  • Pending Leave Requests- Report

    Hi
    for all leave requests, we are using WS04200009.
    Now I want a report of all the leave requests that have been applied by employees but are pending for approval, within a specific date range.
    Can anyone help me on this?

    Hi,
    I'm not sure if this helps:
    PTARQ- Display Documents - Give Date Range in Period section and Document Status to SENT in Request Data section.
    And execute it. The result shows all the requests in SENT status which are pending for approval.
    I checked in ours and the documents are showing up.
    Cheers-

  • Leave Management - reporting, tracking, maintenance

    I am seeking best practices configuration for Actions/Reasons and STAT to help with Leave Management:
    Eligibility checks
    Tracking of Certification
    Easy entry of Absenses
    Monitoring of available time
    I am also looking for an end user instruction manual on using PTFMLA?
    Thanks,
    Avrom

    You could handle this in a few ways:
    Equipment, Tools Management
    Using equipment as a tool. You may need to develop a report to track who currently has the equipment
    This topic has been covered before, so try reading some of the previous posts.

    I Want to know what is the situation in the setember.
    Thanks a lot.

    Hello Wagner,
    There is no real way to get Historical Liability Report / Vendor Aging Report.
    You could try running a GL Report by selecting Accounts Payable Account (Only Check Accounts)
    Financials > Financial Reports > Accounting > General Ledger

  • Automatically role up reporting when manager leaves

    Hi,
    How do we automatically role employees up to the next level of reporting relations when a manager is terminated & they are not moved?
    For eg: if my manager leaves, my reporting should automatically role up to my manager's manager.
    Please advise if there is some configuration or standard report to perform this activity.
    Thank you,
    Manish

    This is actually standard SAP behaviour. When a manager position is empty, SAP considers the manager to be the next manager up the hierarchy.  This is how eg. MSS and reports for managers work.  Also I believe the FM that finds managers work this way.
    Note that for workflows, the switch WFLOW/VAPOS needs to be set for the system to skip the vacant manager positions and go one level up.

  • Extra columns in ALV report

    Hi there,
    I added a column to an existing alv report which uses method 'set_table_for_first_display' to display the output.
    The method is called via:
    grid1              TYPE REF TO cl_gui_alv_grid,
        CALL METHOD grid1->set_table_for_first_display
              EXPORTING
                        i_structure_name     = 'MAT_DATA'
                        is_layout            = lt_layout
                        is_variant           = lt_variant
                        i_default            = lt_default
                        i_save               = 'A'
                        it_toolbar_excluding = lt_exclude[]
               CHANGING it_outtab            = mat_data[]
                        it_fieldcatalog      = w_fieldcat[]
             EXCEPTIONS
                        program_error        = 1.
    The extra columns are in the field catalog and mat_data.
    The lt_variant-report field has the report name in it.
    When I run the report the new column does NOT appear.
    I cleared out the lt_variant-report value and now the new column DOES appear.
    Any idea why this is happening?
    Is there some way I can leave the report name in there and see the new columns?
    Thanks.

    thanks.
    no_out is initial.
    But, in this case, I am not passing any variant.
    It works if I don't pass the report name in the
    is_variant-report
    field.The columns will not display if I pass the report name.

  • Error when refreshing report

    I received the error u201C AN ERROR HAS Occurred: NULL u201C when I leave the report open for more than 20 min. this happen when I clicking on the "NEXT " or u201CPREVIOUSu201D button(arrow) or refresh. Hope some one can help.
    Thanks.

    Andy, here is how i fixed it:
    1.  Stop the Tomcat server in CCM
    2.  Go to c:\program files\business objects\tomcat\webapps\business objects\enterprise115\desktoplaunch\web-inf\web.xml file, then change these lines to look like this
    <listener>
    <listener-class>com.busnessobjects.sdk.ceutils.SessionCleanupListener</listener-class>
    </listener>
    <!--
    -->
    3. Search for timeout and change from 20 minites to your desire
    4. Save the file
    5. In CCM re-start Central Management Server, then Start the Tomcat server.
    good luck.

