Lease in contract for building

Hi All,
kindly I need help in this issue, When creating lease in contract for building from contract offer all the data transferred to the contract except the Building number,and this is in case that if the conditions in the contract offer is for the offer and if the conditions in the contract offer is for the building No condition or Building number transfer to the contract.

Dear All,
I only need to know are there any way to automatic transfer the building number and the building data from the contract offer to the contract (the same as what happens in the rental unit)

Lease Out Contract - Master Data Structural Relations

Dear Gurus,
I am new to FX RE and if my question is too simple, please excuse me!
I am researching the possibilities for the master data structure of lease in contracts and have a serious confusion.
The documentation says that objects can be assigned to a contract individually or many objects related to one contract. At the same tim it is said that rental units are assigned only to lease out contracts.
How should i proceed if my company has got many lease in contracts for different object. Is it a must the contract to be assigned to an object or it can be managed just as a contract? I saw that from the RE Navigator you can create a contract, does that mean that in FX RE the contracts itself is considered as master data record?
Any opinions will be highly appreciated.

Sorry if I ve been confusing. I will try to make it more clear.
I am working for a Teleco and i am researching the possibility of implementing FX - RE internally. We will not need all the functionalities of the module, but only the ones that allow you to manage your lease in contracts. We`ve got lots of base stations contracts (as you can imagine) where our company is a tenant in a lease contract.
I did some research in relation to the master data structure and cant work out how should our master data be structured. The business requirements are - handling the advance payments, accruals and postings, giving and receiving notices, adjustments of rent etc. Is it possible to create the contract within the system, set all the conditions directly in it or do we need to have another master record other that the contract itself.
My confusion comes from the fact that the standard solution of the lease outs suggests creating a rental unit first and then assigning the contract to it. But since we will be tenants we dont need to more detailed information on these objects, we just need the conditions in the contract that will let us handle all the activities that arise in connection to it.
I hope that i put the question more clearly this time.
Can you also tell me if it is possible to create a template and after entering the conditions about the particular contract to generate it from the system on a hard copy?

When i m creating a Lease-out contract with respective to lease-in contract.
In genral tab of lease-out contract for main contract number field should update automaticaly based on the object which is intialy leased-in.

Lease-in contract periodic posting errors

Dear All,
I have created a commercial lease in contract, with an object building and after all inputs when i execute periodic posting there are errors of FI CO anf FM.
If i enter expense GL..error is cost center is mandatory for GL...While i hae no input field fo cost centre
if i enter prepaid rent GL....error is fund centre not entered/ derived..
Kindly let me know configuration settings. Also i want simple entry
Debit....rent exp
cr. ..vendors payable
or any other entry for accrued rent.

Field status as mandatory while creation of RE-FX Lease Out Contract

Hi SAP Real Estate Friends,
I have a requirement wherein we need to make the field status of some specific fields as mandatory for data input in RE-FX Lease Out Contract. The fields are mentioned below:
1. Profit Centre in Organizational Assignment Term.
2. Payment Terms in Postings Term.
3. Account Determination Value in Postings Term.
4. Resubmission Rule needs to be mandatorily selected by the user creating the RE-FX lease Out Contract.
5. Fixtures and Fittings Characteristics needs to be mandatorily selected by the user creating the RE-FX Rental Object.
Also we need to achieve a requirement that in case a posting has already been carried out for a given RE-FX Contract for a given Account Determination Value, same shall not be available for change in the RE-FX Contract subsequently.

Change of Business Partner in RE-Fx Lease Out Contract.

I would like to know the possibility of change in the Business Partner in a RE Lease out contract wherein some postings have already made.i.e. A contract was created with Business Partner X and postings and invoicing was done. Later it was decided that the posting and invoicing shall now be done on new business partner Y which was attached to the contract.

Thanks for the update.
My requirement is slightly different from what you have answered. The business case is explained below:
I have a lease out contract with Partner Company X. Some postings and invoices have been created in the system with Partner Company X. Now the partner company X is bought by Partner Company Y. The earlier postings and invoices shall be in the name of partner company X only and subsequent postings and invoices shall be in the name of Partner Company Y. The solution proposed by you shall reverse the earlier postings which is not desired.
Please suggest some way to tackle this problem.

Prevent Assignment Object to Lease-In Contract

Dear experts.
I have the RO (rental unit) that still being attached to an occupancy lease-in contract. Therefore during the period of contract there is not possible to assign this RO to another lease-in contract. Now I'm doing an exercise on creating a new lease-in contract then trying to assigned the above RO, actually system only react with warning message says "Validity of Rental Unit C320/5003/1 is not limited to lease-in period". I want to have an error message like when I created for lease-out contract, it works with error message "Rental Unit C320/1000/4 is already assigned to Real Estate Contract C320/3000000 (01.03.2010 to 28.02.2015)". How to make it error during this assignment in a lease-in contract?

Dear All,
I want to develop a report that gives the open PR, PO and Contract for services.
When user will enter the service number report will give the open PR, PO and Contract.
But for services quntity in item overview is always 1 AU.
I want to compair the quantity in item details (ESLL - MENGE).
Suppose PR is with 100 Hrs and 3 diffrent PO created for this with 25 Hrs each.
How Can I compair this.

We are facing an issue when triggering a new build using TFS 2013 Update 4, VS2013 Update 4 using TFVCTemplate.12.XAML template. All our other older build definitions just work fine but not the TFVCTemplate.12.XAML. It seems to me that some certificate

It’s strange, if your old build definitions can work using the same TFS Build Server, that indicate your TFS Server configuration is correct and can works. But only new build definition with default TfvcTemplate.12.xaml template cannot build successful.
Please share your TFS Server detailed environment information here. And share your
Build Service Properties dialog screenshot here.
Try to clean the Cache for TFS 2013 manually(delete the content of the folder only, not the cache folder itself):
Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 12.0\Application Tier\Web Services\_tfs_data.
After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select
Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
Additionally, you can run the TFS 2013 Power Tools BPA to scan the installation of your TFS Server.

Addition of result column in SRM 7.0 POWL Report "Contracts for Supplier"

Hi,
We are on SAP SRM 7.0 SP08. There are two POWL reports associated with contracts i.e. "Contract for Supplier" and "Contract for Product". We want to add two fields/columns to the report (Payment Type and Responsible Employee).
As per SAP standards, we appended two structures /SAPSRM/S_SEARCH_RESULT_CTR and /SAPSRM/S_POWL_RESULT_CTR. Feeder type "/SAPSRM/SRM_CTR_H_01" assigned to this report is not maintained in t-code /SAPSRM/POWL_CUST.
Fields are still not displayed as column in the report. Please suggest.

If I am understood correct, you have asked to use User ID of Supplier contact which i have taken from theSupplier Contact-> Account management ->Used ID field under directory inofrmation.

Status Update - don't know if this is a bug, design flaw, install problem or my misunderstanding.
I got it to work by first changing my Flex library to 4.5.0 - still didn't work with current
app and update mxml files using "2.6" for their namespace versions. But I did at least
get the popup error number 16815 - indicating an error in the update version namespace.
By leaving my application namespace version at "2.6" and changing the update version to "2.5" ... bingo!
I got my new update installed autiomatically.
Is this how it's supposed to work - or are my runtimes mixed up?
Will this work the same using the Flex 4.5.1 SDK? I'll find out shortly
