Leaking oil from adapter

My iphone 5 usb power adapter is leaking a yellowish kind of oily liquid and has stopped working. The usb cable is fine and is working with my laptop. Anyone else have this very strange problem. Does the adapter contain any oily liquid?

Try Contacting apple if any damage to your device has been done because you might be able to get your money back and also make sure you dont touch the oil or let the oil leak on anything. The oil could be harmful so becareful. But if all fails just buy a new one.

  • Messages from Adapter framework  to IS disappear

    During processing of interfaces, it happens some times that the sending of messages from Adapter Framework to Integration Server is broken but no status message is traced. Before this break, the messages’ state is correctly visible on integration server (SXMB_MONI), after that, messages are no more contained in persistence layer of the adapter framework or of the integration server. So it’s very difficult to know which messages have been processed, and for this reason there is a great effort for application/functional team to reprocess interfaces’ file.
    After the last succesfully processed message, there are a lot of log messages on application and default trace of this type:
    for location com.sap.aii.adapter.file.File2XI.processFileList():
    Module Exception 'com.sap.aii.af.mp.module.ModuleException: senderChannel 'd902100e953f3e15b0e04b3caf9dc415': Catching exception calling messaging system' found, cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: Some of the IS access information is not available. SLDAcess property may be set to true, but SLD is not available.
    Channel CC_File_OUT02_1058: Sending file failed with com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException: Some of the IS access information is not available. SLDAcess property may be set to true, but SLD is not available. - continue processing
    Delivery Exception for guid'87b54890-ae37-11da-c751-001125a5fff4' - non recoverable error, retry anyway
    For location com.sap.aii.adapter.file.File2XI.addAuditLog( ... ssageKey, AuditLogStatus, String, String,Object[]):
    FILE_ERR_211
    This behavior is independent of interface type and happens randomly (about 2-3 times a week).
    We try, without success, to implement a workaround setting SLDaccess parameter to false for AF CPA cache service and specifying the xiadapter.isconfig.<parameters> for adapter service. With this configuration File Adapter didn’t work and CPA cache didn’t contain any comunicaton channels. Maybe we have to set the correct value of parameter directoryURL (which it is?).
    Thank a lot in advance

    Thank you for your suggestion, but nothing seems to be wrong in configuration (however I'm contuining my checks). In the meantime, are there other suggestions?

  • MBP leaking light from bottom, orange patch

    Seeing some leaking light from bottom of screen, with an light orange colour patch in the lower right corner. Is this normal? It's fairly annoying, is there something that my local Genius bar can do for me?
    Yes. It is still under applecare.
    Thanks!

    Take it in. It should be corrected under warranty or AppleCare.

  • Why were no attributes in the Error received from Adapter Framework (AF)?

    Hi All,
    We have a local processing scenario where we use the Integration Configuration through Advanced Adapter Engine to download attachment using Sender Mail Adapter from Lotus Notes Mail and Upload the file attachment into an FTP using Receiver File Adapter. As part of our testing we deliberately set the Sender Mail Adapter to produce error by changing the configuration like setting a wrong URL to simulate downtime on Lotus Notes.  The error shows up in the RWB CommChannel and an error record is received from AF to send Alert.  When the alert tries to find the alert rule it is unable to do so because the condition (Component, Interface and Namespace) values are empty "*Find rule for (From:::: To::::)" This is from the report SXMSALERT_LOGREADER.
    The (From:::: To::::) should contain the Sender Component, Interface and Namespace as FROM, and Receiver Component, Interface and Namespace as TO but they are not picked up from the Mail Adapter because there are no message/payload yet but I am expecting at least the Component to be included.
    The result of the empty (From:::: To::::) will be a "*No matching rule found" and no alert is sent.
    Do anyone had the same issue?  Is this a possible bug in PI?
    Please let me know if you need additional detail.
    Regards,
    Orlando

    Hi Orlando,
    When the sender channel reads any message, it would be able to determine the Sender service, Interface and namespace from Sender agreement. It is not dependent on the payload.
    To generate the alert for such, you can modify the alert rule to check only for the Sender serice, interface and namespace.
    Hope this helps.

    Sanjeev.