  • MD06 report: by Product group

    Hi,
    I am using the functional module "MD_MRP_LIST_OVERVIEW" to get the data like MD06 for one of my report.
    My problem is in functional module "MD_MRP_LIST_OVERVIEW" when I try to fetch the data based on "Product Group" (Selection by: Product group) system is giving me error "u2018No material transferredu2019 after executing of this functional module in SE37.
    I am passing following entries in "Functional Module" (in ERM61R)
    WERKS2 = PR01 (PLANT NAME)
    PRGKZ = X
    PRGRP = 100 (Product Group name)
    ADBKZ = X
    Could any one suggest if I am missing any entries in selection for functional module "MD_MRP_LIST_OVERVIEW ?

    I doubt MD_MRP_LIST_OVERVIEW would be of much help in your report, as it does a CALL SCREEN, so it would leave your report. Are you sure you want to do that?
    Instead I would suggest you use MD_MRP_LIST_API or BAPI_MATERIAL_MRP_LIST, read the materials from your product group & pass it to one of these FM's

    i seached SDN, there is no post related to this.

    Dear Sankavi,
    You can change the list currency directly on the list via the menu
    (After you have run the report):
    Settings
       > Currency
    There you can insert a currency and translation key;
    If you change the list currency and save the data when you leave the
    report, the new currency is saved for the report and the next run.
    I hope this helps.

  • Updating a report source/viewer with new filename

    I posted earlier about this problem but now can be more specific so thought a re-post was in order. I am trying to setup an asp.net website using .NET 2.0 and Crystal Reports 2008. Rather than having a seperate page for each possible report with a viewer on it I decided to setup a page and pass it session variables telling it what file name to set the report source to and the variables to pass to it. This worked fine in crystal reports basic (the one with visual studio).
    So I have on the page CrystalViewer (CrystalReportViewer) with display page true seperate pages true and crystalRepSource (CrystalReportSource) with cache enabled and viewstate enabled as far as I know cache is required for the paging to work.
    In my form code behind file i have something like:
    protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e) {
    CrystalRepSource.Report.FileName = SessionHandler.RunReport;
    switch (report)
    if (PreviousPage != null || paramHasChanged)
    case @"~\CollegeReports\CR_Course_Review.rpt":
                    //setup report in viewer with correct db logon
                    SetupLogonInfo(CrystalRepSource);
                    //add parameters
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@year", year);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@school", school);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@division", division);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@progArea", progArea);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@type", SessionHandler.record_type);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@filterText", "School = \'" + school +
                                                            "\' Division = \'" + division
                                                            + "\' Programme Area = \'" + progArea
                                                            + "\' Record Type = \'" + SessionHandler.record_type_text + "\'");
                    break;
                case @"~\CollegeReports\CR_WBL_Attendance_Sheets.rpt":
                    //setup report in viewer with correct db logon
                    SetupLogonInfo(CrystalRepSource);
                    //add parameters
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@year", year);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@school", school);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@division", division);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@progArea", progArea);
                    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.SetParameterValue("@attendanceEndDate", LastDayOfMonth(SessionHandler.WBL_EndDate).ToString());
                    break;
    The case statement actually has about 20 reports in it it is basically used to send the appropriate parameter set to the report and setup the database logon info, the if statement around the case checks if the load is a postback (to allow paging of the report) if it is it won't run the code or if a parameter has changed if one has it will rerun the code. As I said this worked in CR basic.
    Unfortunately what now seems to happen is the first time I run a report it works fine, if I then leave the page and run a report requiring different parameters it will give me the parameter error. However if instead I run a report requiring the same parameters it will show the original report document as if it is coming from cache I think. The case becomes a bit more bizarre later as I have created the ability to change a parameter without leaving the report page this actually does a postback and changes the report to the proper one with the proper data.
    So it seems to me the code to change report is working first time and for postback but not for re-entering the page. I am really stuck been working on this for hours  any ideas.

    ok i have found the solution after a quite a while so anyone else getting this I was using the line:
    CrystalRepSource.Report.FileName = SessionHandler.RunReport;
    I changed it to:
    CrystalRepSource.ReportDocument.Load(Server.MapPath(ReportName));
    This clears any existing report and loads the correct one seems to have solved all my problems.

