LCA error in APO

Dear All,
we have Apo Development server Product Version SAP APO 3.0A. in that we are not able to use T-Code LC10. it always gives the error Syntax error in program : SAPLSLCA .
due to which not able stop or start LCA. kindly help on this.

Hi,
This is a very generic error message but points to the scheduling. Goto your SCM system and check the settings for your scheduling. Do you use CPS - configurable process scheduling ? Then I assume an error in the scheduling schema.
Please check your settings and maybe userexits and provide us some further details.

CIF Inbound error in APO

May am trying to CIF and activate a plant from R/3 to APO via, doing in R/3 rimodgen and rimodac the result in APO is error in SMQ2 (Inbound queue) saying ::023 XXXX Production Plant, or message no. Message no. SR053

Pretty self explanatory. The address that is moved over with the plant contains basic configuration data that does not exist in your SCM system.
Configuration of Regions in SCM are found at OVK2. Configuration for Regions in ERP are found in the same transaction. Ideally, you would like these two to be identical for both systems. At a bare minimum, though, the regions that are contained in every address transferred across to SCM must exist in the SCM configuration. Add the regions to SCM that the error messages tell you are undefined.

What type of order is this? sales or purchase?
For the live cache consistency check, first use OM17 and remove/correct inconsistencies. Also check the temporary quantity assignments using AC06. You must not see any order number with "unknow" status. If it is, delete those entries.
Then try to activate / initialize your integration model.

Check the following settings.
1.SM59 for ur logical system try out the remote connection.
2.In BF11 check whether you have maintained the ND-APO plug in.
2.Check the check mode in ur product master and alos the checking instruction setings.

Error with APO ATP Check

This is the following error I get when creating an Order, VA01.

This started to occur after a refresh of our quality system from our production system. Our Chemical business APO is working, it's just our Paper part of the business with the issue.
Has anyone received this error and if so, what is the fix for it?

I tried what you suggested but did not find any issues. I ran the job because I did not think it would hurt and still the issue persists. Did you have any other thoughts?
I am putting in an OSS note and I searched OSS for everything I could to find this issue but did not find anything. The interesting part of this issue is that it started after a refresh of our quality system. Even with this, I am unable to put my fingers on the problem.

Error in APO Resources"'No unit of meausre was found for selected resource"

Hello APO Expetr forum,
IN APO resource i am not able to see any Bucket capacity in SNP Bucket capacity tab. its grayed out and blank. when open the resource with you version then i can able to see Bucket capacity.
So her how can i update the SNP Bucket capcity for the resource. Because of this issue i am not able to load resource in SNP Planning Book under capacity view. Getting error message as 'No unit of meausre was found for selected resource'.
Pleae suugest what could be the reason. i suspect only because of Bucket capacity problem.

Please check the type of the resource. This should be a single Mixed or Multi Mixed resource to maintain the SNP capacity.

Resolution of /SAPAPO/TSM207 errors in APO SNP planning

I am using APO V5.1 connected to a SAP ECC system.
When I CIF across a new product to APO and use it for the first time in SNP interactive planning I get error /SAPAPO/TSM207, because of missing time series objects.
The SAP recommendation in the error help text suggests to either re initialise the planning area, or to use pgm /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC. But I can only resolve the problem via the former approach (ie to re initialise the planning area). The use of /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC does not resolve the problem.
Is this expected behaviour?
What exactly is /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC designed to do?
If I look at help.sap.com for SCM 7 I see mention of a transaction /SAPAPO/TSINIT, which can be used as a 'delta' planning area re initialisation. But I do not see this transaction in APO V5.1 - so is this a new transaction in APO 7?

Multi-level error propagation carried out Error in APO

Dear Experts,
We had developed a custom program that is same as /sapapo/rrp3 report, but the issue is when we use planning version other then 000 the custom program is giving the error ""Multi-level error propagation carried out"" but the RRP3 report works fine with all the planning versions.

