LCM V11: "Client Enable Status false" trouble

Hi,
I'm using Planning V11 with LCM to exporting (backuping) Planning meta-information.
Right now I'd like to migrate one application to another. But I have never stopped proccess at step "Client Enable Status false"

Have you any idea to resolve this trouble?

LCM migrate log tell me that some forms has incorrect characters such as ":".
After renaming forms migrate process has been passed successfully.

What is your deployment UCCX with CME or UCCX with CUCM?
JTAPI Resync and Data Resyn operation come in UCCX with CUCM deployment. JTAPI Resyn opeation does JTAPI client sync between CUCM and UCCX, and Data Resyncoperation syncs the Application User, Route Points, CTI ports between CUCM and UCCX..
UCCX and CME sync\check operation checks the consitent data between UCCX and CME and falgs the inconsistent data in Red colour.
Please try performing during the maintainance hours.

How do I turn off searching from the address bar. Setting keyword.enabled to false is not working.

I never want to search from the address bar. I've been able to turn off this horrible annoying feature in the past by setting "keyword.enabled" to false but this no longer seems to work. Is there any way to fix this so that searching from the address bar never happens with any search engine?

If you set keyword.enabled to false, then what Firefox normally does is check whether your address bar entry is a valid server name (first DNS lookup) and, if not, it will try fixup (e.g., www.+''what you typed''+.com) (second DNS lookup).
If you get search results, particularly if you get results from some site other than your preferred search engine, there are two possible explanations:
(1) DNS provider hijack.
There are some service providers that do not answer the DNS lookups honestly and instead will divert you to their own page of search results. In that situation, there sometimes is a link on the page to opt out, either right there, or behind an explanation (why do I get this page?) or a settings link. You may have to look around. Or if your service provider won't let you opt out, you might need to switch to using OpenDNS or Google Public DNS.
You probably should also check your connection setting it case that has been modified:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > Network mini-tab > "Settings" button
Try "No proxy" here to see whether that helps.
(2) Bad add-on.
Some extensions will divert honest DNS misses to their preferred search site. Here's what I suggest for cleaning out bad add-ons:
(A) Open the Windows '''Control Panel''', Add/Remove Programs. After the list loads, click the "Installed on" column heading to group the infections, I mean, additions, by date. This can help in smoking out undisclosed bundle items that snuck in with some software you agreed to install. Take out as much trash as possible here.
(B) Then, in Firefox, open the '''Add-ons page''' using either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. Set nonessential and unrecognized plugins to "Never Activate".
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable (or Remove, if possible) unrecognized and unwanted extensions.
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
(C) Search for remaining issues with the '''scanning/cleaning tools''' listed in our support article: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware]]. Note that the tools are free and take considerable time to run. If they seem to finish quickly and then ask for payment, you might have a Fake AV infection. Please use the specialized forums listed in the article in that case.

I use Comcast in the Chicago area market and have a problem with the "Opt Out" stopping about once a year or so. It appears as being enabled at the Comcast Opt Out page, but the unresolved addresses are still going to the DNS "domain helper" service.
What works for me is to turn off the opt out preference, log off from that Comcast account, and close Firefox. When I restart Firefox, log in to Comcast, and then set the pref to "opt out" again - it works as intended and doesn't cause me a problem until it happens like 10 to 12 months later.
As far as why it seems to affect browsers in a different way, I have no idea. I do have Safari, Opera, and IE 8 installed, in addition to multiple versions of Firefox, but I don't use those other browsers enough to have seen a difference. I am usually opening pages from within Firefox in those other browsers to view the difference, ''or to print something that Firefox screws up in the Print Preview''.

a). He wanted to know the users having S_TABU_DIS auth object with 02 value and assigned authroization groups.
b). He wanted list of tables including Z tables that can be maintained directly thru maintenance view
Auditor will do some excerse Directly Maintained Tables (vs) Authroized users
He will come back with a list of tables for which we have to give the logs.
I tried my best to explain my requirement.
To summarise - I repeat i am looking "List of Tables that can be maintained directly - When Client has status 'not modifiable" ?

Problem installing v11 client

Hi,
I tried installing v11 of the client on XP. The install brings up a command window and then immediately fails. Is there a log file for the installer?
It also broke my MS Oracle provider I was previously using in my application. Now I get a strange OCIEnvCreate error when I try to connect to the database. The v11 client doesn't appear in my Oracle universal installer or in my Add/Remove programs.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any help would be appreciated.

OUI logs to the following directory:
C:\program files\Oracle\Inventory\logs
If the command window immediately fails after launching setup.exe, it will not install the 11g client. So, you shouldn't see any changes to your Oracle Home.
However, once you install 11g client, OUI will make this new Oracle Home the deafult client for all existing .NET applications since the Oracle Home is unmanaged. You can resolve this issue by modifying the Windows PATH and setting your previous Oracle Home bin directory first in the PATH. For your 11g .NET app, you can specify it use the 11g Oracle client Home through the following mechanism:

Unfortunately the below example with class "SMS_R_System" does not have the approval status

I listed all the available classes and... yeah It's going to take along time to go though all the possibilities.

