Legacy Self Service Collection is failing.

The following error is received:
Error
ORA-20001: SQL_PLSQL_ERROR: N, ROUTINE, MO_GLOBAL.INIT, N, ERRNO, -20001, N, REASON, ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901: You do not have access privilege to any operating unit. Please check if your profile option MO: Security Profile includes any operating unit or the profile option MO: Operating Unit is set. SR 3-5787442841 has been raised and details information about how to fix the error:
The patches that are detailed are unable to be applied and an error is received.
Response from Oracle was to follow through with the rest of the steps and not worry about the patches. We still can not change the MO: Operating Unit profile setting.
Has anyone been able to fix this error and been able to load files via Self Service Collection?

Hi,
What you can do is create a menu item that will open up a new browser window (this can be easily be done by defining a menu function that calls a pl/sql cartiridge function that returns a simple html code to redirect the page to your custom application) The user can then sign in to your legacy app and enter the absence details and loan details. You can then have an interface to move the data from you custom app to hrms. You can use the absence and element entry api's to load this data.