Heuristic run error in apo

When I want to run heuristc for one material, the system show me the error : Order not created for product XXXXXX
location XXXX. I do not know why. Could you guide me ? Thank you .

I guess you are running PP/DS heuristics in Product view. If yes, check these:
1. After receiving error message, try clicking Log button in the Product view. This will populate a new screen with details of the Heuristics error.
2. Check if a valid source of supply exist.
3. Check if a valid TLane exist between the source and destination.
I guess the Point#1 should give you more details.

Error in SAP APO Inbound: capacity requirement is invalid

Hi Experts
I am getting an error in APO Inbound in APO queue manager. The error text reads " Capacity requirement is invalid".
I checked for all the resources whether they have validity and also checked for mismatching control key. But these fields are allright in both ECC and APO system.
I checked note # 924562, but i am still not able to solve this issue.
Can you please suggest how should i debug this error?

Were you able to replicate the issue on which activity triggers this CIF error?
I remember a similar error which happened when converting planned order to production order where it was giving error"“Bucket capacity requirement has an invalid value” .
SAP had suggested to implement note 1381483 to fix this.

Problems with liveCache in APO

Hi experts,
I have an issue with regards to liveCache in APO and I hope someone can help me.
Whenever I try to create a Planning Version within a Model (via transaction /SAPAPO/MVM) the following
error message is provided: "General error in model / version management planning".
Through some research I found a document that makes the following recommendation: "Sometimes when you work in a multi-client system, you maybe encounter the following error message: "General error in model/planning version management". This error is due to the fact that in LiveCache the planning version already exists but it cannot be found on database. As a remedy, you have to remove this inconsistency by using the transaction /SAPAPO/OM17. For detailed information, please refer to SAP Note 519014."
Then, as recommended, I tried to execute the transaction /SAPAPO/OM17. But when I tried to execute this transaction another error message was released: "Connection to liveCache failed. Message no. /SAPAPO/OM000".
Moreover, the result of the transaction /SAPAPO/OM13 ( Analyze liveCache and LCA Objects ) shows the following errors and warnings:

initially, thanks for the fast help.
As suggested, the issue was escalated to the BASIS team and the procedure chosen was as follows:
Shutdown SAP APO and liveCache (ECC + SE6) services
Shutdown DB Oracle (ORCL + ECC + APO + SE6) services
Logs verification
Restart server
Restart SAP APO and liveCache (ECC) services
Restart DB Oracle (ORCL + ECC + APO + SE6) services
However, the previous problems still persist. So, in order to get more information about the problem, I exported a full report (at the end of this message) on the result of the transaction /SAPAPO/OM13 ( Analyze liveCache and LCA Objects ).
Is there any other action to be taken in addition to shutdown and restart of liveCache services?

Sure - how did you uninstall the former installation?
rm -f /sapdb/<DBSID> ??
To correctly uninstall a MaxDB/liveCache you'll always have to use the SDBUNINST tool.
Since there seems to be another installation on the same server, it's now a bit complicated to clean up the registration mess... You should open a support message for that. Then we'll see what we can do here.

Delete Intransit from APO which Loaded by PI from external interface

Hi all,
I am facinf a problem in deleting the Order created by External Interface.
We are loading Inransit as PO Mamo (ATP Category AH). Now we need to delete all the Record with AH ATP categoy before we reload new intransit to APO.
Problem is we are not able to delete those order as those are not in Live Cache.
We try using transaction /n/sapapo/bp2 but every time its throwing error "SAP APO system Q51CLNT100 has been declared as an SAP R/3 system.
and even i try deleting from /SAPAPO/RLCDEL. but its not deleting those order.
Can some one suggest what to do.
What all the option that we can try to delete the intransit.

Hi Amit,
You can use BAPI to delete AH ATP Category.
1. Read all Purchase Documents from BAPI_POSRVAPS_GETLIST3 for product u2013 location for AH Type ATP Category only.
2.Get the ORDID on the selection made.
3.Call BAPI_POSRVAPS_REMOVEITEMS and load the list of order no. and then delete it.
