Update might have a later version after you get this installed. Paul linked you to an XP driver above but I believe you are looking for a Win 7 driver.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see that you are looking for the latest graphics driver for your Intel HD 3000. Unfortunately, the only drivers that you can use are the ones on the HP website as switchable graphic are configured by the manufacturer of the notebook not the manufacturer of the graphics card.