  • Htmldb_application array reset based on interactive report filter

    Hello
    I was searching various forums on this topic and did not find usefull answer. I must be doing something wrong or just do not understand how come that others do not have this problem?? Anyway, here it is.
    I have interactive report where first column is checkbox. Using submit process , I perfrom inserts/ deletes in database based on checbox array (htmldb_application). Everything works well untill I do not use filter on one of the columns. Such action results in resizing the report ( so number of rows is re-ordered / changed ). I want to run the same submit process on resized list, but it is not possible, because the array points to different/non-existing rows. I would expect that the array gets "reseted" accrording to the new result list, but it does not??
    Example:
    I load the page with the report, where I have 10 records. Two of them, row 5 and 7, have in column X value '1'. If I leave the report as is, check checkbox on any line and run submit process, action is succesfull.
    Now I change the filter and I will display only rows where column X=1. Report now have 2 rows. I check checkbox on the first one, submit the process, but the arrays refers to row 5 ( the old resultset), which is not present in the report now ??
    Can I somehow achieve arrays reset based on the interacitve report filter applied? Or any other solution?
    Thanks in advance
    Ludek

          from REF_CUSTOMER_UNIQ big ) r ) r where rownum <= to_number(:APXWS_MAX_ROW_CNT)As you can see, the 'rownum' is gotten in the inner query. I suspect that when you apply a filter, the filter is applied to the outer query. Hence, the rownums will not be as you expect them to be. Instead of using the 'rownum' as the values for checkbox 1 and checkbox 2, I suggest you use a concatenation of
    inst_id and customer_cd. In the after submit process you can then just loop through the f01 and f02 arrays , split the concatenated values back into their inst_id and customer_cd components and perform the Insert or Delete.

  • Need to make report "printable" How to change report look (template?)

    We are using Theme 2 and it's the only one installed (that I can see anyway) and we aren't going to be installing anything else. I can't do anything that causes a major upheaval in the application because it has 104 pages and is in production. We are using 3.0 and 10g. We don't have BI (and can't afford it) so I'm trying to make some reports printable.
    With theme 2, the column headers are shaded and text is blue - this shows up funny when printing so I want to modifiy a template that leaves all the lines in, changes the shading to grey, text to black and removes the "region" shading/decoration. I tried this by just modifying just the region template (and leaving the report alone) and it works other than the title is small and all I can do with it is center or bold, no matter what I try, it doesn't increase in size.
    So I tried to modify an existing template but every line has a reference to theme 2
    i.e. class = t2header and I don't know what to put there instead of the t2 that will make it stop using that theme and yet still show the lines, etc, that I want in the report.
    Obviously I don't have a clue what I'm doing, and anything I find to help - I've been playing with Firebug and can figure out where to make changes, I just don't know what I'm supposed to change things to.

    Just one more question ;-)
    if I put <style> th.t2header { color:red; }</style> in the Region Definition Header on a page the text in ALL regions on that page (not just the region in which I put this style) turn red. How can I make it only turn the region it's in red, not all of them?
    I would prefer to put it in the Template but I don't know how... this is my code but if I try to reference th.t2header it just pushes everything to one side, or does nothing, so I guess I'm not putting it in the right place?
    <table cellpadding="0" border="0" cellspacing="0" summary="" id="#REGION_ID#" class="htmldbRegion">
    <td class="t2RegionHeader" style="color:black;" valign="bottom">#TITLE#</td>
    <tr>
    <td class="t2RegionBody" valign="top" colspan="2">#BODY#</td>
    </tr>