This is all still in the testing phase so I'm not sure this is the best solution... but here's my problem and idea to resolve it.
Currently in our environment OSD can only be run against unknown computers and approved clients.
I currently automatically approve all clients in a trusted domain. So all systems that succeed OSD and auto join the domain are approved and I can always run OSD against those machines in the future.
Problem is with the systems that fail OSD for any reason and therefore do not automatically join the domain. They end up getting a SCCM record by the name of "Unknown" and therefore cannot run OSD again until the "Unknown" record
is deleted. "Unknown" records happen too frequently to manually delete and I'm not too comfortable with just deleting ALL of them on a scheduled basis.
Additionally there are way too many OU's in my environment to automatically join our OSD'd systems to the domain. So I have a script that checks using a prestart command to see if the system is already in AD, and if so then OSD continues and simply
joins the machine to the domain in it's current OU. If not the tech is given a nasty error message telling them to add the computer object in AD in the proper OU first.
I intend to check , with a Prestart Command if the current system already has a record in SCCM and delete it if found AND is not approved yet. This should resolve the "There are no task sequences available" error I get with
systems that have an "Unknown" SCCM record.
In this way the system will be essentially approved if the system was already prestaged in AD manually by a technician and any "unknown" record for that system will simply be deleted at the point of OSD.
Note: Although I can easily use the new SCCM Powershell cmdlettts and get the "Approved" status, I need to do all of this in WinPE without the cmdletts. If this property is not available via WMI, then I'm guessing this will not work.

Termination character enable is FALSE but active

When opening a new VI and starting to write code (in the other words, no special initialization is done to the serial port settings, as yet), the Term Char Enable indicates FALSE. The reads do get terminated with \n (\x0A). After a little while, I found in the support that actually one needs to check a different attribute (ASRL End In), in order to have the correct picture. Is this behaviour by design (??!!!???), or is it a bug?

In VISA Configure Serial Port, setting Enable Termination Char to true (the default mode) does two things. It sets the VISA Message Based Settings property Termination Character Enable to true, and the Serial Settings property Serial End Mode for Reads to termchar. The serial end mode for writes is not set in the function and if you want to terminate each write operation with a termination character, you have to set Serial End Mode for Writes to termchar.

Solaris 10 LDAP Client: libsldap: Status: 4

Hi everybody.
I changed the configuration in Solaris 10 to restrict the LDAP users who can login to the system.
What I have done is changed the value:
NS_LDAP_SERVICE_SEARCH_DESC= passwd:ou=people,dc=sis,dc=personal,dc=net,dc=py?sub?host=<hostname>
Where <hostname> is the respective hostname.
After that, everything works as I expect, but I get a lot of these messages:
sshd[28495] libsldap: Status: 4 Mesg: Service search descriptor for service 'passwd' contains filter, which can not be used for service 'user_attr'.
Should I ignore the messages? This is the nsswitch.conf file:

I setup several Solaris systems to authenticate via LDAP last year, and periodically get the following error message in /var/adm/messages:

We use SSDs (service search descriptors) to tailor the search string that is sent to the directory server. This allows us to tailor who can and cannot login to our Solaris systems. After doing some digging, it looks like the following search descriptors are required to make libsldap.so happy:
NS_LDAP_SERVICE_SEARCH_DESC= user_attr:ou=people,dc=daemons,dc=net?one?&(acctActive=yes)
NS_LDAP_SERVICE_SEARCH_DESC= audit_user:ou=people,dc=daemons,dc=net?one?&(acctACtive=yes)
Since we use sudo instead of RBAC, I am still researching why the secure LDAP client queries the directory server for the user_attr information. Hopefully I can find an answer in RFC 2307 ( An approach to using LDAP as a network information service), or the documentation on docs.sun.com.

IDOC HRMD_A Client Has Status 'Not Modifiable'

Hi all,
I'm working with the HRMD_A07 Idoc.
The status is green, but the data are not loaded in the system.
It is possible that this situation is related to the status of the system that is 'Not Modifiable' ?
If I create a record in the PA30 I'm getting an error message about the status 'Not Modifiable' of the system, but at the end I manage to save the data.

For this u have 2 solution
1. Temporary
Every time you need to open client using SCC4 & SE06. After that u have to close the client.
2. Permanent
You have to talk to your ABAPer to have a customized Tcode for the REAJINDX.

Are you able to login into client 600?
Do you want to login into 600, already deleted client?
do you want the root cause, why this was cancelled?
What wil happen if it cancelled in between?
I would suggest you to have a brief detail about Client deletion in client maintanance.

Disable Default EMail client / Enable select Email client

Hi ,
I am using the livecycle and invoking the process via email and its working fine. But whenever i clicks the submit button it always opens with MS outlook email client.
use my current email program is checked in computer defaults of internet option but if i use my web emails( like yahoo and gmail ) still it opens with MS outlook . So how can i disable this option or how can i enable the option Select EMail Client tpo select the email client based on the user.

I tried to remove in winodows registy and all the way But its always coming with outlook email client when i click the button in adobe reader .
Usually when we clicks the button in adobe , It should come with Select EMail Client dialogue box but its not working. I used the code event.target.submit() in the click event to send mail.
Any alternate soultion to disable outlook email client or enable select email client dialogue box in adobe reader.
