Layer FX still visible.

So, whenever I add an effect, and i remove it, the effects in the panel is still visible (It is not on the actual project itself though). Can anyone help me fix this? Its extremely annoying to me right now.
I already resetted my photoshop options too using ctrl alt shift :/. Didn't work.

As you see, its still visible on the panel! Its extremely annoying. Please help! I want this completely gone. Like I said, i already resetted my photoshop preferences :/.

If I'm understanding your issue, it looks as though you just need to turn off the "eye" beside the Effects layer in Layers Panel (click on the eye). This way, the Effect is still present in the file, just not visible.

I have a question on how to hide certain columns in the presenation layer but still make them available in a dashboard/report.
We have 3 sections in our Presenatation Layer...section_a, section_b, section_c. We have two groups created, group_max and group_lite. Group_max will have access to all the sections in the presentation layer but group_lite will only have access to section_a and section_b
We have a report in a dashboard (lets call it full_dashboard) that contains columns from section_a, section_b and section_c. We want all users (group_max and group_lite) to have access to the report, run the report and return data.
Our requirement is that the group_lite will not have access to the section_c in "Answers".
When we set the permissions in the RPD for the different sections, the permissions work correctly in hiding the section_c from group_lite, but when they run the report full_dashboard, the report errors out for group_lite users.
Is there a way to grant access to the group_lite users so that they can run full_dashboard but still deny them access to the columns in Answers?

Here is my thinking about duplicationg the section_c
1. If i duplicate section_c, it will still be visible to group_lite in the presenation layer.
2. If i duplicate section_c, i will have to change the dashboard (a very complex one too) to point to the duplicated section. How will I be able to hide the duplicated section?
I am just not sure how to hide section_c from the group_lite users and still have the reports in the dashboard access the columns, without having to change the report.

Nokia C5-03 music files still visible aldo removed...

I connect my nokia C5-3 to the PC to put and remove music on the memory stick in the mobile. When I remove music files, they are still visible on my mobile when I want to create playlists. So It takes a lot of time to find the right files! I can't play the ones who are removed offcourse but they stay in the list
Other problem: it seems that music and videaos are put automatically on the memory stick from my PC, how do I prevent that?

After you added/removed music, you must refresh your music library.

I am unable to delete music from my iPhone5 either directly or via PC. On the iPhone the tracks disappear but the phone remains full and the data is still visible on the PC. I am unable to manipulate the data in any way on the PC.

The music was installed on the phone from the backup of a previous model but with the addition of new tracks I am now unable to add more or update to the next operating system as the phone is full. On my PC the music is still there and but the neither the delete function or any form of sorting/management on the music files is functional. Other Apple products work OK including previous phone, ipad.ipods etc Any advice/help available to get past this would be appreciated.

I think it is 7.1.1 - there was another update today which I've uploaded but it didn't make any difference. It's just the music libary on the 5 that's causing me problems.

BPM Process deleted from ESR / ID but still visible in SXI_CACHE

We are having some issues with BPM where even after deleteing the BPM processes from PI ESR and its corresponsing ID reference the processes are still visible in SXI_CACHE.
Can any one point to how we can get the CACHE alligned to wht is in the ESR and ID.

It gets refreshed automatically may be not immediately but daily , if you check the SXI_Cache after some time the deleted one will not appear.
It will be visible in SXI_CACHE,please check the return value it should be 0 not 99.
Try creating the IP with some other name , copy the existing one with new name and import in ID and try.

SC still visible in check status even after GR and Invoice

Hello all,
We are on SRM 4.0 SP 4.0.
Normally SCs for which GR and invoice has been done should not be visible in the SC check status application if you dont select the "Include completed shopping carts". TBut in some cases though we have selected the "Delivery Completed" indicator in backend PO but still there are some shopping carts still visible in check status application in SRM. The values for the GR and invoice should have status of "Fully confirmed".
For such shopping carts when i manually run the report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 it replicates the correct status and the SCs disappear from the SC check status application.The BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP programs are scheduled every 5 mins.
Any hints or ideas will be much appreciated.

In Check status, in extended search check whether the incuding completed shopping carts check box was checked or not.
If the check box was checked then even the completed shopping carts get displayed.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

IFrame(child container) still visible after closing the title window(parent container)

Hi All ,
I have created a sample project using a link button which when clicked opens up an TitleWindow which has an iframe and a text area in a hbox
When you execute the application ,
          Click the link button
          The Popup window opens up showing the title window with the close button
          Click the close button of the title window
          The Title window is removed and the iframe and the text area are not visible
Do this a couple of times
You can notice that the iframe is still visible even when the title window is closed
Can someone explain me how this issue can be resolved and also explain me why the iframe(child container) is still visible when the title window(parent container) is not visible.

