Layer effect deleted - can it be restored?

I inadvertantly deleted the drop shadow layer effect when I was intending to just delete a layer.
Is there a way to restore it? I looked in my recycle can and didn't see it but I might not know what to look for.

If the above doesn't work, you can do a repair installation by reinserting your PSE disc and reinstalling the application.

No other choice, you have to restore to use your iPad.

I'm running iTunes 10.5 on my Macbook Pro and software 4.1 on my 2g iPod touch and having problems getting photo's to sync. Same error iPod can't be synced req'd file can't be found. Tried deleting the photo cache, restoring the iPod etc but to no avail.

I deleted duplicates in my library. Can they be restored?

So I deleted duplicates of the 100+ songs on my iTunes library.
Now I can play the existing ones in iTunes, however the ones imported in from a CD from my laptop, which were stored on my laptop are now not working.
When I deleted the duplicates, I chose to keep them in my media folder rather than send to recycle bin.
Where are the files on my laptop gone and how can they be restored? Help!!

If you chose to keep the files, they are still in the same location. iTunes will only move the files if the user tells iTunes to send them to the recycle bin.

I'm trying to isolate skin with a secondary layer and am successful. I want to blur the skin to reduce blemishes but when doing so the blur and degrain sliders don't seem to have an effect. Can I apply a gaussian blur fx on just that secondary? Can't see

I'd note, the "blur" and "denoise" tools on the Secondary tab are more about smoothing the keying of the secondary ... they apply a bit of blur or de-noising to make the secondary smoother and cover over the odd pixel or three or four that don't "fit" the key of the secondary in the middle of something you're aiming for.
In current SpeedGrade, I'd try using the Guassian Blur (Range) effect, and sample a good range of the skin tones.
And a lot of people use Red Giant's "Cosmo" plug-in over in AfterEffects or Premiere Pro ... it's a tool designed specifically for working skin tones, dealing with blemishes, wrinkles, spots, and such.

How were you syncing contacts? If you still had the iPhone 4 connected and the 6 at the same time, then you may have made a fatal mistake. I'm guessing that you were using a cloud service for your contacts?

Try reproducing the issue in Windows safe mode with Networking.... I think the guess of a synchronization issue was correct. I just think the blame finger went to the wrong place. Windows safe mode should confirm my guess... Or prove me wrong
Note that i can move messages in imap to live from junk to inbox and they are not corrupt.

No, you cannot restore from a deleted backup, because the backup is deleted. It therefore no longer exists.
Just re-download the lost app from the AppStore.

Without a backup you can download the apps again for free, but only if you have a backup you can get back your settings and other data if you restore from that backup.

You can't delete it. If you have restrictions set on your iPad, go to Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that Installing Apps is set to On. If it is and you still can't find the App Store app, swipe your screen to the right to bring up spotlight search, then search for App Store. If it's inside a folder, the folder name will appear to the right of the app.