  • Accessing a file in Imported Archive from Adapter module

    Hi,
    I am designing a module for File/FTP and Mail adapters. Is it possible to retrieve data from a CSV or TXT file uploaded in the Imported Archive from the Java code in the module? If this is possible, do I use the same approach as accessing the CSV data from the mapping using a UDF? If this is not possible, can you suggest other ways were I can access a CSV or TXT configuration file from an adapter module?
    I would like to avoid using Module key, Parameter name and Parameter value as I would like to make the adapter module generic and the data I will be reading might be too much to be specified in this location. However, I would use the Module key, Parameter name and Parameter value to specify the CSV or TXT filename which the adapter module will be using.
    Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.
    Regards,
    Elbert

    Imported archives are part of mapping flow and adapter modules are more part of routing. Therefore I don't think imported archive could  be made accessible anywhere outside mapping.
    but my CSV or TXT file would be updated regularly by the developer.
    So were you planning to import this file again and again under imported archive? This doesn't seems to be a good solution when you think about changin Design part in Production environment. It would be better to give access to certain folder to developer to put the file there and access it using some code. You may refer this

  • How to access ProcessForm data from adapter

    Hi
    I am writing new CreateUser adapter, i have added "ProcessInstanceKey", and able to get the value into my adapter code. But how I can get OIM values (like firstname, lastname email address etc.. ) and ProcessForm values.
    If you can provide sample code, it will help a lot.
    thanks in Advance
    Jaipal.

    Hi,
    One more.
    I have added FirstName, LastName attributes in Adapter Factory Task Parameters window. As well as my Adapter Java code contains method called
    createMethodPK(long processInstanceKey, String firstName, String lastName)
    with above code, I am able to get processinstancekey, firstname and lastname into Java code.
    My question is, my create method needs around 10+ attributes from the form. Is there any way, I can get form attributes using ProcessInstanceKey? without adding in the Task parameter window? So that I can avoid adding all attributes into my method signature?
    thanks

  • Get poll interval parameter from adapter module

  • Accessing files in library from adapter module

    Hello everyone!
    We are using XI with Netweaver 2004 and have programmed our own adapter for message transformations.
    After the transformation we want to validate the generated XML file with the validator from SAP XML Toolkit.
    Validator validator = new Validator();
    String[] xsdFileNames = new String[]{
         "???/de/nordakademie/ext/gen/" + ediStandard + "/" + parser.getEdiVersion().toLowerCase() + "/xsd/" + parser.getEdiMessageName().toLowerCase() + ".xsd",
         "???/de/nordakademie/ext/gen/" + ediStandard + "/" + parser.getEdiVersion().toLowerCase() + "/xsd/segments.xsd"
    boolean isValid = validator.validate(byteIn, xsdFileNames);
    But we don't know how to address the necessary xsdFiles for the transformation. At the moment we get thw following error: [location : null] ERROR : E:\...\de\nordakademie\ext\gen\edifact\d96a\xsd\orders.xsd (The system cannot find the path specified)
    The xsd files are located in the following package: de.nordakademie.ext.gen.edifact.d96a.xsd.
    This package is part of a jar file which was deployed to the J2EE-Engine in a Libary.
    But how can we access these files in the code example above?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hey!
    Thanks for your help. I ha´ve now solved the problem. The following code works:
    String xsdMessagePath = "de/nordakademie/ext/gen/.../abc.xsd";
    String xsdSegmentsPath = "de/nordakademie/ext/gen/.../xyz.xsd";
    Validator validator = new Validator();
    URL xsdMessageUrl = getClass().getClassLoader().getResource(xsdMessagePath);
    URL xsdSegmentsUrl = getClass().getClassLoader().getResource(xsdSegmentsPath);
    String[] xsdFileNames = new String[]{
         xsdMessageUrl.toString(),
         xsdSegmentsUrl.toString()
    boolean isValid = validator.validate(byteIn, xsdFileNames);