Deleted Temp files still visible in certain softwares.

I want to know how to get rid of Temp files like (.dwl, .dwl2) or even come xlsx files which have already been deleted but are still visible in some softwares. For example when I do a backup using the Carbon Copy Cloner, I still get the option to choose these files for backup, which are already deleted but which otherwise don't show up in the Folders or a search in Finder.

If you mean visible in a list of recently opened files then yes you will always see them. Those programs store a liost of the most recently opened files and have no way to reference whether they still exist or if they have been moved, copied to some other place or even deleted. It only knows what That Program Opened.
As to CCC those deleted files may still be in your Trash can and it is asking you if you want to back them up. Also it may be that they exist in the last backup and since they aren't still on the drive and wouldn't be included in the new backup CCC is asking if you want to care them over from the old backup or just delete them.

Closed Network is still visible

I have an Airport Express setup to create a network. On the same "wireless" tab in the AirPort Utility, when you click on the "Wireless Network Options" there is a check mark in the box for "Create Closed Network". However, the network is still visible. Why? Thanks for the help!

+Bob, the option specifically says: "The name of a "closed" network is hidden. To join the network, a user must know the name of the network."+
It says this on your "main" AirPort Express setup in AirPort Utility. But there is no option for this if you are using an AirPort Express to extend using wireless only.
You posted that you were using a second AirPort Express to extend your wireless network.
Click on your "remote" AirPort Express in AirPort Utility
Click Manual Setup
Click the Wireless tab
Do you see any option that would tell the "extending" AirPort Express to hide your network? I can't find it.
My guess was that the extending device is broadcasting the name of the network since there is no option that would allow it to be "hidden".
Suggest that your follow up with Apple as I cannot speak for their product design decisions. AirPort Express Feedback.

Forbidden devices still visible

I'm having trouble making devices invisible for a certain group. In the Permission set, I selected the group and under the Device Permission set I changed the colums: Visible, View Details, Catalogue to forbidden, except for the one device the group may browse. Unfornately assets from other devices are still visible in the asset overview. What am I doing wrong?

Let me see if I understand what you are trying to do.
You want a certain group not to be able to see the assets that belong to an specific device??
If this is right the best way to achieve this is:
Go to administration/Permission set/Group xxx
Then go to metadata/asset filter and change the field "Stored On" to "equals" and select the device you want this group to see. In the asset overview they users from this group will only see the assets from the device you selected.
If what your are trying to do is filter the devices a certain group browse in the "Search Devices" section I believe the "Search" option in the "Device Permissions" does the trick.
If what you need is a different restriction please let me know

Images Still Visible in Background of Next Slide

I am using Captivate 6. I'm exporting SWF/HTML5. I have an image on one slide which is set in the properties to display for "rest of slide", NOT "rest of project". However, when the project forwards to the next slide, the images from the previous slide are still visible in the background of the new slide. How do I fix this? This is not a publishing problem, as it's visible when I preview the slides within Captivate.

First of all try to check if the browser runs with compatibility view mode:
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings, check the option "Show all sites in compatibility view".
If the problem persists, as Sebastian said, recreate the CMS database and then redeploy the war files.

System Monitoring old entries still visible

Hi SolMan Experts,
We are using System Monitoring for more or less a year now to monitor our PRD systems.
Now we have deactivated the monitoring from one system (as it will disappear) - system X, but the monitoring entries are still visible in one of our other systems - system Y - as they were sharing the same server.
This is of course annoying as the summary icon (green, red, yellow or gray) is always showing gray now for system Y, because system X is not there any more but SolMan still tries to monitor those entries.
I already activated the monitoring for system X in SolMan and removed the entries manually, but in the monitoring of system Y these entries of system X still appear.
Does anyone of you has an idea how to fix this?

First thing to try is reset Printing System:
OS X Mavericks: Reset the printing system
Next would be reset the router (power off 15 secs then back on). And, 2 minutes later, reset the printers 1 by 1.

Old graphics are still visible after repaint().

I'm using a sprite which I, in a timer task scheduled at fixed rate, is moved a little bit and the the repaint method is invoked on the canvas which invokes paint on the sprite. Things work fine, the sprite is painted on its new position, however, the graphics painted in the former paint() invocations are still visible on the screen. Is there a sleek way to disable this behaviour?

i have a similar problem...
uhm, my sprites have 2 frames, the first one is the sprite pic, and the second is a point, one pixel, so if i select the second one and repaint, it should "disapear", the problem is, i change the selected frame, and then repaint while runnin the thread, but nothing happens =(