  • Alerts not getting triggered from Adapter Framework

    Hi,
    I have done the following steps for the Alerting:-
    1. In configuration of RWB, activated monitoring for XI integration server & XIAdapterFramework and set the monitoring level to 'HIGH'.
    2. Scheduled the Report 'SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET' on ABAP stack.
    3. In the 'further settings' link in End-to-End monitoring, activated the monitoring and set the frequency.
    4.Created an alert category using t-code 'ALRTCATDEF' and assigned fixed users(myself) to it.
    5.Defined an alert rule with '*' in all conditions and 'No restrictions' for the question 'Where did the error occur'.
    Finally after all the steps:-
    I am able to receive the alerts in the inbox -
      a) by running the test report 'RSALERTTEST'
      b) from a control step in BPM.
    <b>However, alerts are not getting triggered for an error in the Adapter Framework. (an exception in the Adapter Channel)</b>
    When i debugged the SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET report, there was step where it was looking for process instances in table 'SSPICSPRHD' which was empty and the alert error log said -
    <i> No process instances found for process type ID: 26460B43EB934C4C9ABBE9627380A89E ( XIDomain: domain.00.hqdvsapxi01 )</i>
    Any help/hint is welcome !!!

  • Wrong Integration Server Data retrivied from Adapter

    For unclear reasons the wrong URL to connect to Integration Server was retrieved by Adapter Framework.
    This happened only once, and in this situation the xml message of a productive interface were sent to IS of an
    other system (!).
    As I can see in the default trace, during the call from AF
    CPA cache service to SLD, the wrong host was retrieved.
    In other circumstances, we have found that sometimes the IS hostname is filled with blank, causing the AF to not dispatch successfully the messages to IS. But in this case, thanks to the patch 14 of XI AF, the message are re-sent after the next polling sequence (15 min.).
    I kindly need an help to discover which is the root cause of this kind of problem.
    I red note 764176 about finding inconsistencies on sld, but I have some doubts on the correct implementation in my case. In the note it's discussed about the same domain written two times (for example one in fully-qualified host name and one with a short host name). In our productive SLD there are three domain that have the same name for the technical system point of view, but three definition as CIM data, since there are originally three XI instance on the same host. So, I don't know if we are in the same condition as reported in the note.
    Does anyone have encountered a similar situation? Any workaround? For example, I view in the default traces that during the SLD Access performed by CPA service, there is no defualt value for Integration Server URL, but for default client yes (100). Is there a mode to force adapter framework to set the IS Url without asking it to sld, since I.S. url is always the same?
    Thanks
    Danilo

    Hi,
    The connection to the SLD is established by creating an RFC destination and The server program is called with the HTTP address as a parameter that is maintained with transaction SLDAPICUST.
    Hope this link will be useful.

  • Best approach for RFC call from Adapter module

    What is the best approach for making a RFC call from a <b>reciever</b> file adapter module?
    1. JCo
    2. Is it possible to make use of MappingLookupAPI classes to achieve this or those run in the mapping runtime environment only?
    3. Any other way?
    Has anybody ever tried this? Any pointers????
    Regards,
    Amol

    Hi ,
    The JCo lookup is internally the same as the Jco call. the only difference being you are not hardcoding the system related data in the code. So its easier to maintain during transportation.
    Also the JCO lookup code is more readable.

  • Output from Adapter ? (Special characters)

    Hi,

  • To read data from Adapter engine table

    Hello,
    We have requirement to generate  a summary of report with number of messages success and failed in XI with failure reason
    I understand that we have to get the count of message from IE and AE and integrate it.
    Can anybody help to know in which table data from IE and AE is stored and how can we access it
    Also, any other solution to get the summary of count of interfaces running
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Anu.
    In the Adapter side (not visible by data dictionary), the tables are:
    XI_AF_MSG
    XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT
    In the Integration Server, the tables are:
    SXMSPMAST or SXMSPMAST2
    SXMSPEMAS or SXMSEMAS2
    SXMSPVERS or SXMBPVERS2
    SXMSCLUP or SXMSCLUP2
    SXMSCLUR or SXMBCLUR2
    SXMSPERROR or SXMBPERRO2
    History
    SXMSPHIST or SXMPHIST2
    The integration server tables can change if the configure delete procedure is active (it can be principal table 1 or 2).
    It´s better to use the runtime workbench reports delivered by SAP.

  • Unable to communicate from adapter engine to Integration engine

    Hi,
    I have a scenario as shown below.
    Target PI->File sender CC->Soap Receiver CC->SOAP Sender CC->Source PI
    The file is getting picked up using file sender CC but probably due to communication failure between file adapter and IE, the message is not showing up in SXMB_MONI.
    What could be wrong here.
